Amazing customer service! I’ve been all over town looking for something and no one at the other stores have been near as helpful as the staff here. An older gentleman helped me, I guess he could tell I needed help by the way I was staring at a shelf Looking lost. He was so sweet and helpful. When we couldn’t find what I needed he offered to order it for me and even gave me recommendations of other places in town that would have it. Oh my gosh I wish I knew his name but he made my day today with his kindness.

Best customer service Walmart tech was garbage compared to this

Everyone was so helpful! Jason showed me all over the store, helping me find all the items i needed. Eric helped answer all my questions about thier copy machines and the prices for self service as well as full service. He showed me all the office tools that they offer for customers to use in the store. I was able to do the work i needed right there in the store saving me not only money, but allowing me to finish my project with all the proper items i needed. I had chosen a binder that was to small at first, but because i was able to work in the store... i realized i would need a larger binder and was able to upgrade before actually purchasing, and having to return later to exchange the first smaller binder. Elise, was so very friendly at the checkout and made sure i had all that i needed, and did so with a smile. I drove out of my way to go to this store, and it was well worth the trip. A++++

My all-around experience at this office Depot was absolutely wonderful! Despite the fact that I had to come back twice and exchange items that I purchased that were not working, I I left happy as I could be with everything that I needed. it really was a customer service experience that reminded me of what things used to be like at all good businesses 30 years ago! I would like to thank Garrett the assistant manager in particular. He knew his stuff had great suggestions and when they were out of stock of what I really needed he discounted the more expensive version of it as an apology for them not having it in stock, which was just so far above and beyond any customer service you get anywhere nowadays. Someone should give that man a medal and a raise!!! I will happily support this brick and mortar store as much as is in my power! Thank you Garrett! you turned what could have been an absolutely horrible and incredibly irritating situation into a pleasurable, fast,a fulfilling customer experience! Keep it up!!!

Ive been coming here for years to buy office supplies in a pinch. My trips have always unremarkable, until I came in with a friend who had a problem with her laptop which she purchased here. The laptop lived a good life but gave up the ghost too soon, and the laptop company had been difficult to work with. We brought it back in to Office Depot and one of the tech specialists went to work on it right away. He determined that the laptop needed replacing so he called over a manager to help. The two of them worked to find a replacement, and when a comparable model wasnt available, they issued a full refund.I was amazed at the compassionate service they provided and am happy to recommend this location to anyone who asks. Shout out to Garrett and Jim W. for amazing customer service. Thanks yall!

Unfortunately, I have to show a star to write a review. I am infuriated to find out upon driving an hour (ONE WAY) to get to the store to pick up prints they were ready for pick up, this store is closed. NO NOTICE online or when you call. Thank you for such a major inconvenience in my day!

I’m at this location all the time. Mainly for work, but my husband is a gamer and we come here for his chairs etc. Team members really know what they’re talking about and don’t try to up-sell you for the extra penny, they care about the quality of the product you’re looking for!

Services advertised vs services actually offered in store are two very different things. Thanks for the wasted trip.

Associates are always helpful. Wish the order pick up always worked as fast as it did today. Sometimes you can wait 10 min for something you have already paid for. Maybe a order locker system could help speed it up.

I got my office chair and glass desk from them with a great discount. very helpful staff, they carry the things you purchase to your vehicle. In store, Sometimes they have yellow sale signs on the goods, usually they are great deal to catch up. However, Their clearance section is very limited.

Great place to do business with. Kudos to store manager Mr Jorge Rodriguez. His customer service attitude is the buck stops with him. He will not let an unresolved issue or customer complaint go without going the extra mile to correct whatevers wrong. I highly recommend this store for any of your office supply needs.

I had purchased an Epson printer 2 weeks ago and it was not functioning properly. When I went into the store with my packed up printer, Alex heard my story and called Jim to help me get a replacement. Jim was very positive and helpful to make sure I got my XL cartridge out of the original printer and saved for my new printer. At checkout, David, the manager, honored my original sale price and Jim helped me get it in my car. Superb customer service!

I bought two office chairs and one came with a damage. I couldnt disassemble it completely to put back in the box for return. Even though, the manager of the store was completely understanding, and provided me with a refund with no questions asked, hassle-free, very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the way they treated me! Result: now Im a loyal costumer, bought other chairs, a monitor, and other things... If I ever need a office supply, I will definitely go to them!

If going to buy a electronic product here. Just head on over to best buy. I bought a table here and bought two year insurance, when I took my product back because it wasnt working correctly. They could not replace it because I did not have the receipt. My headphones beats have insurance also but thankfully at Best Buy. Best Buy replaces them fast and easy they just need my phone number or ID. I can walk out of the store with my product fix or replace.

Good selection. I went to print resumes for career fair. Kinda pricey but on-par with other places in the area for printing. Fast and great service though!

Its Office Depot.

