After today I will not be returning to this dealership. Six months ago I needed my Honda Accord serviced. Paid $1300 and they said my car was good to go. 2 weeks ago I noticed my steering wheel was shaking. They told me that my brakes was perfect but my rotors needed to be shaved down. This cost me over $500. When I left, my brakes were squeeling loud when I stop and when I back up. I then made another appointment and this time they said I needed all new brakes! They told me that Honda’s are loud cars and all brakes makes noise. A LIE!! This time they wanted to charge $250. From now on I will get my car serviced at Pearson Honda where I have no issues. Will definitely not be returning to this dealership. All they want is money money money!

I was ecstatic to find a place to get my state inspection on a weekend and making the appointment online was perfect. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in about an hour.

Wow what a great experience! Oil change and tire rotation done in 30 minutes. Finally a dealer service department that keeps to the appointed time and schedule. The waiting room is awesome also with complementary beverages and snacks.

After requesting a specific technician (David Stell) and giving detailed service requests by text and speaking to a service rep, my requests were not followed, nor was I told that the technician was not available. I dropped my CRV off the afternoon before my 8am appt, and got a call about 9:30am that the job was in progress. I was never called that the job was complete. I finally called about 4:30 pm and it had been ready for several hours. Had I been told that my requested technician was unavailable, I wouldve made other arrangements. He and I had discussed the service details prior and I know he wouldve done the complete job.👉Communication is lacking...between staff and customer.

First purchase from here was great...its why we always refer others to purchase here as well...not sure my opinion is the same after my current purchase...not a experience
