AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS!This is the worst product I have ever purchased. It is hard to believe this was a new item made a company that still is in business. The finish, quality, and presentation are closer to something in the $200 range, and that would only be the case if many of the components were not broken or missing. The table was a Christmas gift for my children, and I wanted to support a US, family-owned company over the big manufacturers. That was a horrible mistake. Though there are some reviews out there on the issues with the company, I think it is important to note all the issue we encountered, and the horrible response from the company. First, the problems with the table, which are shown in some of the photos.I am experienced at large projects and have all the tools to make this table a quick job. It was not easy to complete and had virtually no instructions. I would say a reasonably experienced person can expect to spend 4-6 hours building it. As for the damage/issues: One leg has a broken piece where the bolt attaches. It appears it was glued back on, but obviously this is awful for the structure of the table. Three photos for that in different angles. The other photo of the leg shows a full crack. I realize that the veneer on top is the line, but behind on the composite wood it is cracked through as well. The black hockey goal was cracked on one side. The other one was not like this. This is sharp and a hazard when you play. The two photos of the excessive glue on the ball slot are to show the poor workmanship. This is visible from outside and the others ide is okay on the bottom. However as seen in the photo without the ton of glue, the top appears to be open, that might be with the air hockey side barely works, as air is escapes from this unsealed area. Two other items is that it did not come with any foosball balls, though the instructions list it at 5. The ping pong table just sits on top and does not latch so the lightest touch means it shifts on the smooth table. Making that game almost worthless as well. The foosball game, the main reason for purchase, has horrible workmanship and barely worked. I had to adjust it and buy new pieces just to make it functional. Additionally, the bumpers for the goalie are thin brackets, not what was on the website photos, that leave the screws exposed. That is one of several instances of the photos not matching the product.As for the service, within days of assembly I contact the company and the manufacturer. For six months, I sent photos, email, and made phone calls, and I was told I needed to send more information or call a direct line. When I finally received a reply, I was told the product had a 30 day warranty and they could do nothing. When I sent that person a copy of my six months of correspondence including my initial email 10 days after delivery, I was met with silence. Several emails and calls later, I have still heard nothing.AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT send this company a single PENNY! Scam Artists. We purchased a $1,300+ shuffleboard table from their website. We ONLY received the TOP of the shuffleboard table, there was NO BASE (no legs). We called the owner immediately who rudely told us it was not their problem but that WE would have to call the courier, so we did. The courier was extremely polite and explained they only had ONE box to be shipped to us. We spoke to 3 separate hubs of that courier because the owner said that two boxes were to be delivered together. ALL 3 hubs of the courier confirmed there was ONLY one box on the shipping list for us from them. I phoned back this morning to tell GameTables4Less th at the courier confirmed they ONLY had one box to deliver to us and they delivered it, at that point the woman (who I spoke to the night previously) got extremely defensive, started talking very LOUD to speak over me and would not let me talk. She then told me she had to leave for an appointment and hung the phone up on me. We have left other messages they have not been returned. Besides only receiving HALF of the shuffleboard table, be warned you may also NOT receive a product that will LOOK like the advertised product you think you are buying. They show nice butcherblock tops on their shuffleboards that is not what we received. the wood looks burned in some areas, other areas look like large pieces of the wood are missing and it was filled in, poorly btw, with what looks like wood filler/putty. We have had no response and are left with a completely USELESS and cheap looking shuffleboard table top. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS COMPANY

The worst customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time. Every time I called to check the status of our order , the lady said it would be here next week, then the next week and so on. You would think spending $3,000 on a game table she would have been a little more nice to the customer!!! She could care less about getting my business and she made it very obvious! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I was hesitant to order due to some of the reviews. I contacted the company twice via phone calls and several times via email.Response was quick and efficient.I ordered a pool table which arrived with the box In very poor shape but the table inside the box was packed very well and despite the damage to the exterior cardboard the table arrived in perfect condition. I would certainly make another purchase from this company.

Poor customer service. Sandy was not helpful and quite rude. I was upsold a foosball table that turned out to be lower quality than the original one I wanted. They didn’t have the specific table (tournament caliber) i wanted in stock and wanted to make the sale, and promised the play was the same. The bars actually flex when the ball is hit which changes the play dramatically. So I spent more money to receive a lower quality product. Don’t trust them.

Had a smooth experience. Ordered a shuffleboard table two weeks before Christmas and it arrived in 3 days! Would order from this company again.

