Best experience I had there by far!! Michael was a huge help and really nice! I honestly was expecting him to try and sell me every little thing he could but not at all, didn’t try to push it with anything and understood what I was wanting. Helped me with my upgrade and gave me tips to save money on my bill (which is a big plus for me!) everyone there was super nice and friendly.

As I walked in the store ,I was immediately greeted with a smile and the question how may I help you ,what brings you in today? I told her the reason, she assured me that she will be able to help me. This immediately gave me a feeling of peace and relief that the situation I had been dealing with for the last few days was about to be over. She invited me to take a seat, saying it sounds like the sim card is the problem. Doing what she does so well, in a matter of minutes she was handing me back my phone saying that you have a signal now. She told me to make a call. It went through with no problem. I couldnt thank her enough. Totally satisfied costumer here. 😊👍🏽

I had some issues with the Glen Carbon store and had been in several times for assistance, always feeling blown off and rushed out the door. I continued to have issues with my new phone/bill and stopped into the Collinsville store. Jeinner has helped me twice now and is absolutely awesome. Very nice and knowledgeable and corrected my issues very quickly. Im so happy I decided to stop in Collinsville, will continue to go see Jeinner in the future. Would definitely recommend seeing him if you want things done correctly and efficiently!

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my husband went to this location for a switch over from our current service to AT&T. Our Retail Sales person by the name Caleb was horrible, we had recently had a quote done somewhere else but because of the timing we decided to go to this location to start our process. Caleb told us he don’t know why the person we went to before them sent us to them they should have just did it but that wasn’t the case we wanted to come to this location in the first place so from this point we clearly can see that he didn’t want to be bothered with us. He went to the back room several times for at-least 10 to 15 minutes leaving us in the front at his table while he seemed to be trying to work on our service. Then at the end a hour an a half later he tells us we would probably have a better chance of just going back to the person who did our quote which was at Sam’s Club. Must I note we were trying to start a family plan with 5 phones that never happened at this location. Complete Unsatisfactory!

The salesman I forgot his name but hes at the Collinsville IL store . The boy was good if everybody had a rep like him everyone will win. I dont know how they are paid but give that man some more money. He about 58 599 tattos, dark hair he worth it. #SALUTE

By far the best customer experience at the Collinsville store after Authorized Retailer, Target AT&T rep, and another corporate store were all less than helpful. I recommend the Collinsville (IL) store.

Staff was helpful & got to me as quickly as time allowed, but when I entered I was not greeted or acknowledged.I just wanted to pay a phone bill but the kiosk wasnt accepting cash which is just beyond annoying

Called asking if they could help clean out the charging port on my phone and they said they didn’t do that, which was weird to me because the AT&T store in Alton did it for me before and when I use to work at sprint we did it for customers all the time. Before I could even finish clarifying what I meant I was hung up on. The associate never gave me her name and honestly based on other interactions with AT&T customer service I’m not to surprised this happened. I just know that they could’ve helped with my situation had she bothered to listen for a minute.

I went to the Att store at Collinsville Crossing to replace my phone. Always have had a great customer service experience there. The salesman I was dealing with was having difficulty getting the phone to update for service. When the evening manager/supervisor finally came to help she was extremely rude to both me and the salesman working with me. She brought up several mistakes this young man has made in the past, berating him in public (horrible management style) and then told me next time just go to Walmart, buy a go phone and program it myself. I was not happy.😡

I went in today very stressed about my phone and internet situation. I use to be with Straight Talk, but I switched to AT&T. Darcy was phenomenal. She was very informative, professional, and kind. She was also very patient. We hit a couple snags, but she handled every problem with a quick and efficient solution. We discussed all of my options and when the appointment was over I was very satisfied with the customer service and my experience switching over to AT&T. Thank you so much for everything you do Darcy!!!!

Amazing service at the collinsville, IL location! Zach was very helpful and patient as he worked with me to go through all upgrade options and then showed me how to set everything up on the new phone. He was very thorough and answered all of my question; many of them quite basic I’m sure, but for someone who doesn’t know much about technology, it was VERY VERY appreciated! Highly recommend!

