Great first-time visit. Very helpful staff. Appreciate the explanations and help to create a unique exterior paint sample. I think Chris was the name of the gentleman at the counter that helped us out the most. Both guys were awesome though. We will be back.

Got great service even though I only bought a small can of paint.

Bad experience I did me order over the phone 30 in advanced but when I was in the store the paint wasnt ready I ask to the manager and he was smoking a cigarette outside poor costumer service

Great store. Great staff. Ideal and convenient location. Parking can be breeze. Precautions are taken to protect the guest, because thats how you will feel in this store. Like a guest. Oh I almost forgot to mention, they have a super uber selection of paint and combinations along with the knowledge base of a paint mixologist if there is such a profession these guys are def certified, licensed professionals. The store service its ok but the place have very limited parking space and to make worst next to this store there is an auto shop and several times they park cars in wich they are working and when the paint store customers pass next to them they said profanities and me personally I have a couple of verbal attacks to my person and I have see they have the same attitud with other customer mostly hispanics or african americans,I feel treathened when I have to go to this store

During our recent whole house renovation, my wife and I have been pleased with results by our contractor after painting our interior and exterior with Sherwin Williams paint. It was my pleasure to be served by Devon Thompson the associate manager. Mr. Thompson looked at my sheet with color selection, room size, and ceiling height...made suggestions then explained why. He was not only helpful but a true professional in every way. His type of service puts the big box stores on notice!

The fellow who helped me was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is hard to get out of, but great experience other than that.

The employees are super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Its usually not that busy, so wait time is short. Zach has helped me half a dozen times and is a great asset to the Sherwin Williams team! They help pick out which line you need and arent pushy about spending more on a higher grade if its not warranted.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. He even loaned us some tools when our car broke down in the parking lot. Customer for life now!

Excellent customer service. I had the color and the service guy asked for the surface type. I was out in less than 10 minutes.

The sales associates are very helpful and friendly. Tony helped me one day and Keith helped me the next time with matching colors. They recommended the best paint and gave me (I felt) the best price.

Purchased a pint of Cityscape, poured it in the tray & as we got to the last little bit in the tray it began to roll on white. I picked the white piece off the roller using a paper towel and repeated what Id done & it happened again so I stopped painting & changed to another new roller but it happened again. I returned to the store, explained what happened, purchased another pint, I was thankful for the discount & extra mixing and shaking, only for the same thing to happen again. Im very disappointed but my accent wall was completed in time for the art to be placed on it 30hrs later. Not sure if Id return to this location because Ive purchased a few samples over the last year for much smaller areas & never has this happen before.

I called to get a small order ready for pick up. I was told it would be ready in 15 mins. When my worker got there 2 hours later the order wasnt ready and they couldnt find the paint color I requested. What a WASTE OF TIME !! NOT COOL!

Employees were helpful, and knowledgeable. Ill be going to Sherwin Williams from now on.
