Customer service wasnt great, well one guy named HENRY is who didnt gave my wife and I a very pleasant customer service we were there to pick up my phone that was repaired, it was 5pm and Mr. Henry seemed to be in a hurry to go home we asked about we wanted to upgrade our phones my wifes and mine, and he said what you want oh and would you be willing to come back tomorrow because we are about to close it was bearly 5pm, there was only one more customer and my wife and I, and this dude said we are about to close I guess he still gets paid even if he is just there, but no skills to talk to people, we will find a different place to take our business to...

They changed my phone plan and upped it 140% without my consent.Also had a defective phone with a broken mic. I came back 48 hours after purchase and they told me it’s my responsibility to get it fixed. Wasn’t dropped. Just broken out of the box.UPDATE: They never responded when I emailed them below, those comments are just to give the appearance of a resolution while doing nothing. I changed carriers and am much happier while paying less.

First off, I am not reviewing Sprint, but rather THIS PARTICULAR STORE. I have nothing against Sprint as a whole, they have competitive rates, plans, and Data Speeds.I live on the outskirts of Sprints Service in a rural area and for several years have used Sprints Mobile Hotspots for my Data needs with no issues other the batteries eventually going bad from continued usage.So I went to THIS store to replace the last device in which the battery stopped charging. THEY told me my ONLY option for upgrade was Sprint’s new “Coolpad Surf” and 05/26/2019 I purchased one. Upon returning home I found the CoolPad’s internal Antenna is junk and with no external ports I was stuck with a device that when it would connect didn’t download faster then 1mbps!So I returned to THIS store and was told to Order a Magic Box which I received later and didn’t help. All June i’m basically not able to use my Data on this line. Then July I get on the Website to see any other Options and there is a New MiFi8000 available AND a Franklin! (“No other options?”) I ordered the MiFi8000 but was forced to pay IN FULL for the Coolpad Surf Paperweight.I’m now averaging about 18mbps downloads and have even hit 28mbps on a Mobile Hotspot where the Coolpad couldn’t break 1mbps!Sprint I guess realizing I wasn’t using the Magic Box sent a Box for me to return it, but the top got torn when opening so I thought I’d just drop off in store and also see if I could return the Coolpad.I get in Store and the Check in has nothing for Returns or Talk to associate or Other so I just clicked a random Option basically, which I guess was a mistake because I sat there while 3 people checked in AFTER me got waited on and when I asked why? Later I was told the one was something quick so he thought he’d just knock that out.I was NOT able to return the Magic Box because they said I needed to return it since they sent a box.I was not able to even get a Credit to my account for the Garbage THEY told me was my ONLY option and sold me, because it took more then 60days for ME to find a solution to get back to my Original great Sprint Data Speeds.So because THIS STORES Sales Representatives i’m out Money, Time, and feel emotionally distressed over the whole situation.There are several OTHER Sprint stores in the BCS area I highly suggest ANY of those, because I care for others well being.(Oh, Andre you do go to THIS Store don’t let them sell you the Coolpad!)

Took my phone (insured) in to have the front glass replaced. After they said they couldn’t fix it (because I had the back glass repaired by a 3rd party), not only did they not fix it, but messed up my phone to where I can only hear calls on speaker phone.Went back and informed them of what happened. Cust Service employee said there was nothing he could do.

Went in to get my phone screen fixed. On a different carrier, but they are running a special to fix any screen. Service was performed perfectly, I now have a brand new screen. Customer service rep was friendly and helpful evaluating plan options that are better value than my current provider.

Went in today for a broken phone, one associate was smiling and helping another customer, but after a glance, found another associate, leaning against a back wall, headphones in, hoodie on, and was greeted by him with a sup. Never removing their headphones or hood. Im not the account holder, but figured I would be able to get the process started at least. He essentially refused to help at all, even at just getting the phone looked at. I started the conversation with I might be looking at upgrading my phone since this phone is pretty much dead and was told since I wasnt the account holder, he couldnt even touch it or look at it. Then I had to reach over the counter to get my broken phone back, since he backed up to lean up against the wall again.

Update: I have Sprint and due to my plan wanted to upgrade within Sprint. They advertised a Special offer for existing customers, after waiting an hour Esmeralda asked what I wanted to do. I told her I wanted to upgrade to a Note 8, and she had absolutely ZERO desire to help. Saod do whatever you want multiple times, and didnt try to help at all. So I left. Shameful behavior of all employees Ive met here, and shame on management for allowing this.----Ive been in twice the past week looking at upgrades for my phone, trying to decide between a few options. The first time it was busy, and all of the employees seemed to be doing something and I was never acknowledged - no big deal, phone stores get busy.The second time I went in there was one other customer there, an employee was helping them while another was doing something behind the counter, and the 3rd employee played on his phone. Still no greeting or offer to help - Im not sure if the guy on his phone even looked up.Then my boyfriend came got there about 5-10 minutes after I had already been there. Once my boyfriend walked in the employee got off his phone and immediately came over to ask if he had any questions, needed any help, etc. Extra annoying considering we were looking for a phone for ME. Apparently being a guy makes you qualified to actually get assistance from the employee.

