The cashier w the bug eyes had an attitude because I asked why she needed my ID to use my power up membership for a friend to sell his phone w his ID it was confusing considering Ive never had to show ID to use my membership she definitely needs a good talkin to about her incompetent actions.

Great stock friendly staff all around a great place

Tried going there at 5pm on a monday and they were closed. Tried calling corporate and they didnt care that the store was closed . VERY disappointed that a business is being ran like this.

Ok experience, customer service sometimes leaves something to be desired.

Went in today store Manager was completely rude. Asked about Mask, tried to inform him of medical excemption he interrupted me. I told him please let me finish told him I had a medical exception that I had a few questions and I would be on my way. He stated he couldnt having me be around the customers which I looked around and politely said that no ones was there. He said I need you to get out your getting your germs all over my store. I informed him thats fine, I will be calling corporate, as when I was walking up to go into the store he not did his co-worker have their mask on they were standing there just talking and I would be letting them know and also as we stood there the co-worker did not even have his nose covered. I told him to have a nice day and would be Calling corporate and went to walk out, he yelled after me I can help you and I politely declined and said I would let corporate take care of it.

Went and got a head set for my ps4 spent over 80 bucks on them and the mic dont evern work i can hear people but cant talk back to them if it gets fixed ill give it 5 star

I didnt have enough money on my card. Which was not their fault of course. I left without buying anything and they still charged my card the remainder that I had on it taking me to a zero balance. Figured it would be back on in a few days and is not so now I have to dispute it.

Terrible return policy on consoles. Tried to return a 5 day old PS4 Pro and they only offered $189. Beware, go to Walmart of Best Buy for your gaming needs for a less strict return policy.

Great selection of EVERYTHING at this store. My only issue is Im about 90% sure one of the employees is a vampire. Ive been in about 3 or 4 times. Twice the employee in question had the stores lights dimmed down a bit. I know this doesnt seem like proof of a vampire but I kid you not one of the times I had garlic on my breath because we ate at the Pasta House prior to coming in. As soon as I got close to him he hissed at me and his eyes did something weird. I left after seeing this. Like I said though, GREAT selection!!

This is the place to go if you are looking for collectibles, games, or to just look around. I like how you can trade for stuff instead of just buying it.

Traded in multiple games. Trade value $1-4 for Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 games. As they scan and put in the games into the register, we were not told what each price would be, only at the end a total value. Ended up with $52. My son wished he would of known that one particular game, was only worth a $1, he would of kept it. So if you just want stuff gone and to get a small reimbersment, it is worth it. Cash value of $52 trade in is $39.

It is in a convenient location, and most of the prices are fair, but GameStop always has some overly high prices on certain games.

GameStop has all your games that you need and all the consoles and stuff that you want and if they dont have it in stock they will find the nearest store that does so you can just run over there and grab it and they will hold it for you by name so thats pretty awesome and also my fiance really loves it hes a big kid too
