Had a wonderful experience this morning. My son wanted something to eat so we ordered. We drove around to get our food and they noticed my dog. They gave him a wonderful treat. Well done young Lady

Friendly Staffing > Delicious Menu Items < although the some of the menu breakfast items arent available the outside menus should reflect them or be removed so there is less confusion with staff & customers < also manager wasnt available > so there wasnt any ( TEAM MANAGEMENT ) staff was confused 😕 on the orders coming in ..

Definitely did not enjoy these beverages at all. No sugar, and gave whipped cream when we asked for no whipped cream. Flavoring on the frozen drink was so nasty, it tasted burnt.

Quick simple and friendly, BIGGBY COFFEE always puts a smile on my face with their coffee. If you want some coffee with flavor and possibly a snack to help improve your mood, I recommend this place.

Ok, Im visiting family in the area. I try not to be mean, but I got to the speaker and said, I want a 20oz iced cinnamon tea latte.She said, Iced, frozen, or hot?Um, iced (like I said already)What size?20oz (like I already said).Got to the window:Did you want that made with milk?Um, yeah (like what the word latte means).They then remade my drink with milk. But apparently there isnt a recipe? Because when I got it, it didnt taste good because there was no sweetness to it (and my guess is they didnt let it steep long enough because they had to remake it at the window.) When I told my family about my experience, they said, yeah, we dont go there. So my experience was apparently not unusual.So Id say, go to McDonalds. It will be cheaper. 🙄

I tried their coffee (the mocha mocha) and was not impressed. It tasted like bitter coffee grinds 😔 I was told they have good hot chocolate so Ill give them another try, someday, and thats also why I gave 2 instead of 1 stars. Ill stick to my convenient store coffee tho 😆

Consistently well made beverages. Some of the new baristas could use some education in proper customer service, but still my favorite place to have my coffee. The service is always quick, and the quality superior to their competitors.

Big BIGGBY fan from the GR area. Came here on our way home and not only is our order completely wrong but we were asked for a tip. Not sure if they were just slammed or if this is how this location operates. Really making me miss my GR BIGGBYs.

They had lots of options and the coffee is really good.

Was a little wait but coffees were very good.

Typically not bad but this particular time they had three people working and it was absolutely horrible. They couldnt get our order right, I finally said forget it and took what they gave me. Two out of three of them were very rude! In a nutshell I was absolutely disappointed, not even a little happy when we left.

I stopped here on a road trip to Buffalo. Made it in 3 minutes before closing. The staff were extremely welcoming and didnt seem in the least bit put out by the fact that I was cutting it so close. Coffee is delicious as well, tasted fresh even 3 minutes prior to close.

Completely burnt my bagel sandwich. Then they tried peeling off the outer layer as if I couldnt still see the burnt or taste it. Tried calling 3 times to comment but no one answers the phone either. I normally love this place but one horrible experience can truly set you off of it.

Honestly, this place is phenomenal. The workers are quick and always friendly. The coffee is really good quality and never made wrong. Definitely my first choice for morning boost.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive through with only 6 cars in front of us. No apology for the wait. Never again will I go. If youre willing to wait forever, by all means choose this Biggby.

Very slow

I come all the the time. The staff is super friendly and consistent. Its a nice place to come and catch up with someone, or to do some studying. I like all the fun drinks available, especially around the holidays!

Expensive, but cant stop drinking the coffee, usually have to have one every day, they are so good. Just tried there bagel with sausage egg and cheese, tastes so good.

My husband and I both got a sangria iced tea and it was perfectly made! Quick service, a clean shop, and a great tasting drink. You cant ask for much better!

Nice clean facility with a conference room and a lounge area. I wasnt greeted when I walked in. Out of the 5 employees that were working, only the 1 young man had any personality. I tried to make small talk with the 4 other baristas and they completely ignored me. When I got my drinks and thanked the young lady, she turned away without a response. They could use some personality training.

On our way thru town, stopped for some iced coffee. Staff was nice, bathroom was clean. They have a pretty big sitting area. Coffee delicious!

Its s trendy coffee joint. Theres coffee. Theres a drive through. Theres usually places to sit and power strips for your computer or phone if you sit by the window.

I always enjoy this Michigan based coffee chain no matter the location. This one is no exception. With a friendly staff and clean environment, Biggby strikes again.

Great food and coffee but the service is so slow. I understand everything is made to order but there has to be something they can do to speed things up. Especially for the prices they charge.

It is what is. Highlight is that you can mix your own coffee beans, buy them and grind them at home. The Michigan Cherry is delicious, but should be blended with another darker roast.

Coffee was good, better than starbucks. However, Ive been in here 3 separate times with different people and the credit card machine has had an issue reading each card, each time. It just made me laugh.

Service was kinda slow. Great quality of food and beverage. There was some lady, who i could only assume was an employee off the clock standing in the area where u pick up your drink talking to all the employees. I think that was slowing down production

Compassionate people work at Biggbys. In November I went through the drive-thru just after having my beloved 16 year old cat put to sleep. I was grieving. When the young woman who took my order at the window asked about the cat in the crate, I blurted out that i was bringing her home to bury her. When i tried to pay for my coffee, she said I owed nothing. She had bought my coffee for me.
