Busy spot, and went in knowing it was tex-mes, which I enjoy. Service was so-so, which honestly could be due to a shortage of servers like everyone else had. No huge complaints, just thought the food was overpriced for the experience. Just one mans opinion as this place seems to be very well received from most other reviewers...which I could have been one of them.

My girlfriend and I frequent this place mainly for the candles. They have very nice fragrance that is strong enough to fill the room but soft enough to burn all day without getting a headache.

Amazing staff! Always asking if you need help but not overbearing. Fun and friendly environment. The cashier was fast and explained the upcoming promotion with excitement. I cant wait to go back and get my free spray with my next purchase! I felt like we were all old friends talking about our favorite scents and our new addictions. Of course I bought more than expected!

I absolutely love this store! I buy candels,lotions,and plug in refills all the time. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. I dont have a bad thing to say about Bath & Body Works. I also found out they are the same people who own Victorias Secret and can even use your Victoria Secret card!!! How awesome is that! Im in and out of this store all the time and I have never had a bad experience or encounter a rude staff member. Great job on having amazing workers at your store. Im a customer for life!

Bath & Body Works made Valentines day not only possible, but one to remember for years to come. They were EXTREMELY helpful to the lost boyfriend who didnt know what he was doing. I was personally helped by Christie. Shes an employee that truly cares about the customer. What can I say, price was right, customer service was outstanding.

I love this place BUT not happy with the in store selections and the fact that they make it impossible to use ur online coupons in order to get what u really want makes me not want to shop with them any more!!Also the fact that this company has the NERVE To charge outrageous shipping charges.. Unbelievable!

Honestly would give this store 0 stars if I could. Not sure if I came on a bad day or all the employees are just lousy but it wasnt acceptable. I first approached a girl to ask her a question and as I did she looked right past me, laughed, and told me she was going behind the counter to talk to her coworkers because they needed her. I turned around and saw 2 coworkers laughing behind the counter. She also never came back to help me, instead continued roaming the floor. Whats that about? I then asked another employee if there was any specials and she lied and said there were none as I pulled 3 up on my cellphone. Interesting. I roamed around the store for maybe another 10 minutes, lost, before I finally decided to just leave. This was my First time in this store but honestly will be my last time. Id much rather go to the one in Houston where everyone is treated with respect and ALL employees are helpful.Shame on you Bath & Body Works in Post Oak mall. I wish I had the employees names so I could maybe talk to a manager. Ill definitely tell my friends if they plan on going, they better have a game plan and not count on the employees to be helpful at all.

I went over there after work looking for a certain sent a co-worker had got in there but the winter fragrance are not available yet Ill wait 2 more months when they get put out. I had a young lady that was very helpful and I was thankful because it was raining cats and dogs out here when I left.

TBH I love Bath and Body Works.I went in there with my friend and she almost passed out cuz of the strong scents.Honestly I would recommend putting less strong scents in the store cuz everytime I go in there with someone they always tell me they are about to faint and then we have to leave and I never get to buy anything cuz I never have time to look around
