I spoke with Jasmine at the doctor’s office and she was so nice! I scheduled my appointment with her to get an appointment for new glasses and she pulled up my insurance so quick. Most of the time you get a surprise bill lol she was so sweet too! Keep her around lol I’ve had some TERRIBLE experience with doctors offices

I came in wal mart really needing my glasses fixed the lady kiya there was very nice fixed my glasses and even found another pair for my other pair

I love the manager Apple! She is just the sweetest person, and is always willing to help anyone. If you go shopping at the CH Walmart Vision Center, and don’t want to deal with any rudeness and actually get helped, Apple is THE one. Thank you so much for being so helpful and sweet!

I honestly can’t thank these ladies enough, for the credit they deserve. So I broke my glasses in half. We went to America’s best up the road by target. They wanted with protection plan. 65 dollars just the frames. We decided to go to Walmart. All I needed is the lens popped in some new frames so I can see again...after the lady looked at a few glasses to see if they fit. She found a pair for 17 dollars (no tax). Definitely get a second opinion. No wait time, the place was clean, ladies were exceptional when it came to service. I was in and out within 10 mins. Thank you Walmart!

I absolutely love Apple!she is always happy to see and ready to assist customers.She loves helping you pick out eyewear while also making sure it is affordable to you.I met her for the first time yesterday and she is not only a person who just wants to sell you a pair of glasses,shes a genuine caring person with a smiling face that just loves people.Go see Apple shes amazing!

This is good if you dont mind waiting. Always not enough staff. Is a good price if you are only interested in the cost.I myself would rather pay a little more at another place instead of spending a half hour to get waited on.

I would give zero stars if I could. We recently moved to Virginia, and weve been to this eye center twice during normal operating hours, as indicated on the store window. Both times they were closed, and the one time the employee sat in the store bumping her gums with people who werent there to place an order.
