Awful customer service. One of the girls working thereasked if she could help me, she looked annoyed when I said yes and then made up an excuse to leave and go drink her yeti drink and be on her phone at the front desk. I left to ulta because they deserve my money as they are much more helpful.

I came here today and the lady there blocked off the entrances and proceeds to stare at us as we were just trying to leave she would constantly be around us thinking we were stealing she made us feel really uncomfortable definitely do not recommend !!

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my consultation with Lizzie (Elizabeth). I’m very inexperienced when it comes to makeup and the many steps it takes. From the minute I walked into their little center I was met with friendly faces. Each eager to help me anyway they could. From start to finish I was treated kindly. Every question I had it was answered. She was extremely patient with me. She took the time to explain to me how different products worked. There was nothing negative about my visit. By the time she was done, I was leaving with a smile and parting gift. I felt very beautiful and confident in my abilities to recreate the simple yet “night out” look. Long story short, I’ll definitely be back all because of her. Elizabeth if you see this, THANK YOU! You’re awesome.

Was trying to do the survery but access code was not allowing me too, so I had to come here to write about Allyson. So very helpful from the minute I stepped in the store. Very knowledgeable of product and she allowed me to take my time and roam around the store. Absolutely amazing! Every single employee Ive met has gone above and beyond to help me, and has offered excellent recommendations. They are all professional and kind, and KNOW their makeup! The store is always beautifully clean and gorgeously laid-out. Being a JCPenney Sephora, its a smaller store than most Sephoras, but beats nearly every one Ive ever been in. Nothings cluttered, everything is beautifully and OBVIOUSLY laid out; the newest releases are at the front in pretty display cases to swatch. Its honestly amazing!

I took my daughter in-law to this Sophora today. We had a great experience! And the girl that worked with us was very knowledgeable and very helpful ! Thank you !

They sold me a gift card and told me I could bring my daughter in for a makeover. When I called to make an appointment for her, they no longer do them. Now, I know why they have a 2 star rating. Very poor service.

I’m a makeup lover and I’m always purchasing from Sephora and on my birthday I went to get my birthday gift and the two employees completely ignored me and when I would approach them they would walk away, I ended up leaving with no birthday gift. And another occasion I went to get color match for a powder and the girl kept on insisting me to get a liquid foundation and after numerous of times telling her I wanted powder she then later left me unattended at the beauty bar and after 30mins she comes with a LIQUID foundation (I asked for powder) that didn’t even match my color and I just ended up purchasing it, I needed it since I was out of foundation for a interview and mixed it with bronzer I’m currently on my way to Conroe because I’m tired of dealing with their unprofessionalism and their non-existing costumer service.

We sat at the beauty studio for 30 mins after being instructed to by an employee. Many other employees began to walk by and saw us sitting there without help, we asked repeatedly for help and they walked away. The whole time we were waiting , the girls were sitting across from us gossiping about what they were doing this weekend.

I went into this Sephora today expecting it to be a positive experience, but what I was met with was horrible example of customer service. The employees were more interested in hanging out with each (at one point taking selfies) than helping me. I was in the store nearly 30min and I had a question and was ready to make a purchase, I made eye contact with multiple employees and trying to get there attention and help but no one would come help me. Saying that I put back my products and left. I then went to the MAC counter at Macys and got top notch service.

Jennifer helped me today at the College Station Sephora. She was so kind, honest, and patient. She performed a full makeover on me and taught me how to choose and apply the right products. She really took her time and I felt beautiful when I walked out of the store. I also overheard other employees encouraging one another and helping each other with suggestions. They seemed truly interested in the products they sell and very knowledgeable. I purchased a few products and I got an excellent coupon in the store which made my total extremely competitive with our local ULTA. I saved much more at Sephora! Go see Jennifer! You wont be diappointed!

I normally go to ulta in town because its been around longer than this sephora location. However, I went to ulta today and they did not carry the foundation I was looking for and directed me to sephora. I was a little apprehensive based on the sephora reviews on here, but I really wanted this foundation...so I decided to go anyways. Im so glad I did. As I walked in, two people were already helping customers and after a very short amount of time I was greeted by another sales associate, Carolyn or Carol (Im sorry Im terrible with names). Not only did she color match me perfectly and give me good recommendations...she listened to what I wanted and didnt direct me to products I didnt want. At the cashier, my rewards account was not coming up...the cashier tried multiple times to get my account to appear and it finally did. As a result, I received a birthday gift. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I will be returning. For reference, I went at 2pm on a Friday.

Went yesterday to return a foundation I had bought less than 2 weeks ago, used once, with no receipt. Ive returned plenty of things to both Ulta and Sephora with no receipt and have never run into an issue, However this time, the cashier told me that I am only eligible for the 45 Day Low which I have NEVER heard of. Basically this girl told me that I was only eligible for a $5 refund on my $40 purchase. Needless to say I took my foundation back and left. Will strictly be visiting Ulta for all my beauty needs.

Worst customer service EVER. Usually whenever I go to Sephora the customer service is amazing but I dont know whats wrong with the Sephora at this location. All the employees were gossiping, ignoring customers, or laughing/making fun of other customers. Awful place

IT is terrible . Most would complain and didnt even care to help and another costumer. they only were responsible when a huge product came out and loads off people are there to try products. i suggest you go to mac or ester larder in macys. they have good customer satisfaction every time i visit them. if you need products from sephora just go online or a different store

Customer service is hit or miss (usually miss). Most of the time I visit, the employees are unavailable to help and if they are available, they are talking to each other. Also, the store seems to be out of stock of many items, sometimes for weeks! Yet, I continue to go here because it has many of the products I cant get elsewhere locally.

Always busy never enough help, always one worker when I go in.

Very bad customer service. The store assistant was so reluctant on trying any product on me. I ended up going to another store instead. The assistant at Sephora didn’t seem interested in selling any product to me.
