Completely satisfied with how Morgan answered my questions about what Verizon had to offer compared to my current carrier. Explained the pricing well and what to expect. Stores honest, but Verizon corporate isnt lining up with what stores have to offer, which is misleading and not respectful to stores, because it makes it look like its their fault, when its Verizon as a corporations fault. They need to do a better job lining up those things. Good people to work with at the store.

The Manger Marquis was extremely helpful when I was there to get my new phone! I would recommend anyone who is looking to upgrade phones in Cstat to go to him and he will get you sorted! Great Experience!

I want to say that my Sales Guy in the mall was amazing and very helpful. I had a difficult time with the people over the phone. He figured it all out and had me set up and ready to go in less than thirty minutes.

Awesome customer service

Ordered a phone for my son 2 weeks ago and he still does not have the phone. Was told it would be sent via overnight, and it was not. UPS returned the phone to sender, Infinity wireless resent the phone, but no tracking number has ever been provided; so was it really sent?. Cannot reach the store or the sales person. Cannot cancel the transaction or line without the phone. Tomorrow is the deadline to cancel and the phone is no where to be found. Will not use them again. Beware, go to a corporate store instead!

Joseph Champlin apparently is leaving a bad reputation for this store. Just came across someone else at work that had the same problem with him as I did. He’s very rude, unprofessional and likes to argue to get his point across. I’ve never met someone so rude in sales before! If you have the same experience please write a review. No one in customer service should ever get away with behavior like his!

I highly recommend switching to verizon. The service was outstanding and the staff made me feel comfortable while they went through step by step explaining what I would need to switch. They made everything 100× easier and I walked out of there with a new phone , new plan, new line, new smartwatch and a huge smile. I am beyond happy with my new gadgets and I am so grateful for the help I received. I can definitely see the difference between my old carrier and my new Verizon plan. Jesse and Joseph did everything immaculately. From when they greeted me and my friend to when they asked what I needed and helped me set everything up. They were immensely cordial and convivial to be around.Thank you verizon, for such a pleasant experience. This was by far one of the best decisions Ive ever made, for sure no regrets.

Came in wanting a new phone. Sales guy brought out a phone that looked like the protective plastic had been peeled off and put back on (complete with hair underneath). Guy said it was straight from verizon. Noticed the headphones were missing from the box also, and after pressing him more he finally said it was a refurbished phone. If youre looking for a new phone, probably not the best place to get it since they were very secretive and shady about revealing that the phone was refurbished.

This company sent me a w2 for one day of work, but refuses to send me my paycheck!! If they treat their employees this way, imagine what they will do to you!!! The management team is nothing but liars and scam artists!!! Buyer beware!
