Our double-oven completely stopped working during a self-cleaning cycle, and would not turn back on. The D3/A-OK technician, Gabe, was able to arrive early and called to ask if that was okay. Gabe professionally introduced himself and diagnosed the problem almost immediately after hearing about the issue. Gabe easily obtained the needed part and fixed our oven within the hour. We couldnt be happier with Gabe and the excellent service provided. Highly recommended.

If you have any other option, don’t use this company. Our wall oven doors were locked because a fuse blew during the cleaning cycle. They scheduled our appointment five weeks out. When the man arrived, he didn’t have the right tool to open the doors! However, he said he knew what part needed to be ordered. He said we would be informed when the part arrived (which was two weeks later). At that time, we were to call and schedule a new appointment—two more weeks out. Now, it’s been nine weeks without an oven. On the appointment date, they called and cancelled the appointment. The next day we called, and they said it would be another two weeks. Seriously?!! This is not A-OK. They don’t care. We are looking for other options.

Waited over a month for an appointment for a non-working oven! Changed our contact number the day before (by speaking to an actual person at the business), so we were sure not to miss the call. We were told it would be anytime between 8am to 5pm, so my son had to take an entire day off from work. About 11:30am we received a voicemail via the old cell number (which we tried to update the day before, because I cannot answer calls at my work!) stating that the technician was about 10-15 minutes away and that he hopes someone would be home. My son was home with the screen door open, and NO ONE EVER showed up to the front door!!!! Of course, when I arrived home from work, it was after hours, so no one would answer their phones! We are in Albuquerque, NM. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Jessie was super friendly and professional. What a pleasure to be able to chat while he was performing a recall issue on our Cove dishwasher. He took off his shoes and clearly explained what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He checked to see if it was within warranty but was out. He had been able to accurately diagnose the potential problem, simply from the description I had provided in my email and brought the correct part and was in and out in roughly an hour. This was the company sent out on a warranty claim on our dishwasher. They were able to come quickly and were able to diagnose the issue. It took quite awhile to get the part, but this is due to shortages I think. In any case they did not forget and came back and put it on and it appears to be working just fine. They definitely seem to know what theyre doing and are very professional.

Harold was on time and very professional. He tried to cure our problem with our side by side ice maker over flowing with ice, but the problem is a design flaw and there is no current fix. Maybe Whirlpool will address this issue and figure out a solution

This is one of the worst companies we’ve ever worked with. They came out months ago to fix our built in microwave and charged us $700, yet the microwave was never fixed. They then said they would come out again but cancelled the day of our appointment at 10am after I’d already taken off work. They then said they’d order parts and call me back with a new appointment. I called today, and surprise, they had the part but had never called to reschedule. I now have to wait until November for someone to come out and fix our appliance.

I’ve used D3 appliances for my small appliance needs several times over the past few years, and I’ve always been satisfied with their service. But what makes me write this review today was my most recent and positive experience with not only the terrific technician, but other members of the business as well.One of the burners on my stove wasn’t working right, so I called D3. A tech came out, verified the problem, and he ordered the part. Well, in today’s environment parts are moving REALLY slow, which he explained and I understood. We still had a mostly working stove, so I wasn’t in a terrible rush. A few months went by and the part was still unavailable. They communicated with me regularly to make sure I knew the part was still on back order and they were still waiting. For reasons unrelated we decided to move, so the part was no longer required. I called the company, spoke with Travis and I explained the situation. He was very reasonable and agreed to give us a refund for the part we would no longer be needing. Dealing with the company over the past few months never seemed like a hassle, they were always communicative, explained everything that was going on, everything I was being charged for, made sure I understood everything before the tech left or money was exchanged. This seems like a good business that I will continue to use.

Jessie from D3/A-OK arrived on the day of the appointment earlier than planned. He used his tools to quickly assess the issue with my dryer. It took him less than 15 minutes to fix the problem. 5 stars to the technician - Glenn. 4 stars to Patty in the office.Otherwise, the service provided by this company was less than acceptable. This is the short version of our experience. Our refrigerator was not cooling and D3/A-OK came out the same day I called (8/2/21) and we were impressed by their quick response. But it ended that day. I made a follow-up call later in the week and was told the part was out of stock with no availability date. Parts dept didnt return my calls and I was told internal staff couldnt talk to them either. I searched for the part on-line and made multiple calls only to find the part available at 4 different vendors including the maker of my refrigerator, Samsung. I called D3/A-OK and told them where to get the part; keeping in mind we had paid them in advance for the part and labor to complete the repair. In the end, I ordered and paid for the part which was delivered in 2 days. After some negotiation, they did refund me for the part. However, it took another 8 days for them to come out and install it. We were without a refrigerator for 15 days. I had to purchase a mni-fridge to get by and still had to throw away food that wouldnt fit. I would not recommend this company for any repair service.

My dryer stopped working. I called D3/A-OK Appliance Service. I was able to be scheduled within 3 business days. My service technician was Jessie. He called to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and was able to do the repairs today. He is very professional and thorough!! Jessie is very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate a lot! We had used D3 in 2020 and our refrigerator had the same issue so I called today for an appointment as we have no freezer. I was told the first appointment would be 23 days from now and that was just for a diagnostic. Parts would be ordered after that. A $50 non refundable deposit was required now to get on the schedule and $119.95 service call fee for the 23rd and my fridge would be fixed when the parts are in and availabilitynon the schedule. I took my business elsewhere to someone who realizes customers keep them in business.

