I was extremely disappointed with the service AND available product! Here are my complaints;1. The veteran discount should be the best price of any options.2. The manager was not personable nor did he appear interested in helping.3. It has taken months to find the store opened in Coldwater MI.4. After spending over an hour trying to find a phone I could afford without feeling I wasnt a poor person (not successful) I picked two phones. It took forever for Tyler to tell me the phone was not available and I couldnt place an order for when they would come in! Not once did he so any remorse or empathy. He also didnt explain anything. My feeling was he didnt want to be there.5. I am now looking at different companies to take my business where hopefully I will be welcomed.

Absolutely T-Mobile cant do anything in stores 4 phones theyre shutting down ridiculous

Says on here they close at 8 pm. Got there at 7:15 pm and they were closed with a sign saying that they close at 6 pm

The team running the store is wonderful great friendly faces and very kind! If you are looking for a location to shop T-Mobile I recommend T-Mobile in Coldwater.

Absolutely horrible! Poor customer service and they acted like none of them had even been trained. They had no idea what they were doing. I have been a long time T-mobile customer, but this in-store experience has been enough to make me consider going elsewhere for my cellular service!

Absolutely terrible!! Was told to make an appointment so I did got there 15 mins before app sat in lobby for 1 hr and 15 mins past my appointment time.The employee then decided to help someone else that had just walked in. When I asked him about my appointment I was told sorry have a nice day.

In the past I had chosen to go to other locations, but I was informed they went under new management over the past year. Huge difference from my first experience. They were super friendly, answered every question I had and even saved me on my bill. Definitely will be going back next time!

Service is subpar for our area. Customer service is overseas. Staff was rude in store. Made me feel like they had better things to do.

Sat there for 40 mins while service man helped 2 customers that were there before me and 1 that showed up after while keep telling me that he is almost finished and will be right with me Update went to give them another chance being a veteran on veterans day I went in and they made me pay 154 dollars up front told me I could get my phone if I did then after I paid they said it would be 225 more for the phone absolutely terrible place to go sprint lost this customer for good never again do not.go here

The Same old Story, Get a Sale at all cost.This store sold my aunt a cell phone through sprint when my aunts address is not in a sprint coverage area. The sales lady assured us that the phone would work, when she knew better.she claimed iPhones had great antennas (FALSE) then when we needed to cancel the lines due to no coverage, she chose to wash her hands of the matter.Will Never go there again, or refer anyone to this store.

Staff are friendly so friendly they will tell you everything you want to hear until your out the door and have no service. Sprint is a dying breed hanging on for dear life i feel and it shows as a customer.

Customer service in this store sucks! They are not a Sprint corporate store, so if you have to have any warranty or service problems that need taken care of you have to drive 80 to 100 miles round trip to get it taken care of. Is all they want to do is sell new product and not service them. If you definitely want to do business with Sprint , you might as well go out of town from the begining!

My experience at this store was utterly terrible. I find the level of competence in the staff to be non existent. Not only were they unable to service my original (simple) need but additional attempts to correct thier mistake were unsuccessful. I wish I had back the time and money it is going to take to fix this. If they had only cared a little. Please take the time and go to the Battle Creek store, you wont regret it.

Kind of tricky to find the place, turn on Anderson in between Applebees and Aldi and its on down from Dollar Tree.
