The dairy Queen I visited shares a lobby a sandwich shop and the employees were all masked, it was clean the service was prompt the staff wasnt overly friendly but not rude, I had to remind the staff of one of our blizzards that they had forgotten to make but the blizzards were delicious, so I left happy with brain freeze .4 out of 5 stars

Give them girls in there a raise!! They are absolutely awesome! Always happy and have good communication with eachother. The line will be super long and they will handle it and get everyone their food and it tastes great!!!

Service is a little slow but I understand each treat is made to order, and its worth the wait!

The two girls closing the place absolutely crushed the last rush of people. Extremely friendly, super fast, and even though they were out of a couple things the service made up for it. Would love for them to be recognized by management for their great attitude and excellent service.

My sons and I have been coming to this DQ for about 9 yrs, and unfortunately its location and lack of parking is a turn-off. The intersection of Temple and the Boulevard has seen a steady increase in the amount of traffic. Time to relocate away from Colonial Heights to a more rural setting.

I will get something different next time like a banana split. The prices were affordable also so I will be taking the kids back very soon.

Every time I go to this dairy queen they are out of bananas and they all need to learn what is customer service. If I was the manager I would fire them all. So pitiful.

3.31.2021 at7 PM.. The 3 girls working were RUDE (this was the big, fat girl at register), standing doing nothing is girl #2, then 3rd girl they said was fairly new. She was the only one trying to make our order. Though she messed up the order a couple times at least she was trying...the other 2 were just standing. The big girl at the register was just looking at her phone. When we said something about the order not being right, the big girl became very rude and just walked away to the back.

Good job Dairy Queen. Customer satisfaction is 7.5/10. Food quality- cookie dough Blizzard and Butterfinger Blizzard- 8/10. Note to self do NOT get the fudge sauce next time...it melted the bottom portion. This error is mine. Facility appeared clean although we did not have a need to utilize the restrooms.

The service here is pretty good, Ive never had any problems with the staff or food, and its pretty clean inside. I like to come here for Birthday cake Blizzards and just hang out with my friends. Its a nice spot to get together with a few people and just chat about life.

My boyfriend and I went to this location last night around 9:15pm well aware that it was technically closed soon. The place had atleast 7-8 full tables of people eating nothing but Dairy Queen. A Jersey mikes employee got impatient and started flipping chairs onto the tables to keep people from sitting down and then a young lady in PINK FUZZY SLIPPERS from Dairy Queen came out to sweep. Now, I work in food service so I understand having a long day. However, this young lady was getting impatient and complaining out loud in front of customers and then asked what time it was. Another employee from behind the counter said “9:30” quietly and the young lady proceeded to raise her voice quite loud and say “9:30 oh no WE CLOSED” and turned lights out and pretty much kicked everyone out. Everyone was out eating their ice cream in the parking lot. Never in my life did I think I’d be the rude reviewer on google but this experience was horrible. If you see a girl in pink slippers at Dairy Queen. RUN.

Rating is for Jersy Mikes which shared space with Dart Queen. Prices too high for what you get. We got a Meatball and a steak sub. Very disappointing. Meat was flat tasting and sauce was bland. 20.00 was too much for 2 small subs and a small drink.

Very rude and extremely poor service. Closed before closing time. I went inside and an employee yelled were closed! Then tried to argue when I said that that their open sign is still on. Then she said well, the ice cream is soft, and the she pointed out that her coworker ia counting the draw. While this is going on, there are four guys and one girl eating ice cream. Why would you have the draw wide open and counting money while customers are in there. So that you can be robbed?!?! We asked for corporate number...we asked more than once. Finally received the number and asked for the employees name....she said Kim. Im truly dont believe that is her name. The shift manage kept saying shes new....I guess she was saying that not to take responability for what was taking place before her. This location always closes early...usually 5 to 7 minutes early. Not good business. Unprofessional.

They do not take gift cards. Also asked for a large ice cream cone with extra sprinkles and she said she could not put it on the cone only on the side. But in the past they put it on the cone for us Everytime. Never coming back.

This location could not take our Dairy Queen gift cards. There were 15 of us (7 couples & a single) that dropped in on this location. The young lady behind the counter said her system was broken at this time and would not read the gift.