Gabriel was sent out to check my washer. I was told that it needed to be installed correctly. I explained that the original installers from D3 did not mention there would need to be additional steps to install. Gabriel took the time to listen to me with the issues the washer had and was able to replace the actuator in my Maytag washer. Appears that this machine has had issues with the actuator. He showed me in the manual what steps I would need to take so it could be correctly install. Thank you Gabe for taking time to listen and replacing the part. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He at first thought I needed a new ice-maker. Once it had been ordered and then arrived, he returned. With further exploration he determined that 3 wires had been broken in the door. He was able to repair the wires. He then replaced my ice-maker and refunded the cost of the new one. I had a great experience with this company and it was all due to the amazing technician that came out, Gabriel. He made two service calls; one call to diagnose and order parts and the second to install the parts. On both occasions he called to let me know he was on the way and would arrive in approximately 20 minutes. I appreciated this so much even though I had a four hour time window to expect his arrival. He was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable in his field. I dont want any other tech but Gabriel. I will definitely use this company and Gabriels expertise in the future.

The repairman (Anthony) completed his diagnosis of the problem, and he explained it to us He had to order parts. When the parts came in, they called us and set up an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Anthony returned and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. I liked that the same serviceman returned to complete the repairs.

I had a great experience with D3/A-OK when Gabriel came out to fix my refrigerator. He came out twice, the first time to diagnose the problem and the second time to replace the malfunctioning part. He was professional and courteous, and main the process very pleasant. Both times he gave me a call about 20 minutes prior to arriving which was very helpful, and he made quick work of diagnosing the problem and replacing the part. Despite the crazy lead times we are seeing right now D3/A-OK got my new part fairly quickly and were able to fix my issue.

The field installers do a great job but the office seems fairly disorganized. The field tickets did not have the apartment numbers associated with the work so it was difficult for them to look up and for me to keep track of the repairs completed and repairs still needing to be done. I feel like this could be an easy fix and would help both them and the customers.

Avoid this company at all costs! Took 3+ months to get Whirlpool refrigerator repaired under warranty! They ordered parts but didnt get all of them. Had to keep calling them. Finally, I told them to come with the parts they had. They hadnt even seen the refrigerator! The service man was great and very professional. The fix for part and labor was just not reasonable when the washer is still functional. A $600 repair for a $800 machine...not happening. My biggest reason for the 3 star review is the service call price at $120 when the average service call is $70. They spent less than 10 minutes doing the diagnosis. The whole call being less than 30 minutes. We would never have used them if we knew ahead of time that was the cost to come look at it. I guess we learned our lesson not to just go with the manufacturer online scheduling.

He then inspected the wash machine and began his course of action to address the problem we had described. Very efficiently Duane located the issue with our machine and fixed the problem in a few minutes. As he proceeded, he described what he had found and how he was going to fix the problem. The service tech was fantastic. He called before arriving, covered his shoes before entering the house. He was clean and very polite. He was quick with the repairs and put the area back in order so you would never know he was working on the dryer machine.The only negative, the tech came for his first appointment as expected. He had to order parts (which is fine) but the company waited for the parts to arrive before scheduling the actual repair. After the parts arrived, the company said it would be a couple weeks before they could schedule in the repair..I feel if they knew the wait would be that far out and they know an estimated time they would get the parts, they should have been proactive and scheduled the repair much earlier with anticipation of the parts arrival.

Gabriel arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was not what I had diagnosed. I had used the automatic cleaning function on the oven and it stopped working. Previously, the problem was that it ruined the heater element, so I thought the same thing had happened again. He brought a heater element, but determined that this time the problem was the thermostat. He was polite and efficient, and quickly made the repair.

Have had to use D3 twice in the last few months; once to repair an undercounter ice maker and second to repair a Dakor diswasher. Scott was polite, arrived on time, knew exactly what to look for, didnt lollygag around, and both machines are running fine now. Only issues with D3 is the wait time; in both cases it took almost 2 weeks to get the service scheduled. But aside from that I will use them again when needed.

The first repair company selected by my warranty provider sent a technician who unknowingly broke the replacement part and I had to file a second claim. Love my Samsung Hub refrigerator but there are issues with the ice maker buiding up too much frost. The technician (Glenn Haught) contacted me when he was on the way to my house. I was pleased to see he was masked, removed his shoes on entering my home, had all the tools and parts with him, so the did not have to make multiple trips to his vehicle. The prep, part replacement and cleane up was very professinal and thoughtout. My initial phone call was not impressive, the woman made me think it was going to be impossible because of my mt. location. Item under warranty, whirlpool talks to them and then it took a week for the part to arrive and 4 days to get my appt. scheduled. Been getting the run around for going on 6 weeks with this company, for a faulty part in a brand new microwave. 2 weeks for an appointment, 2 weeks to order new part and reinstall, 9 days because repair guy didnt sign his initials on invoice, 3 more days for bringing wrong part, 2 more days because of NO SHOW, now its Monday and my microwave is still tore apart on my floor. Maybe they will call me today, and set up a new appointment for 2 weeks down the road and I will have to take another day off, because they will tell me anytime between 8am and 5pm and not call me to in the morning to tell me what part of the day Im scheduled for . If I could give no stars I would !!! Very unprofessional. Next stop BBB to leave complaint

Jeremiah showed up for my complaint that the oven heat was erratic and getting worse. He ordered parts, and later installed them. He was a pleasure to have in the house, and I enjoyed his visit.

There was a miscommunication in regards to the order. It took a month until my Samsung washer parts arrived. But the technician Gabriel who came to fixed my washer did it only for less than 30 minutes super fast, very professional and he knows exactly the issue of my washer. I’m very happy with the results.
