This is definitely the best autozone Ive shopped at, and the best car parts store in Coffeyville. They are very helpful and Josh always goes out of his way to help me. And he knows Cars so that is a huge plus! He definitely deserves a raise for just how good he treats the customers. Excellent job. Great store.

Walmart is cheaper and these guys are not the smartest people

Went in and needed help finding a part. The man at the counter went out of his way to fix what may have seemed like a simple problem to him. But it would have been a big problem to me. It was a bigger help then he will ever know.

My car wouldnt start. AutoZone was awesome, gave me a jump and got my car running ASAP! I highly recommend them they are awesome!!

AutoZone in Coffeyville has been my go-to for nearly 20 years. Car parts, battery charges or replacements, waxes, fluids, you name it. If its for my car its coming from AutoZone.

Saved the day! Yesterday, 8.4.2019 I was returning to Tulsa from KC and my tire warning light was going off as I entered Coffeyville, I made it to a station to air my tire and discovered a nail and then called all over town for tire repair on Sunday, I was losing air quickly. Spotted this store and they told me it could be plugged, got the material and then showed me how it was done. I was back on the road in 10 minutes after meeting them. What has happened to the quality of service at this store, it used to be they would meet and excede expectations to help thru all your mechanical needs. That is what makes the zone stand at a different level than the rest now Im lucky to get the right light bulb more or less how to put it in . Take care of your employees so they can continue to take care of the customers Auto zone .

Very helpful and nice workers

Clean environment great staff including Jason who helped me with a wheel cylinder. Computers not so great kept shutting down or freezing up. The independence store runs a little better then this coffeyville store. Just hope my warranty is in the system.

Great place. I was helped by one of the guys who works there. If it werent for him I would have lost my job. He fixed my carand paid for the majority of my parts. He is forever a hero in my book.

Purchased a battery and windshield wipers. They installed them within minutes.

Love this auto store always has everthing toy need. They even put the parts on.

Has to be the most helpful Autozone. I was in a tight situation when my Cheverlet (myLink) Radio would not turn off. I have a 10 hour drive to get home the following day and did not want to wake up to a dead battery. I purchased a wrench to pull off one of my battery terminals to reset my truck computer. The store attendants came outdoors and tried to help me figure out if i could pull a fuse before i pulled the terminal. The point is they came out to help when they new thier costomer was in a bind. A+ Store!