Do NOT give this store your business. This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever stepped foot in. I went in for a typical iPhone screen repair, and was told that it would take a maximum 5 business days for it to be repaired. I figured this would be the easier option since I wont have to wait for an appointment at the Apple Store in The Woodlands and have to make the drive there. I was terribly wrong. On the 5th business day, I give Sprint a call. They say my phone isnt back and they dont know why. Theyll email the repair center and get back with me. Turns out that the associates at the store sent my phone to the WRONG repair center, and theyll have to send me a completely different replacement phone. 9 business days later, the replacement phone ships and I am told 2-3 business days for it to arrive. Well, this is now the third business day and I am told that it will not be here today. Not to mention I pay monthly for this phone, and was told its only a chance that I will receive compensation for this months payment. I have filed a complaint to corporate, naming the individuals involved in this mess. This is not how you do business, and this is not how you treat your customers. If I could give this store zero stars I would.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees that are not only unprofessional and disrespectful in the way they act toward customers but also in the way they dress and look. I highly recommend that you call Sprint customer service and allow them to help you. They will at least be nice and say hello...Update: I just noticed that all the newer reviews are terrible and it is the older reviews that are good. Obviously, there was a change. Spare yourself. Dont go here until the reviews start being positive again.

I was recently in for an upgrade. The store was pretty busy but luckily I didn’t wait too long. Esmeralda was able to help me and set everything up for me. Ive gone a couple of times and each time Ive had to wait like an hour. I have no idea what its like being in sales for a phone company or what their job is like but each person takes like 30 minutes so the throughput is not good. They should have certain employee for contracts and getting new phones and then at least one person for just technical problems.

Horrible. I have been a sprint customer for over 16 years. They used to go the extra mile if you had a problem with your phone. The last two times I had issues with my phone, they refused to do what it took to get it right. They could care less about their customers issues with their phones. They love to make a sale, though. If you have a problem, do not waste your time. Verizon is looking pretty good right about now.

Wasnt notified my phone wasnt able to be fixed after waiting a week all because they didnt have the parts needed, never was offered a new phone. On top of that every time I come in I see hostess having full conversations on their phone with wireless earphone and just direct u to the checkin screen & one was listening to music. Never was greeted. I went in the store twice and one week and honestly the customer service sucks so bad I wish I didnt have to put up with it. Thank God my contract is almost over and will be getting a no contract service.

I am a business owner in Bryan, TX have been using sprint for years, and recently shattered the screen on my phone during a crucial exchange of communication with multiple clients. I needed my phone!So I went to the Sprint store in College Station which was, of course, super busy. Far from hopeful I got the attention of their claims/repair rep named Dante. He must have seen it on my face how badly I needed some help. Although he was obviously busy, he repaired my screen immediately and even waived the repair fee! Crises averted, and back to business within record time. I couldnt ask for better service and will remain with sprint because of the first rate customer service. Thanks Dante for coming in clutch when it mattered!

Terrible Service! I took my phone there because the battery was draining. When I got it back, it wouldnt even work at all!! It wouldnt even connect to the Sprint 3G service like they disconnected my phone. Called up there to explain that they accidentally did might have something and they were really rude. Called Sprint corporate and complained about this store. Never going there again.

Went from iphone7 plus to galaxy s9, the phone is very slow and won’t work unless connected to WiFi unlike my old phone I could be anywhere Wi-Fi or no Wi-Fi it would work great with no problem! 75% of the time text won’t send and calls are dropped even if I have 4-5 bars, anyone with an iPhone I won’t even get calls or text from them! So please help me understand why I’m paying sprint $160+ for 2 phones that don’t work? The only thing they said I can do is pay off the phones and look at what else they had! I’m not paying $1600 for 2 phones I’m not going to be using them, pay more money for phones that may or may not work! There 14 days like or not is not long enough and bull after this were switching carriers! Unfriendly company not just store!

I am very happy with Sprints service. I have insurance on my S4, and they replaced my phone for free waivering the $100 insurance. Waiting takes, at most, 10-15mins after 5 oclock. They usually have about 5+ on staff.

Going to keep this review short and sweet. Had some issues with my wifes Note 5. The battery blew and caused the front and back to separate and was still under warranty. Samsung and sprint, especially this sprint store, were unwilling to help us so I called Verizon in town and got a new plan and the iPhones are being delivered to my door. Been with Sprint since 2009 and have had enough. #sprintsucks
