Friendly, welcoming staff. Good selection of products. I purchased a Babyliss paddle iron, round brush, Soap & Glory bathwash. Easy parking. Following county mandated covid guidelines. A favorite store.

Ive been to this location several times and every time I go Ive had a wonderful experience with the customer service here. They also have a huge selection when it comes to hair products, nail polish, makeup brushes, and various makeup brands. My one issue is that they seem to consistently run out of specific brands and have not restocked them yet.

I love Ulta just dont be opening my packages. Get the Animal Crossing collection before its gone!

Went about an hour before closing and it was pretty empty! Our cashier Hala was the best! She is so sweet and recommended us a mascara that is amazing!! Keep up the amazing work Hala!!

Felt I was starred down by manager cause I was black. Then was wxplained to that a lot of people walk out with perfumes. Fourtnly. I still felt uncomfirtable to be loop into everyone else negative behavioral cause I dont steal, !

Best Ulta I have ever been in Regina the RSM she is awesome. Went above and beyond to please me and help me with my purchase. She was a blessing.

Visited the store at 11:55am. Jessica was wonderful she helped me find all the products. However, Ayanna (I’m sure I am spelling her name wrong) followed me around the store after Jessica went to the register to help someone else. While some middle aged and older white women continued to shop in peace. I guess because I am a black woman she felt like I was going to steal. It was even more uncomfortable because I was with my two year old daughter. I guess it’s ok to pass judgement on someone. I hope this store address this issue. Treat all customers the same. I spent $156.90 in the store. Once I pay my Ulta Beauty credit card off, I will be going with a different make-up store for my products.

I visited Ulta in Collierville on February 26, 2021 and the employees were incredibly rude. I was looking at the pressed power and a guy who looked like the manager rushed up to me and very passive agressively and rudely asked if I needed help. It made me feel very unwelcome and I wanted to leave immediately. When I was at the check out counter, I told the employee thank you right before I left and she just rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything at all. To the Ulta employees at Collierville on Houston Levee, y’all need to do better and need some customer service training. I love Ulta, but I’m not going to spend my money at Ulta if the employees can’t be decently friendly. After looking at the other reviews, it is clear that I am not the only one who had a bad experience. Y’all need better management before you loose all of your customers.

I walked in wanted to smell the Chanel Noir and the employee said to me, this isnt a Chanel store. FOLLOWED by telling me I couldnt smell it but I can buy it and if I didnt like i could return it..... ummm? What?I was looking to by this for a friend, I know exactly what store I walked into..Ulta ...they have a variety of fragrances.WILL NOR RETURN

Had a chance to stop by this brand new store to grab couple of items for my daughter. The associates were helpful and very enthusiastic about giving me advice. The store is well lit and laid out. I am certain my wife will be making some future visits here.

Wife usually spends too much money in here but everybody is always super nice, of course ;)

I love Ulta; however, no one greeted me nor was I ever asked if I needed help with anything. I did not make a purchase, I decided to go to Sephora. Just my experience.

Beautiful Ulta! Very organized, well stocked and clean. If you have natural black (African American) hair, I’d suggest Attiana. She’s the only stylist I’ve gone to that does my hair how I like and knows what to do with it.They have a good staff here who genuinely care about customer service (very rare nowadays). Don’t bring any negative Karen energy in here. People who care about customers are few and far between now. Be respectful and appreciate good ones when you see them.

Very clean store stocked with the items I was looking for. Signs on the door noting the employees would practice social distancing and hand sanitizer use was offered through the store.There was no waiting in line so I was able to get in and out efficiently.

They had a shift manager and two associates I was never asked if I needed help matching foundations or concealers. I exchanged words with another young lady about the lack of customer service, and let the shift manager know I was not helped as I checked out. She said it was just her and the other two associates, clearly they had no concerns about selling products or customer service.

I love the new Ulta in Collierville! The employees are extremely friendly and helpful! Ive also had great experiences with the services, skin, brow and hair. I highly recommend giving any of them a try! Ive had hit and miss at other Ulta locations but its been 100% positive at the Collierville location.

This store was late opening its doors on a Saturday morning, 10 minutes late. No one said anything to you when you entered the store. I find this store unfriendly. They have workers who couldnt make it in so theres not enough help. This store just opened. Im not pleased with the new hires or how its run. (This is the new Houston Levee store in Collierville).

Twice I have visited this new location and sad to say I’m very displeased . My first visit I was unaware of the store hours opening at 11:00am no problem I just waited . But here comes 11:00 am and still no one opening the doors . Me and three other customers waited until 11:15 to get. No one offered an apology. Second visit I spent almost two hours trying to match foundations and even asking for assistance that was not given . Then when expressing that dissatisfaction I was met with a shrug hope you have a bette day. Spent over $70 and will not be returning . Terrible customer service
