Calling in is impossible, might as well go to Denver. Nothing to offer people here other than wasting your time. It’s crazy how far back Colorado Springs is in time for customer service. Waited until Monday for them to open to be no help.

I have now been able to fix my dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher thanks to the very helpful employees who work here! As long as you have the brand name, model number and a good description of the part you need, they can help you. I took them a digital photo of the plate that had my appliance info and they were able to get all the info but the part off of it. You have to help them so that they can help you. They dont have a magic wand to wave and figure it out, but they do the best they can. If they dont have the part you need, they can order it.

I called in my parts to see if they had them. The person who answered the phone was nice but didnt finish the conversation, so when I went to pick up, they knew nothing about why I was there. Pricing was comparative to what I found online with competitors. When I went over, service was fast. The person who served me was awesome - friendly, gave me tips for the future, and got my parts and checkout done quickly. This was a residential, owner pickup.

Called around for washer part, 1st source was a little bit more but over all I liked there friendly Ness attitude when I called ...next day I went in and ordered the part and turns out it was cheaper then the quoted amount!! Definitely will be going there for all my appliance repairs!! All the staff was nice and the lady that checked me out was super helpful!!

My refrigerator main board went out today. Called and spoke with a very professional employee. Found what I needed in their stock room in no time at all. He held it for me until I was able to get there. They were probably the only ones carrying it in Colorado Springs at that time. Brought it home, popped it in, and got it running again quickly. Saved me from losing hundreds of dollars in groceries. Really appreciate this place!

1st Source Appliance parts surprised me. Yes, parts might be cheaper on-line but, if you dont want to wait three days and you want a no b.s. warranty, this place is our local solution. The person on the phone and the counter employee were nice. I didnt truly know what I needed but they were able to discern my part and even printed out an installation diagram. I was also surprised at their in stock inventory of random parts that were not generic or universal. All in all they saved me.

Called in to see about a fan motor. Was on hold for 12-15 minutes. Finely hung up waited 10 minutes and called back. On hold for 12-15 minutes. Finely got through and yes they have it. On the internet the fan was $35. their price was $96 plus tax over $104. Nice mark up. Went to pick up the part and their computers were down and it took 30 minutes to find the part and pay for it. Very poor service.

I love that they had the part that I need. But they upcharged me for a warranty that I didnt want and they didnt even tell me that they were charging me for it. They didnt ask me they just charged me. Also the website said that the part was $36 but when I walked in it was $42. I dont know whats going on but thats why I gave only 3 stars. Id rather wait two days and buy something on Amazon for the price that it says.

I went into the 1st Source store on Arrawanna St today to get a refrigerator filter and microwave light bulbs. After providing me with the filter, the worker proceeded to tell me that the light bulbs were a special type that they had to order in, and that they would be $50 each. I found them online for $2.50. Sorry 1st Source, you just lost a customer for good. Unless you want to be swindled, I recommend you shop somewhere else.

Unhelpful doesnt begin to cover it. Left on hold >15 minutes multiple times. Was forced to call the factory directly in order to get the part number myself, because the people I spoke to made it clear I was putting them out by asking them for help. I had to get the number from another parts supplier for the same reason. When called back with the exact part number I needed, they told me it would cost twice as much as market price, plus shipping in order to have it in a week. Found a company in MN that offered part plus 2-3 day shipping for $10 less. Look anywhere else for customer service, knowledge, and reasonable pricing.

Friendly and knowledgeable counter staff and network call center. They had the part I needed in stock. A little pricey but they include a one-time free replacement so if the drain pump goes out again I wont have to pay for it! From my research on this Whirlpool Cabrio Washer last night Im sure Ill get to use the free replacement. Ill definitely do business with them again.

They had the parts I needed in stock, however the counter person was not friendly at all, like I was taking his time. The store is great, seems like if they dont have it, probably doesnt exist. Just watch for this one individual, very rude.

Terrible attitudes, rude staff. Our refrigerator broke late on a Saturday morning. Once we were able to troubleshoot and discover what part we needed, we called and this store had the part. We knew we would be cutting it close getting there by the 1 PM closing time, so we told them we were on our way. The man on the phone made it a point to say “we don’t get overtime. We lock the door one minute before 1 PM.” Arrived at 1 PM, doors were locked, employees were inside and looked at me but refused to let me in.