Ordered a 14 foot Berner Shuffleboard table in May. Was told it was back ordered until at least August which I was fine with. Emailed them August 1st for an update and they said it was coming in next 2 weeks would you like us to bill you and send out once in. I said yes and they billed me about two weeks later. The table did not come in until the end of September and every time I checked back prior to this for an update they said it was coming in the next week or going through customs or something else ridiculous. Annoyed they charged my card if it wasn’t actually coming in for another 6 weeks. Finally it was delivered and they do give you very intense instructions regarding inspecting your order when it arrives. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there for the delivery and had my father who I gave the instructions to but somehow he didn’t realize the box for their playing surface was missing and signed for the order. Spent next 10 days trying to track it down. When I called game tables for less they said if they couldn’t find it I would have to wait 4 weeks for them to file a claim and because I signed for it I might be responsible for cost of new playing surface and if I wanted another one shipped out sooner I would have to front cost and hope they were reimbursed but if not I would be responsible for cost. When I complained that the shipment order was cryptic and hard to understand with abbreviations instead of spelled out words on it they sent me a picture of how everything was packaged. Picture was very helpful but would have been much more helpful if they sent this with instructions about receiving your order. I do take some responsibility for the shipment issue as it was signed for but they could have done a better job making it clear what was in order and how it was packaged ahead of time. Luckily they found it. The initial delivery minus the playing surface had some scratches on legs of table nothing severe enough to refuse order but they stated if there was any damage to document and they would adjust cost of table slightly. I emailed with pictures regarding this and never got adjustment or even a response. Ordered deluxe accessory package with table for better pucks. Pucks looked nothing like picture but was assured they were the same quality level. Not great pucks. Ordered scoring abacus and they sent me completely different one than I ordered. The one they sent was nicer looking but only went up to 10 most shuffle board games are scored to 15 or 21 and the kicker was one of them was missing a 4. I texted about this and they said they would send another one that was over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received one. Additionally table instructions said it came with a scoring abacus with instructions to assemble so I question whether I even received an additional scoring abacus that I paid for. I was assured table didn’t come with one and that I got what I paid for but why does it mention abacus is instructions. Overall table is beautiful but not very happy with customer service. I don’t like the bait and switch that occurred with the abacus and in my opinion the pucks. Not happy after spending close to 3k that they didn’t sent me a replacement abacus that actually had all the numbers on it. Not happy I wasn’t compensated for damage to table or least given a response. If game tables 4 less would like to do anything to improve my overall experience and satisfaction with my order I would be happy to update my review but as my experience currently stands I can not recommend them and would be hard pressed to order from them again.

Very good product but dishonest customer service. When you open the package if anything is broke or damaged thats your problem. Believe me they will not help you. Theyll ask you for pictures, emails, phone calls, texts, reminders, receipts and much more but THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!

I told my wife that I wanted to share the experience of my purchase (April 18) because at the time of my purchase there was only a couple reviews and they were total opposites. I ordered a Berner Billiards Magic Mushroom Air Hockey Table. After ordering I called the guy that runs the company. Partly to calm my nerves about purchasing a big-ticket item from a website I had never heard from and partly to get a feel for the customer service if I would need help. He was friendly and helpful. I was provided a timeline and later a tracking number for the third-party freight company that would be making the delivery. The item was promptly shipped and was about 15% cheaper than other sellers. There were clear instructions sent regarding careful inspection of the package upon arrival before signing the delivery ticket and to note any damage to packaging. The table was shipped-on / banded-to an oversized pallet to prevent damage from being rammed by a forklift and it was marked as fragile. There was a couple punctures from the forks to the underside of the box from forks that ALMOST damaged the table. A thin layer of styrofoam saved the playing surface from having a decent blemish. The table itself is built/designed as good or better than I was hoping for and it has a really fun look to it. Instructions do not show much but it was really easy to assemble. All predrilled holes matched up perfectly and all hardware was accounted for. Item ordered, arrived, and assembled in less than a week. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Hope this review helps you. Inspect the package before signing!

Absolutly the worst company I have ever felt with. Once they get your money they could care less. Customer service is nonexistent. A score board I recieved with my shuffleboard did not work from day one. I called and they told me they would send new key pads, when I asked how long it might take I was told two weeks. After a month went by, I called again and was told they they would get them on the next shipment . I have never recieved any parts to repair the scoreboard.Game Tables 4 Less you Suck!
