Staff was pleasant and helpful. I was immediately directed to items that I could not find. Some of the items were strangely not where you would expect them to be. I needed a refill canister for my soda stream. Neither displays for the product contained the refill canister, but instead were in a display all to themselves. Somewhat unintuitive. The staff however was prompt in assisting me, and even informative regarding the nuances of the product. The store was pretty picked over and slightly disheveled, but that can probably be attributed to students coming in for the fall semester at the local university.

Friendly and not so friendly staff. I hope you know what youre looking for, find it and head out. It should be that quick of a visit anyway!

It was great . I got there at 6:45 pm not enough time to shop because they close at 7. Ill be there after work tomorrow to finish my shopping. I was treated very well. They didnt push me out the door. I was thanked for shopping there and asked if I needed anything else .

Some items were low or out of stock. Most of what we were looking for was out or not stocked there. We were able to get a stockpot and they had several sizes of those available. The employees were friendly and wearing masks correctly.

Of all the stores in town that emphasize home goods, this is my go to. They have a huge selection, and can order items available online but not in store.

Coupon provided necessary savings to make a great purchase.

I always enjoy shopping here for four reasons. 1-best selection of kitchen/cooking gadgets. 2- most helpful/cheerful employees of any store Ive shopped in. 3-love their coupons. 4-store is always clean & well organized.

I just moved from out of town to College Station. I am not used to the heat, and got lost driving to BB&B. Dee was so nice! She totally made me feel like we are meant to be here. I had a good experience here. While I was walking around it didnt take long for an employee to ask if I needed help, he helped me find what I was looking for. Clean, items are always in their correct places instead of 3 shelves over, plenty of staff walking around to help instead of you trying to track one down, positive attitude from associate if you have to return something, and clearance items are marked down to a reasonable price. The only thing that bothers me - and its so petty and thats why theyre still 5 stars - is that they will not budge at all on coupons like literally every other store does. Im not sure why and i dont question them about it, but its just a little frustrating when you cant find it in one of your 3 email addresses and you misplaced the paper one. They will honor it if you return with it and adjust your payment but i dont feel like its worth it. Customer service did reach out to me about it but, totally my fault, i dropped the ball on that communication. Bottom line: i do 90% of my shopping online but still prefer to make the trip to this store.

If you have been to a BB&B, this is a fairly well stocked, smallish, location. The store is a bit crowded with merchandise, but passable if you travel single-file.Good selection of pots and pans, linens, utensils, shower products, storage containers and such.

Canceled one of my items and didnt tell me about it until I got my order and seen it was missing. I didnt get an email either.

Great sale prices, large clearance section. The con is the aisles are too close together. This makes is difficult to navigate store when there is a large number of shoppers. The manager on duty opened a register to get the check out line moving.

We took our food processor in because of a product defect. When we got there Mark, the store manager, came to help us. He was so nice and helpful.While he was helping us he mentioned a Ninja (#expensive). At first I though he was just trying to up-sell us then he told us he would give us a smoking deal on it. It was so good I almost didnt feel right about it. I told him we would be willing to pay more the Ninja than he was offering it at. He said no. He said he hates when there are anything problems involving food machines so he wouldnt let me give him anymore than he offered for the machine. He wouldnt even accept a tip.This is the kind of service that makes a lifelong customer. I strongly recommend Bed Bath and Beyond and especially the store manager Mark. He is awesome.

Didnt like the way the cashier, Jordan, treated me! I was wondering if he could apply my online coupon and asked him whether the coupon went through! He said he had already applied the coupon!!! When I checked the transaction, there was no discount on my receipt! He was using the same words repeatedly and loudly to convey his thought! This employee was an impatient, dishonest, and impolite cashier I have ever expected and experienced in Bed Bath & Beyond!!!

Great service! I needed some black out curtains for my home but they were $50.00 per panel. Well I found one that was on clearance for 9.99. (regular price 49.99) Tim at the College Station store took down the floor sample and made it available for me. In addition to this he spent several weeks hunting down the other 7 I needed. No one has ever gone out of the way to help me the way he did. Not only is the service amazing, the store is clean and well kept. You can shop without being harassed, but someone is always there if you DO need help. If you are concerned about pricing, look for sales and always use coupons. Thank you Tim for your assistance and patience.

Bottom line up front: Friendly staff, good selection, astronomical prices.Great staff, all very friendly. Unfortunately, everything in the store is EXTREMELY expensive! As a budget-minded, self-funded college student, I couldnt find anything in there that wasnt at least on average twice as expensive as something equivalent at Walmart.This place clearly caters to the parents of students who have money to spend on household amenities. I went in to buy bedsheets and the cheapest set was almost $40. The sales lady tried to convince me theyd last a long time, with better quality and all... I went to the grocery store and found a set for $18. Went looking for a mop, and all I found were several varieties of newfangled auto-rocket-mops at $20 and up. Etc...If I was the sterotypical rich parent of a brand new student from out of town, Id love this place and probably rate 5 stars. However, their prices keep me away.

We were told that the veteran discount that use to be in effect year round is no longer offered except on veteran holidays. This is severely disappointing as this was a very big reason why bed bath and beyond received our patronage. Will be considering other sources next time.
