Super friendly staff. The lady that schedules the services was so kind and helpful. She was able to get me in sooner than expected. Service completed on time and I was very pleased with the customer service and quick turn around. Great value as well! I’m only in the area for a couple weeks but I wish I was closer so I can continue giving them my business!

I dont rate shops very much however, have to give credit where its due. Brad and Patrick are the two BEST BMW techs in the state. Customer service is top notch. When it comes to diagnostic and figuring out the problem with your car. they have the tools and knowledge to get the job done. Highly recomend to any BMW or MINI owner. Service, trust, results. I have been taking my 2013 Mini Cooper S to BMUU for about three years now. I had a check engine light that would come on intermediately. My car would lose power, and the engine would vibrate violently. Within two days, BMUU had my car up and running like new again. The staff is always courteous, and the mechanics know what they are doing. For certain, I made the right decision when I took my vehicle to BMUU to get fixed.

When I think about family but not your own, this is the place. From day one when I brought my car to this place I knew it was the place for my business. Friendly, kind , knowledgeable, considering of your time...I could go on. I have 2 BMW that I will not take anywhere else. And the savings are what everyone needs in these times, and you will get that along with quality of work and professional service.

Service is always impeccable. Unfortunately, I need to learn that my 1984 733i is not an overnight repair anymore. Thanks Jackie, Brad and the professionals that kept her running like new. She is on bed rest for now until parts become more available.

I cannot say enough great things about the owners of this shop! We needed a repair on our 2014 BMW X3 and we were understandably nervous about the costs and work involved. We purchased the vehicle from a major dealership and did not expect the issues weve had with the car. They gave us honest, detailed information on the process, were completely transparent about the costs, and kept us informed every step of the way. The repair took less than week from the time insurance was contacted to the car being ready. The process was amazingly painless and the car drives amazing. Would recommend a million times over! Even if you live two hours away and own a mini or bmw look no further. family owned shop owned by a hard working couple and their certified techs that arent in it to price gouge because its a german car. they are fair and get the job done efficiently with no unnecessary. Trust me.

Very honest and respectable people. Went in expecting to pay $700+ (the dealers quote) and they temporarily fixed the problem for there standard service fee. This gave me a bit more time to gather what I needed. BMUU was asking about $300 less than what the dealer is wanting to charge and were very upfront in explaining exactly what needs to be done and what was done to my MINI. I will be going here for all my MINI services here on out. Thank you guys!

I was in a jam, having a flat tire and then my car wouldnt start but kept cranking. I looked for auto part repair facilities around me and spotted BMUU. I called them and they gave me hope. I then had the car towed and within a couple of hours had my starter in and my car running again. I am so grateful for BMUU! If I ever get stuck on the side of the road again I could only hope to have a BMUU there to get me back on the road!ThankfullyTony Gunther Jr

I’ve gone to BMUU since arriving in Virginia for maintenance and repairs on my 2015 BMW 328i. They’ve been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. Prices beat the dealership and so does quality of work. Won’t screw your around and make you pay for service you don’t truly need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who loves their BMW.

My car is going in soon for oil and coolant leak. I just went to talk to Brad and he was very approachable despite the fact that he came to talk in the middle of working on another car. When you walk in, you see all these BMW related certificates and gives you confidence. They also have military discount. More updates to come.

My husband and I heard a radio advertisement and had our BMW towed yesterday. I feel more confident now that I have read the reviews. The gentleman we spoke to before we towed it was very intelligent and seemed to be knowledgeable about his job. Stay tuned we will keep you posted.

Grand is very professional he doesnt overcharge you but doesnt try to fix things that are not broke when I take my vehicle there every time and his wife who takes care of the office is very nice and pleasant also

Brad at BMUU was excellent! I have a 2000 BMW 540i Wagon, that i swapped over to a manual transmission. He was able to code the car and get me on the road. He is definitely a wealth of knowledge on BMWs and he treated me great. I will be going back there when i need service again.