My phone would not accept nor make calls. This baffled me. For the past 2 years Ive had this phone registered with Cricket. When I called Crickets customer service they indicated ATT had reported it lost/stolen and they could not do anything about it. I decided to visit ATT and boy am I glad I picked the Collinsville, IL store! Caleb and Mary (the Assistant Manager) listened to the issue and contacted ATT for me. I cant say enough about Calebs and Marys efforts, professionalism and patience through this issue! Because of Calebs and Marys efforts I switched my phone service to ATT! Goodbye Cricket!Also, I was impressed to see the reps spray and wipe surfaces after customers left!Way to go the extra mile ATT!!!!

Long waits! They arent honest abs dont tell you the right deals and what they consist of on payments etc. They are just about the sale and thats it. Give you dirty looks and in no hurry to help you.

My wife and I recently switched to AT&T. The switchover was made problematic by the company we were leaving. The manager at the AT&T store, Amber M., and the gentlemen that was our sales rep, Curtis T. could not have been more professional or helpful. They saw what we were dealing with and did everything the could to assist us. They quite literally spent hours over the last few days helping us as we dealt with less than helpful customer service reps from Spri t/T-Mobile. If youre in the metro east area of Illinois, across from St Louis, I cant give a higher recommendation for Curtis and Amber, they are a prime example of how customer service should be done! My experience was first class. I was helped right away. I bought a new phone. Actually an upgrade from 8s to 11. All of my questions were answered. Kaid was professional at all times.

This is one of the most dishonest businesses on the planet. NEVER do business with them. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to switch and half their promos are just lies and youll end up paying out to fix their misinformation and they wont honor any of it on top of it. Totally greedy and full of liars.

Pending the time of day or day of week they are super busy or nobody in this store. Hit or miss on customer service. Seems like nobody works there long? What happens to the folks that help you well, then you go back and they are gone?! So soon?! ....And All the fees?! Line fee? What? They need to try to match GB prices/plans of other major nationwide carriers, in todays times...price match anyone?

This AT&T store is hit or miss. You can get someone VERY knowledgeable or someone who will screw you over because they dont pay attention. Double check EVERYTHING. AT&T used to be a premier carrier with outstanding staff, not so much any more. That being said I would prefer going to a company store rather than call in with a problem.

Least helpful store..always packed and never get the same information twice..I tried to like the employees but they never have the same people ...I had one good experience here the employee was helpful and very knowledgable but he has not worked there since then...turn around is huge

The customer service at this store has never bothered me. However, I have had many experiences when I had to wait for NOTHING. No solution to my problem.My problem is with AT&T in general. They have gotten so big that no one knows what is going on with your account. It can take months to figure it out and by then I am not sure I trust the outcome. They are overpriced for what you receive, especially when it comes to customer service!!!I switched to another carrier. Simple, cheap, I always know exactly what I am paying for. Thats my answer!

Very Poor customer service. I visited for a replacement sim card and was signed in. Stood at the counter for 45 minutes while reps socialized and humored old men to an extreme. They took 2 reps and ten minutes just to take a guys check and then walked him out of the store and talked about his youth. The entire time I waited, I felt as if I was invisible. When a rep finally freed up, she went to another customer way down the waiting list and took care of him. I finally complained that the socializing is great but not when 5 customers are waiting for attention.

Horrible Customer Service! Was greeted at the door, only to be put on a waiting list while employees stood around not doing anything. After over 30 minutes of waiting we were told they had the phone we were looking at in stock. After 15 minutes of discussing options and picking out a case for it they went in the back to get the phone to come back out and tell us they didnt have the phone. When asked when they would get them back in stock. They went in the back and then came back out and told us they had no clue. So this was a total waist of our time. The worst part, it didnt seem to bother them either that we left upset. I would not recommend anyone use this AT&T store ever!
