We went to Best Buy needing a laptop, but wasnt sure of what was needed for college classes. The sales person answered all of our questions, gave good suggestions, and helped us purchase the perfect laptop & warranty. He also suggested getting a Best Buy credit card, we got one, and used it for the purchases. The purchase experience the sales man gave us... far exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier!! We will be back. Thank you Brett!!!

Nothing special, nothing amazing…. It was just there and resolved a needed appliance. They lacked a decent selection for microwaves, and their prices were on the higher side. The store was clean, and the staff was polite. I was slightly put off by their lack of ability to make change. I suppose that is more of a national problem to be fair, but the cashier asked if I was willing to give up the 79 cents. I just took three quarters, and was fine with it, but it was an inconvenience I mentally noted.

I REALLY WANT A JOB AT BEST BUY!!! As an employee there, you can stand around and chat it up with each other and completely ignore the customers!!! I wonder how much they get paid for that? I asked for help with a small, inexpensive item and was simply pointed in that direction. GOOD LUCK!! Maybe I should have asked for a $4000 fridge. I bet the social butterflies would have scattered then!!

This place is horrible. The could not take my non-profit card, they could not take my card or my check (even though I had the balance in my account). There were 25 kids in blue best buy shirts standing around playing on their phones, even though the store was packed. They must know they are the only ones that sell apple in town, because without that product they are done. I give Best Buy 1 year. They have nothing to offer that you cant get online.

We went to Best Buy for a reason most people probably never do. THEIR RECYCLING CENTER. We had retired some things from service and needed to make sure they just didnt end up polluting a landfill. We dropped an LP turntable that wouldnt play in tune, a BOOMBOX that lost its BOOM, and a cable box that even Direct TV wouldnt take back. Just trying to keep our country green here. Best Buy = Best Recycling!

I respect people and there decisions as others should respect mine and my families. I understand it can be a companies policy to deny services. Went to replace my daughters phone. 5 min before closing. We were the worst possible customers, forgetting pin, email password, entering wrong email address. 35 min after closing, we are finally able to get it all set up. Jesse, who took care of us the whole time, was the epitome of patience and grace. Nothing flustered him. Best Buy, take care of that guy, cause he sure takes care of you and your customers.

I ordered a gift for my son’s birthday and it was supposed to be here today at the store for pick up. I received a confirmation email saying it would be there on the 22nd. I checked the status of it yesterday and again today and it still says preparing order will be ready today. So I called Best Buy they redirect me to a one 800 number just to tell me that it hasn’t even left the warehouse yet and it takes two days to get from the warehouse to the store so there’s absolutely no way that I’ll have it by today tomorrow or the next day. This is the only item that my son wanted for his birthday and now he won’t have it nor do I know when if if he will get it because there is no eta. This is very unfortunate because they could’ve sent me an email and let me know that there was a delay or even when I go to the website to check my order it could say that it didn’t ship so I could prepare and make other arrangements and try to pick it up somewhere else or get him a few other gifts to make up for it being late but they didn’t do that. I expressed my concerns and disappointment to the customer service representative who didn’t care at all and there’s no way of talking to the actual store but I’m sure that they share his same bad attitude of not caring. I’m very disappointed that no one let me know that there was a delay or it was behind or that anything was going on because now this has completely ruined my son’s birthday! At least Amazon sends you a notice saying your order is delayed and lets you actually know the process I guess Best Buy just doesn’t care about their customers

Found what I needed, bought my wife a very well priced surface pro 7 as a gift and along the way every associate was so helpful with the selection process. We did a little bit of window shopping too and the associates were the perfect combination of customer sercive oriented without being overbearing. They were obviously well trained and I will definitely be coming back to get any and all future electronics and appliances.

Customer service needs to be improved and staff needs to be more informed about the coverage of a geek squad protection plan. I brought in a broken tv, which had a geek squad protection plan, and was told they couldn’t fix it or replace it. I was also told that the “protection plan” didn’t cover physical damage. I’m a bit confused as to why I was told to buy this protection plan if it has the same coverage as a factory warranty.

Went into the store already knowing what I wanted to buy. Spent an hour inside the store bc the phone I wanted was literally in Haydens hand (phone section employee) but he couldnt pull it up in the system. Said that was ok and just got a different phone and as soon as I made a decision he left and I say there for 30 more minutes just waiting to buy the phone and leave. Guy helped 2 other customers so I just left.

Best buy always has amazing stuff! Love the products! And I love that they price match if you find something cheaper somewhere else. However, Ive gone in there a lot this past week and usually before it wouldnt be but 10 seconds after walking in the store someone would be asking if I needed any thing. These last several times though, it was really hard to find someones help, and when I found help, most of the time it was as if I was a bother or they had very vague answers to give me. Wasnt a fan of that. But other than that, great store!

I always find it a bit hard to find an associate for help. Certain things like micro SD cards are difficult to find. They always seem to be low on stock and they don’t even carry other items that can be found at other Best Buys.Unfortunately, this is the only Best Buy in town so you either go here or end up driving to a larger city “nearby.”

They always have what I am looking for, even when its arcane, plus the prices are as good as on the web But the last time I was there nobody would wait on me. Im old, I use a cane and look quarantine-scruffy, but I had $800 to spend on a 70 inch TV. I left, ordered it online for store pickup and returned in a way that didnt allow them to snub me.

I purchase ALL my electronics from Best Buy, and this particular College Station store, mainly because of the customer service Ive always received. The majority of the staff are young yet very knowledgeable and always polite, but seriously, I couldnt have finished my project with the desired results, without the help of Maggie Mammenga. I went to Bust Buy in Bryan to buy a washer...i was told by the greeter to put my mask on. i said i didn’t have one. He then reached out to hand me a mask so i told him you dont understand, I dont wear masks. I was then told i would have to leave the store.I have spent thousands of dollars at best buy over the years. i was prepared to spend another thousand on 7/17. I do not submit to mob culture and i do not spend my money where i am not welcomed. Best buy has joined my list that includes Coke Cola, MLB, NBA, NFL, as a place or business i will never spend another dime at.This is not about health but about control.by the way...Home Depot was grateful for the business!#bybybestbuy

I took my son to Best buy to have his iPhone repaired. Ive been trying to call to check the status of the repair. I typed in every phone number I could that would be associated with the repair so I can check on the status. None of the numbers were associated with the repair so I tried to get a hold of a person and the retarded automated system wouldnt put me through to a person. This is very aggravating because if the automated system aint telling me what I need to know then someone needs to be on the other end to pick up the freaking phone.

Had a laptop of mine that had audio issues. This was a bit of a conundrum, because I needed the laptops audio to take my exams. Upon taking it to the geek squad . A dude name Kyle not only fixed the issue , but took the time to explain what went wrong and how I can fix it. Please if any member of store management is reading this, please give Kyle a raise, promotion, or an award. Because yall need people like Kyle giving perfect customer service like this 💯💯

Just had a pretty bad experience with several different employees being rude. Seemed like everyone was in a bad mood. Must be a new manager or something. Also they would not price match with Verizon for Powerbeats Pro. We decided to wait two days and order from Verizon instead to save $25. If I come to your store to drop $200 I expect to be treated a little differently.

Customer Service is horrible and I will never shop at another location again. My merchandise got lost in the shipping and was never delivered then it took them 3 months to issue the refund to my credit card. When I asked for a receipt for the return I was denied and told one could not be provided. Unacceptable - Best Buy, how do you not issue a return receipt? Store refused to provide me with a refund receipt of returned merchandise.
