Perhaps the slowest drive thru in history. 20 mins to get to pickup one Rx and 15 mins later still waiting. And they do not apologize for delay

Asked for cart wipes, and was told theyre out. I told the cashier they should care about it more, and she smirked and laughed at me. Not cute.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. The entire staff is rude and inconsiderate. It’s no surprise, either, given that the pharmacist will argue with you rather than do her job. Shameful. Shame on Walgreens for hiring people that behave this way and shame on any pharmacist who abuses their power rather than actually do their job and try to help people. I will no longer use this store.

The drive through pharmacy window is a joke. I’ve been here waiting for 15 minutes now, even beeped once and nobody even showed their face. It’s 12:36pm. Outrageous. If they don’t have enough staff for a drive through then close it down. What a joke.

The cashiers are rude, they never greet anyone, especially the Indian lady with glasses

Just took my 21 month old daughters passport photo and the staff were professional and friendly! My daughter would not stop moving and the guy could not get the shot so he nicely explained he would get his manager and when she couldnt get the shot she allowed me to try! Needless to say I got lucky and got the shot! The photo department was very helpful and patient!

Wow terrible customer service, very much of everything is OUTDATED! I went to return the item and the Female gave me a hard time! So I asked to speak with the head manager only to wait for a long time , another female manager with light blonde hair and glasses was very rude when I told her the item was expired ! I need corporate number...NOW

No enough staff working in the pharmacy department. No matter when you go it’s a 20 minute wait to just drop off a script and the. You might as well just pick it up the next day!

For the only pharmacy at that specific intersection and center of Colonia I would say it is fair and decent. Though yes, as most have said it is understaffed, it is also not a HUGE location either. The pharmacy itself is adequate enough though if you speak to someone whom is not a chemist aka pharmacist and are asking a medical question you arent going to get much. I suggest if you have the transport to use the Walgreens on St. Georges Ave right up Inman an extra 5 minutes away.

The wait time in line is getting worse and worse. This is the absolute worst Walgreens. Pharmacy has worst communicators and customer service of any location Ive ever been at.Update. Its gotten worse. 15 minutes in line because the cashier has to have full irrelevant conversation.

They have apple pay, and they are pretty quick. Sometimes they are short on staff in the photo department.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too the manager is terrible

I went to Walgreen at 555 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ to pick up my prescription around 5:45 pm today, 1/18/18. A white short pharmacist helped a white customer first who just got there and not even wait on the line while I and another customer were waiting on the line behind the sign for more than 10 minutes. This is racial discrimination favorable to white person. Besides, the eye drops is always short for 5 days a month. Dr. ordered for 30 days supplies but Walgreen only fills up for 25 days with the same co-pay. That means Walgreen steals money from customer. This is unacceptable. I will not replace new order from the store any more.

When you need them, they are useless. Passport kisok wasnt working.

Walgreens has everything you would expect and more, excepting prompt pharmacy service during peak hours which is often the case in such places, including CVS and Rite Aid. For perhaps the worlds biggest international pharmacy chain, they do well. I like their business format.

Horrible experience for a passport photo. I was charged $13.99 for two photos while other places (e.g., CVS) charge $12.99 for 4; when I asked how much it is for 4 photos, you know what the photoman say? I have to pay another $13.99!
