Good store got most Everything People working there was Friendly and helpful. Only thing I felted like people working there was keep coming around everywhere we go felted like they was just spying. I wanted to look more stuff But when you look somebodys standing around watching like we gonna steal something, they need to do better than that. Stuff like that doesnt bring customer come back it just make them dont wanna come back again.

This 5-star rating is because of Josh. He was extremely helpful and had a positive attitude while doing it. Normally, I would go into this store and not feel welcome or find it hard to get any kind of assistance. Josh was personable and found the perfect makeup looks for me. Please keep him in the store at all times. He is definitely the reason I’m coming back!

I went in with a very vague idea of some Cosmetics that I needed to add to my collection, and I left with the perfect editions thanks to the friendly employees at this Sephora! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who asked me what I was looking for and as soon as I told him he brought out his palette to do swatches of color for me and find the right color combination and brand for my skin type. Everything I got was useful and perfect for me!

I am suprised how this store got such a great rating in Google! I found this store closing earlier than their posted time on the door or on the web. This is extremely disappointing when you have something to do (such as pickup, return, etc.) that needs a couple of minutes and you could not enter the store after driving 15-20 minutes just because the store is closed 10-20 minutes before their posted closing time! What a disappointment!

This store is 10 mins from me, and this is the store i have always shop at because everyone there is so nice.. However, i had a bad experience with a cashier “Brittany” she claims to be the manager but she had to ask a man that was there (he was the nicest) and she said she was “management”, but had to ask him for advice (hmmm)... I have always worked as customer service and you supposed to greet customers, which she didn’t do.. she saw me standing in line and said “yes”, she was rude. Next time a smile won’t hurt! I’ll be driving 15 more mins to go to saddle creek Sephora or Ulta down the street.. If they don’t take care of their customers, they will be the next store closing at the carriage crossing..

It took a very long time for someone to give me any attention or help. When someone did assist me she was so sweet and also knowledgeable, however I did end up matched incorrectly, not knowing after days but she was super close. Id come back only if I had this specific worker because she was the nicest.

I have visited this store 2x just to look at makeup & smell perfume. My experience each time was being racially profiled & watched. Everytime I moved, the consultant on the floor moved. Its more insulting when youre watched by a brown girl with your same complexion, they know better than anyone the hurt & pain of being profiled & watched because youre black. I called & spoke to a mgr named Jason (I think that was his name) & he basically blew it off. Everyone should just start shopping online so the store closes like all the other stores out there.

After my encounter, I sent a message to corporate who either didnt care about my complaint or theyve heard so many complaints about this store they knew nothing would change. I will not return to this store or order from Sephora online again. Dont waste your time walking into this store; head over to Dillards for some of the friendliest people that treat you well!

I visited this store to buy some full coverage concealer. No one acknowledged that I was in there and didnt even bother to help to see if I was buying the right thing or shade. Needless to say, I purchased the wrong thing but will never return to this place again. I buy a lot of makeup and I know that they wont hurt from losing me as a customer, but I hope that this review helps the next person to go to a more hospitable establishment!

I visited the store in collierville to purchase products. While trying to locate my items, I asked an employee for assistance. She informed me that they were out of both products I was looking for. Interested in purchasing other products I browsed the store only to be followed everywhere I went. I obviously was being racially profiled. While looking for the manager I noticed that the young lady was speaking to her on her headset. I believe she was being told to follow me. I left without purchasing anything. I will never shop at Sephora again and I’ll definitely make sure that my friends and colleagues are aware of their practices. After looking at the reviews, I’m not the first to experience this treatment. MAC and Dillard’s are very nice options.

Excellent service

I always get a makeover at Sephora when I have extremely special occasions. This time I was going out of town for an occasion so I decided to book an appointment for a makeover nearby. My experience was horrible. I arrived early and didnt get out of Sephora until 1 hour and 30 mins after the appointment was supposed to start. Not to mention the MUA had me looking like a clown. If thats not enough, they made me purchase $50 worth of makeup before my makeover. Ridiculous. At locations in my hometown I never had to make the purchase upfront. It makes more sense to do it afterwards especially if youre trying to make more sales than $50. Everybody was rude and lazy. They definitely treat white and black people different in this store. They need to hire more professional workers who do not have a problem with helping black people! I wish there was an option to not give any stars to stores like this.

I have been to your location inside of JC Penny in Memphis and I decided to give the Carriage Crossing location a try because it is closer to my home in Collierville. Due to the fact that I was racially profiled with a security guard called to the store to follow my friends and I around, I did not purchase anything. The manager and employee refused to give me their name. The security guard even apologized stating I am only doing my job when they call me over. It happens often. I feel very offended some type of diversity training is needed immediately. All of your customers should be treated with respect. We did nothing to cause thistreatment other than being people of color.

Very rude! Each time I come in this Sephora I have an issue with an associate. I have had to call the corporate office on the manager numerous times. Go to Germantown.

My friends and I went to this Sephora and were racially profiled. They called a security guard and had him follow ya around the store. Even the security guard apologized. The manager would not identify herself and also would not let my friends come back into the store without justification.

Not to friendly customer service. They were not mean but they did not greet or see if I needed help.