I got a large rubber stamp on 05/19 and was just not happy with the quality. I took in back yesterday 05/22 and a different girl was at the counter - Amanda. She tried a different way to do the stamp image I brought in (I think she told the software it was a logo) and the difference was night and day. I came in assuming I would have to get my money back and go online to find a good 1.5x3.5 self inking rubber stamp that had clean crisp edges and showed my logo well. Well, Amanda changed all that she made me an awesome stamp, gave me credit for my prior sub-standard stamp and I left a very happy camper. What ever she did needs to be trained into everyone in the print department, put in writing and referred to every time a rubber stamp is made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always come in whether I need sum documents printed out or jst need a few papers 🤷🏽‍♂️🔥.. Always good deals!

Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was very clean, merchandise was well stocked, prices were very reasonable, wait time was good.

It is actually well organized, clean and well labeled so you can get in, find things and get out quickly.Also, I was asked three times (three different employees) if I needed assistance - which is better than being ignored.

The guys at the copy center should find another job that does not keep them as busy as the one they have at Office Depot. They are always busy and never want to do easy 3 page prints or bind small works,,,,,,is this got to do with companys policies and / or $$$$$$$ making a profit. Anyways I will never put a foot in office depot even I have to go to Austin to get copies/prints. YOU GUYS BESIDES SUCKING, YOU ARE SO ARROGANT AND ARE FULL OF IT.

On Saturday June 30, 2018, I went to Office Depot’s College Station location to inquire about what would be an easy service by an employee in the print and copy department. I simply needed the employee to insert information on a pre-printed certificate. Firstly I was told that she could not do print the information because she couldn’t possibly line up the wording correctly on the certificate. Secondly, when I asked if she could then create a certificate, I was informed that there would be a 24 hour turnaround time to complete this action. However, the sign in the department clearly states that a job request entered prior to 2PM was guaranteed completion within 2 hours or before store closing. After being talked to rudely by the customer service person in the department, I left the store and went down the street to Cooy Corner. Copy Corner personnel completed my order within 10 minutes and was courteous and very professional. Courteous and professional are not adjectives I would use to describe Office Depot’s employees. Worse Customer Service I have ever received!

I have never left a review of any kind anywhere. When it comes to Office Depot the only word to describe accurately is INCOMPETENT! The absolute best thing that could happen to this company is to replace all of the staff, Im talking complete overhaul and bring in AI or the human element will be the end of this establishment. I will never ever do business with Office Depot again. When you deal with people whom have no business/social skills and then try to have them sell you something, then on top of that have to deal with Asst. Managers and Store Managers that have no idea how to a business operates think of one place. OFFICE DEPOT. Please go to any other establishment that you can not named OFFICE DEPOT. Hell go chop down a tree and build a desk yourself. That way you cant have any ignoramuses bring any human/neanderthal element to the equation.

Bought a nice HP Photosmart 7520 this weekend. Set it up at the office this afternoon. Finally figured out with online support that the cable that came in the box was not the cable I needed. Called the store. The girl that answered the phone knew this already. She said that the salesman should have told me this when he sold the printer. Really??? I WASTED OVER AN HOUR FIGURING THAT OUT FOR MYSELF. Went back to the store and bought the cable. Expressed my discontent. Stores response? Oh, sorry about that.

I am very angry and disappointed due to the fact I had my receipt returning the item I live 40 minutes away from that Office Depot and I had to drive all the way back home to get my debit card because they would not give me cash and asked me that I want a gift card why would I want to gift card when I use my debit card it just ridiculous yall need to do something better about that situation because its not right everybody do not live around the corner across the street from Office Depot like I said I had to drive back there to get my refund and it was really ridiculous and unnecessary. And a young lady Ashley laughed about the situation as I was walking off and I didnt find not a damn thing funny at all I am a manager at a restaurant and I know customer service and it should be but they have no way better than that this is ridiculous

Went to buy a chair mat for hardwood floors, only one size in stock. Was told to go to the print desk and they would help me order one. When I told this to print desk clerk he said he wasnt the one and would have to call someone. When half asleep person got there he asked for item number and when I told him he was supposed to look up he seemed put out. Told him never mind, Ill order myself from home. Hopefully I can find one at a different Store.

They seem to have taken over the bad attitude Fryes employees used to be thought to have. I had photos I had snapped from a book and they wouldnt print them because they were scared of copywrite issues. They dont keep up on the latest laws of what that is (ie that that is now legal to reprint photos of photos taken from books). They refused to print even a copy of a photo of a grandpa (several generations back).....hope it was just a bad day for them but regardless, cost us so much in time and hassle, we ended up creating our own inhouse printing so we wouldnt need them again. I would order from Amazon before buying from them again.

Order a computer for same day pick up. Waited patiently while other customers were assisted and as soon as it was my turn within about 5 minutes I got the laptop and checked out and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE buying anything from this store.They charged me twice for 1 transaction. I brought it up with the manager and after he fiddled with a computer, he said he fixed it. He said if it still charged me, to come back and he would take care of it.I came back two days later to fix the problem he did in fact not fix, and he claimed he had no idea who I was at all. He told me he couldnt do anything about it.I will never support another Office Depot or office max ever again.

For a few months, I needed to print off four books, each one ranging from 300 to 700 pages. Nobody would print just one copy of each, OR the page number limits were off. Office Depot in College Station took on the project for me, and they had it done in a matter of a couple of days. Ricki (sp?) and Amberlee (sp?) were VERY helpful, and I recommend their printing service to anyone.
