These guys know their parts. They do it the old way with books. Real Parts People! Not a bunch of kids that can only find a part based on what the computer tells them related to year, make and model.

Good place to buy auto parts. I have been doing business with them for 50 years and it is my first choice to go for repair parts for vehicles and lawn mowers.

After a very poor experience with the mechanic in parsons Kansas, I was able to locate where Lewis was working. I had my 2003 Chrysler town and country towed to Carter’s. Not only did Lewis ensure that my ex A/C condenser was repaired, he properly repaired the electrical issues with my van. Lewis is always who I call to repair my vehicles, as well as recommending anyone I know to Carter’s.

If they dont have it, they can get it.

If you need a part and they dont have it they try their best to get it or find it to get it for you. The service is great would go there again for any part when I am around Colleyville.

Had 5 costumers waiting to be helped and one person helping wile 2 employees were in the back room doing nothing so I walked out
