I was at Advance to help my son get a car battery. The staff person tested the old battery and installed the new one. It wasnt easy, the battery post had broken loose. He didnt give up and we left with a new battery installed.

In and out service. Was greeted when I came intro the store and wished well when I left. Felt really good, since earlier that day I visited another auto part store and felt like I was invisible. 🙃

I had a great customer service experience tonight, with Clark behind the counter. He helped me confirm the parts I needed for a break job were the right part, but more importantly he reminded me to inspect the break caliper for damage because he suspected it was at fault for the premature brake pad/rotor failure. He was right! My caliper was hung up and it needed replaced. He helped me with that too when I came back 30 minutes later. He saved me from potentially running a new set of pads and a new rotor.

The staff were right on top of getting me a competitive quote. They even installed the battery (which was a tight fit). They did a fantastic job!

These are wonderful people who work here. I only go here when my “service engine soon” light pops up for a diagnostic test, and no one ever tries to pressure me into buying expensive parts or selling me things I don’t need (like all other places do). I’m a young lady so most people try to get over on me, but the people who work here are good people and always help me to the best of their abilities.

Average. People were helpful tho. Came out in isle to try to help me find specifically what I needed. They didnt have it. (Exhaust fitting)

I really like this store as well as the Granite City store. The associates are friendly and eager to assist. For instance, today I was going to order my parts online. As I usually do because of the discounts, but online kept telling me that the parts were not available - even online! I went to the store and they said they had this one in stock. I then ordered it online, waited for the web order to populate, and then picked it up. Collinsville has a great team!

I said hi too Manager walking in the store he was outside smoking a cigarette went in the store the other guy was on the phone stood there waited for 10 minutes still on the phone manager walks in with a customer from outside that just pulled up and wait on him first I even asked him I was here can you help me first he said no this is a regular customer so I took and went down the street and spent my $400 from ignition Coils for my truck.Not right.Manager was a redheaded guy don’t know his name.Poor Service won’t use them again been using them for years.
