Today I was helped by the loveliest representative named Brittany. Honestly everyone who was on site today was an absolute delight. I had 7 packages to get out and was a little flustered by the load. She helped me and was incredibly patient and attentive to the specifics of each package. Her attention to detail was on point. I felt very taken care of.I tried to complete the we listen survey for her but the website would not load. Anyhow, Ive been to this location a few times and the folks here are always good to me.

Quick and friendly service without any wasted time or long lines. Easy parking out front and conveniently located near IKEA.

Dont go here if you are a professional shipper or otherwise in a hurry.To the store- You all need to start making your less than genius customers (I have 16 boxes to ship but dont know the full address or name of the people Im shipping to!) print their own labels before coming in if youre never going to have more than one person half heartedly working. The wait times here, pandemic or no, are ridiculous. Hard to socially distance when you take 30 minutes per customer at a location where people come steadily. Take care now

The website said they were open till 6. I got there at 5:20 and they were closed. FAIL

I recently sent a package via this office in College Park using FedEx standard overnight service. The package, or rather a FedEx envelope, weighted 0.5 lb. According to the FedEx standard rates([PDF]FedEx® Standard List Rates, 2019), a cost of a FedEx standard overnight shipment for a FedEx envelope up to 8 oz is $23.94. I was charged around $70.00 for this domestic shipment. I do not know if FedEx Office franchise stores can have their own rates different from the FedEx, but I would guess the rates should be at least in a general accordance with the FedEx Express rates.I give it a one star for the cost.On a positive note, my envelope was delivered on time, which is rather unusual for FedEx. So, it was a five star service.1+5=6/2=3 stars

All the time we were here it looked like that. The guy was useless and stayed behind the far wall watching the movie. We had too raise the voice to make him come. Worst Fedex i visited in the US.

Great service staff, but technology is inadequate. The copier kept breaking down when I was there, and the scanners sent my stuff as PDF, which created more troubles when I got home.

The College Park FedEx Office team were great! NOWSHIP uses kubox trunks and special shipping boxes for our customers small long distance and international moves. Our drivers provide OnDemand pickups and brought our clients kubox trunks and boxes to this FedEx Office location. The great team printed the labels for our driver and in moments our clients goods were in the system and our driver was heading to their next small move pickup. Great work and we thank you so much!

Darvell G. Was very friendly, knowledgeable about hazardous goods, and recommended the best way i should ship which was cheaper. No underhanded up sell tactics. He did everything for me while keeping easy conversation while processing my shipment. Took longer to write this than for Darvell to get me fixed up. I will be a returning customer. Edit 09/12/15 Darvell was there again and took the time to go above and beyond to ship a package. I had sealed and paid for it, then i saw something i wanted to buy and ship also and he took the time to repackage the box with a smile on his face the whole time. That is just good old courtesy and respect, something lacking at many other places.

All of their signage says they open at 7:30am. I showed up at 7:45 and the doors are locked. There was one person inside, so I knocked on the door and the guy just looks at me. Several other people arrive by 7:55 and still theres no service.If you dont open at 7:30 change your signage! Otherwise open the door!

Arrived 15 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Employee cracked the door, told us we couldnt come in, and when asked why she rolled her eyes and shut the door on us.
