Laurie was extremely helpful throughout that process and hooked us up with Chris Belesi, who showed us a few cars and answered so many of our questions. My wife did part of the car shopping/test driving on her own and was very impressed with Chris and how respectful he was towards her. We fell in love with a 2017 Lincoln MKC and Chris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once all the paperwork had been completed, he got in the car with us and showed us how to use all the features in the car. Jack Schmitt Ford is truly fantastic! I was looking for a truck on line and ran across one at Jack Schmitt. I reached out to them and they responded quickly. Please save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. I bought a 2017 Dodge Durango on 8/9/2021 and a week later the car broke down on me. I took it to a local shop and turns out it needs new spark plugs. I contacted the dealership and they stated they could not do anything about it. I am aware that is normal maintenance on a car but no way i should have to spend $500 to get my car fixed this soon. I hadn’t even had the car a full month. Please just go somewhere else and save yourself. Or learn the hard way like I did.

This is by FAR the best experience with a car dealership I’ve had. I went in at about 10am was driving off the lot with my brand new car by 1pm. Worst experience in my life buying a car. The finance guy was rude and insulting, they were very unorganized with my paperwork. I asked 4 times for it and later had to drive all the way back. Car had hidden issues they refuse to fix once discovered. Everytime I call someone guesses a different answer. Also 3 weeks later I am STILL waiting for my title. Probably going to call the attorney general and will never even consider buying from this place.

I had alway been wary of dealership service departments. Then I got to meet Dan after I purchased a F150 from Jack Schmitt Ford. Dan is very honest and always lets you know the good and bad of any service or repair you might need. What I find refreshing is what ever the issue is he will let you know if it easier or cheaper to fix it yourself. The other thing I appreciate about the service department there is their openness. We recently purchased a car from the dealership. We were in the market for a used car. I started with Dan in the service department. He told me if you find a car you like come on back and I will go over the service records with you if you like and tell you exactly what we did and be happy to answer any questions you might have. I’m very comfortable having my service done there and Dan and the rest of the service folks have earned my trust and business.

Second time Jack Schmidt was horrible, I’m done, one would expect 2 keys when you buy a 30k plus car. Ha nope they say it’s not on them to provide that after the deal is complete. They offer to get one to make it right then want to charge you! If I treated my customers at my shop like this I would be out of business!

Terrible experience. Went in with a check engine light and needing new brake pads. Was willing to pay a premium to go with a Ford Dealer. They tried increasing original quote for brake pads. Got truck back with a new issue and my truck now beeps non stop with a flashing parking brake signal. Instead of calling me with an estimate, they simply said my truck was ready. I still have a check engine light and am told I need to pay $100 to find out what is wrong with the truck after spending $860.