I called these guys for a part and told them I could be there right at closing to pick it up and Ron says ok. I get there at 1 and the lights are off the door is locked and no one is to be found. Apparently the store had a similar conversation with a lady who showed up just after I did. Ron and the other guy walk out of the side of the building a few minutes later. I told them who I was and that we had just talked on the phone and that I was at the front door right at 1 all I got for an explanation was well we close at 1, weve been in the back putting money in the safe and setting the alarm. Thanks for the help guys....

This used to be the place to go for parts; now that they changed ownership they only sell to wholesale so regular residential customers that need a part for an appliance are SOL. I think youre missing a major market segment by not selling to the public.

Beware of this supplier! Their prices are not particularly good and can not be depended upon to in fact be the price that will be charged upon delivery, and their service is appalling. They seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction. They did not even order the part needed for my stove until a week after the repair man requested had requested it in person. Two weeks after that, it had still not arrived. When it finally did, another week later, the price they charged was half again what they had quoted beforehand. It became more economical for me to scrap the stove and to buy a new one, which I could have done a month earlier at the time that it broke, had 1st Source been efficient, honest and forthcoming. These guys are stinkers!

Very bad experience went in before they closed only to watch one of their employees upset at a customer on the phone and slams the phone receiver on the counter. I said having a bad day he ignored me so I talked to another younger employee who wasnt very knowledgeable about the parts I brought in so I said never mind you guys are having a bad day Ill get my parts from somewhere else.... Waste of time go somewhere else....Side note, I knew they were 2-3 times more expensive then ordering them myself online but thought I dont mind paying the added cost for the convenience but I went all the way down there because another company said said they should have the parts in stalk but no they have to order the parts and ship to my house.... I can do that!!! Waste of time

1st choice more like itd be my last choice. All you get is some mumbling long haired muppet not giving you any assistance or help. But it makes sense as he cant pick up the phone as youre on hold for 15+min before you drive over there. Id avoid this place and just amazon it. Support local business is tough with places like this.

Everytime I go into this place their policies/story changes. On my first vist I was told that I had to purchase their lifetime replacement plan. This was not ture, they automatically add it to your order and you have to request that it be taken off. On my second vist I was told that they would not price match so I was forced to pay nearly double because the project could not wait. My third visit was to replace the part I purchased on my first visit. This part should have been free as I was forced to buy the lifetime replacement plan but, they unable to find my purchase in their system so I had to buy the part again. They were nice enough to price match amazon within $7. I have not changed phone numbers in 13 years, sounds a little fishy. This lead me to today when I went in to purchase a part that lists for $49 and sells for $22.49 on amazon. Today I was told that they do not price match and they even went as far as to say they have never price matched. This place takes advantage of people because of their large amount of on-hand parts. I will wait for a part to be designed, built, and shipped before I ever use 1st Source again.

Initially I had a good impression but I purchased 3 elements for a stove that I did not need afterall (had to call a appliance repair guy to fix the stove). I returned the elements in the original packaging (one element was $43.60!). Miss Boss Lady would not allow a return because it was past 30 days. I informed her that the receipt makes no mention of a 30 day policy so I was unaware. She pointed to a small sign on the wall behind her (next to 3 other signs) that mentions the 30 day policy. Excuse me but when I was purchasing items there, I didnt stand there and read ALL FOUR SIGNS on the wall, nor did I have time to memorize what each sign read since its been over 30 days that I had been in the store. She was rude and unaplogetic stating that thats the policy. Its too bad they wouldnt make an exception to keep a customer whose business is rehabbing homes. They lost a good customer and I will spread the word to visit the other appliance store on Bijou and Circle Dr. (look for the lavender building).

I was told that they could get a part in two days.When I returned in three days, the same clerk insisted that that was not possible. Then I was told it was possible if I paid a high shipping charge. I told them to forget it, but I received a call three weeks later that the part was in.

I recently had a malfunction with my oven, I called them to find out if they had the part i needed, Sure enough they did, they held it for me and i was able to pick it up within the hour. Will be returning for further parts to my home appliances
