I made a mobile order super early to ensure my order would be ready when I got to the Starbucks. I placed the order at 7:35, and the estimated pick up was at 7:47. I did not even get to the Starbucks until 8:00 and they still don’t have it ready for me. Don’t go here if you’re not willing to wait no matter what.

This location always has issues. Today, it was this:Waited in line for over 20 minutes. There was a long line of cars as it was a hot and busy Saturday. Finally get to the window, only to be told “We’re not accepting any more orders, we’re closing at 4.” Instead of having a sign or having an employee come out and inform people that they’re closing early (for whatever reason), they just allowed the customers to wait and get irritated. Then, locked the window and would not address customers at all. Very disrespectful and rude. Called another Starbucks and was told that they all close at 8pm. So, this location just closed because they felt like it.

I love this location!! The staff is always very kind and friendly. My order is always correct and great!! Although the line can be very long I think it is very much worth it! I will definitely continue to come here!

I love this Starbucks. Although, I hate always coming here and they never have the ingredients or supplies needed. I need you guys to get on that and order the things needed for people when ordering. Then we’re having to delay time cause I have to think of something else to get.

Had some problems ordering inside. I think they forgot about me after I ordered. But once they figured it out they made my order quickly.

I appreciate the effort they make to connect with their customers. If you make many trips to purchase coffee and converse with the baristas they will help you get it made just to your own personal liking! I appreciate that when I am paying that much for a coffee. Their stores are always clean and that is great during this pandemic!

I love this Starbucks on Houston Levee!! They stay busy but they are very efficient and the drive thru line moves quickly!!

Heads up, if you order oatmeal at Starbucks, you have to cook it yourself. I ordered blueberry oatmeal this morning and didnt get the blueberries and also didnt get cooked oatmeal.

They must be massively understaffed. I have been trapped in the barely moving drive-through line for over 20 minutes. I cannot escape because of the landscaping, or I would have left the line. This is torture.

Jeeesh, no organization. dont go in the drive through, if anything go inside. im not one to complain but 30 minutes stuck in the drive through and then receiving the wrong drink. Went inside the two stars if for the guy who looked like he was the only one who knew what he was doing.

Quality as expected but PAINFULLY SLOW DRIVE THRU!!! It’s been this way for weeks since the lobby is closed, and I keep thinking that they will surely figure out how to get more efficient. Not so as of yet. Alternative options are limited.

This is the second time I’ve come to this Starbucks and the drive thru line is insanely slow. It wasn’t always this slow but I will have to find another location if this continues. By the time you makeIt to the window the cold or frozen beverage is melted. Please do better.

I bought the Trenta size, because I was thirsty. They filled it up with so much ice. A few gulps and it was done with. 🙁

Drive thru is unbelievably slow, been that for a month. Our coffee was luke warm. Some way something has got to change.

Slowest store I’ve seen so far. Sometimes closed during working hours due to staffing shortage. Beware when coming here. You may be sitting in line for 20 minutes we’re not getting your order at all.

Staff is nice. Drinks are usually good. Over the last month or so I’ve noticed the drive thru line takes much longer than normal. I’m not seeing a couple of the regular employees inside anymore, looks like when they left the speed left with them....I’ve seen dozens of cars (including myself) pull into the parking lot, see the line, and leave. Get the speed back up to where it once was, and it’s easily 5 Stars

Coffee tasted like burn popcorn and was extremely bitter.

As someone who doesn’t take any sweetener in her coffee, did not order it with syrup and said no when asked, it was disappointing to be given my coffee with vanilla syrup in it. The order for the second coffee was also wrong as they made it decaf. The drive thru was very slow and the line to go back thru to have the error corrected was just too long. There was also a line out the door, so I couldn’t get the mistake addressed in a timely fashion. Check your order before pulling away.

Great coffee and great breakfast. Not only to they have a very wide variety of pastries but they are very good. The refreshers are really good but some of the other options like the mini bagels and egg white bites are great.

Drinks are usually good, BUT last time I tried to go early since I have to be at work very early, no one was in the store. It says they open at 5 and yes I was there at 5:15, but there is no excuse for a displeased customer due to late employees. Get your staff under control.

Not the worst coffee in the world but by no means the best. Food is generally dry and tasteless (had to be to have the required shelf life). The environment is generally comfortable and the WiFi is unfailingly good and reliable. The great thing is this chain is reliable

Starbucks is expensive because it is supposed to be a premium product and service. At this Starbucks location the service is usually pretty quick, but I personally dont usually get what I ordered. The place is a hot mess.

Sadly as much as I love Starbucks 90% of the time that I go to this location I end up having to throw my drink out because it’s not made right and I’m on my way to work with no chance to turn around and get it fixed. I do not order complicated drinks the most recent was a seasonal latte as they normally make it no changes except just at a different temperature . What I ended up getting was not my yummy flavored latte but more like a cup of warm milk!! I normally wouldn’t even bother complaining except for the fact it keeps happening and it costs $6 for a drink. I’ll won’t be using this Starbucks again, just can’t justify the mess up anymore.

Love the coffee... The calm atmosphere, the friendly staff. The dim jazzy music soothes me after a good days work while reading a book. Great place to unwind the day.

This is my FAVORITE starbucks in Memphis! They are always fast, friendly, and offer replacements if your meal/drink wasnt to your liking. I usually get the Dragon drink but they were out of some of the ingredients. So they threw in some extra blackberries as a courtesy! I come here before work every morning and they have yet to dissapoint!

Unfortunately, there’s no Zero star because they don’t deserve a star. One morning, I ordered a black coffee when I was on my way to work and the cup wasn’t fully covered so the coffee spilled on me and I was about to make an accident. Not speaking of how rude the employees are. Moreover, every time I order, they give me something different (wrong drink that I already have allergic of)

I love Starbucks! All the baristas are so friendly! Speedy service with a smile every time I visit. Its great. The drinks are made on point. My venti iced caramel white mocha tastes phenomenal every time I visit! Yummy! I want one right now! It gets costly, but if you get the app you earn free drinks.

Disappointed, drive thru closed. They were closing because of staff issue and they made no effort to serve people standing at the door. Poor customer service.

I was turned away for coming to the store with my service animal. I have never had an issue with this before at a Starbucks... I told the lady upfront that my dog is a service dog and showed her my letter proving it. She said I know that dog isn’t a service dog and she refused to read my letter and sent me away. Won’t be coming back here again.

Amazing baristas working together to crank out a constant stream of beverages, seamlessly switching between the drive up window and the counter. This Houston Levee location has the fastest & friendliest service of any of the Memphis area stores. I just wish they had a water fountain on site too.

Went with a starbucks obsessed friend bc Id never been and immediately hated it. Service is poor, coffee and breakfast were disgusting. Weird atmosphere. Plus everything they stand for is unAmerican. Will NEVER step foot in another Starbucks. Anywhere. Period.

This morning (July 28, 2019) at approximately 1045 at the Houston Levee Rd, Collierville TN Starbucks Drive-thru, I placed an order. Now at the drive-up window I remitted payment and was handed a scalding hot grande coffee with the lid poorly secured, the barista handed me the coffee and spilled all over my hand. I quickly dropped the coffee cup as not to continue suffering burns to my hand. Mistakes happen, but this was inexcusable when the barista named LP began hysterically laughing and pointing at me as if under the influence. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! The customer service at the Houston Levee Rd, Collierville TN Starbucks is ZERO for me.

I bought a venti drink and it had a really long hair inside of it I didn’t realized until I was drinking it I wanted to go back and tell them but I was almost done with my drink they need to come up with a way so hairs don’t get in drinks THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED!!

I like to come here when the Starbucks near my house is overcrowded. This location is usually pretty busy but theres always an available table. Its well lit, lots of windows, and a great place to get work done.

Waited fifteen minutes only to discover the woman didnt even put my sandwich in the oven. When I asked her about it she was rude and insisted that I hadnt ordered one. Showed receipt to finally get my sandwich. Definitely wont come here again.

Its been a while since my last visit. The Women in the window 8/20/2016 was rude disrespectful and judgemental about how much food I was purchasing threw the drive threw. And her racist remarks I am not her Hun. Im a proud Pastor and Doctor. The word Hun is used in the south towards blacks and other Nationalities as a stereo type that were stupid and it isnt any of her business what Im eating or who Im ordering for. She just need to take the order and keep her big mouth close. I refuse to go back to the East Winchester Rd location 38125 That older women in the window just nadty. Ill rather visit with the Collierville Tennessee location and the East Poplar location before I visit that location while shes an employee.
