Klaus always call us a few times to tell us what they are doing on the SUV and how long should take. Also telling us what they find out that it’s bad and need to be repaired. Purchased my car August 5th. Running real smooth until 2 days later it said maintenance required. Went up there they said I need all these things done to the car , spent 400 and something dollars. You would think everything is good on the car because you just got it. October 3rd battery died. Called them Monday morning. Spoke to Jared he said,” A dead battery is not covered under warranty y you have to pay 190 for a new battery” called back twice because I don’t think Jared understand what I was saying, the service department never answers they transferred to messenger center they said I’ll take your message and give it to them and they will call you. Til yet I’ve yet to get a call back. That’s bad customer service. Thank god Lipton Toyota have a great customer service they was able to help me. Just to find out the on the vehicle history they never changed the battery from the previous owner.

Went to get an appraisal for my vehicle to trade in. Had to take my grandson. Appraisal took a while and when done I said I needed to leave because my grandson was running around showroom but he is 2 years old after all. So I said let us know what they would give us for trade in in truck. Everything being done on line nowadays I thought it would be no problem. Never heard from them again. I did reach out to them but never received a response. I have purchased quite a few cars in last couple of years and this dealership will NEVER see business from me ever!

I wish I could leave zero stars. This Toyota dealership ruined my brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla LE . My vehicle is not even one year old as yet and it’s already having issues due to their negligence. How in the hell can a vehicle that was just serviced last month have engine issues. The car wouldn’t start( no light was left on in the vehicle). I got a jump start and it worked. I took the car to al Hendrickson and they claimed that they didn’t have the battery in stock and to order it would take 2-3 months to come from China. I took it upon myself to purchase the battery from a different dealership since al Hendrickson claim the battery was the issue . When I did that the check engine light came on which didn’t make sense. I took the car back to al Hendrickson and told them my issues with the car , it was sucking up too much gas, I couldn’t press the break too much or the car would start shaking. I couldn’t press the gas too much because the car would slow down. My parking breaks weren’t working, the lane traffic assistant was malfunctioning. It’s like everything went wrong. After speaking with the service advisor HENRY DELGADO, he dismissed my claims stating it was only the engine and stated it would only take two hours to fix. Within this two hours I have to go to school but they refused to give me a loaner in order to go to school in Davie , they wanted to just drop me off which doesn’t make any sense for me . This was all their fault since my vehicle was just service less than 1500 miles now so how in the hell is it already having issues. A 2021 car , brand new??? Doesn’t that seem fishy to you like someone did something at the last service. Al Hendrickson is the worst Toyota dealership to bring your car to , they care zero about their customers and their customer service is horrible.

I was very happy with the service. I was there for about two hours, had a water shield repaired that was hanging down on the front under carriage and scraping the road. Also while waiting I had oil changed and tires rotated. A little pricey ($172) but know the work was done professionally which eases my mind.

My overall service at Al Hendrickson Toyota was great.. Everyone was so helpful and we was able to get the car we wanted.. Allan was great as well as Willy. Brought my Corolla in for a bad ignition coil, replaced under extended warranty with $100 deductible.2 Days later another coil went bad, Klaus got the warranty company to replace the rest so I didn’t have multiple deductibles.Shuttled me back and forth, very accommodating & the coffee is pretty good.

Continually find this to be an excellent service center. They are efficient, and all work done has been satisfactory, never have a problem. Jarrett Elder, Sr. is a fantastic service advisor, remembers me each and every time I bring my vehicle in for service.

I just leased a Toyota today. Erik handled my deal before I even stepped foot in the dealership and was very knowledgeable with what I wanted and what they had available. They even had a shuttle come and pick me and my kids up so I could come pick up my car! Once I got to the store, dexter was great to work with finalizing my deal. Finance was a breeze as well. The car was immaculate before taking delivery. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

SCAMMERS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! This place employs shady and deceitful people.This dealership is far from being an honest one. They have multiple vehicles on their website with attractive price tags that are not actually available at their lots. Even if you call before heading over they will lie to you that these vehicles are in stock. This is the way they lure you in but once you arrive they will send over a random salesman to inform you that the car you came in for is not available and then they will try to convince you to purchase a different car.Its extremely ridiculous and dishonest to run a business like that.I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. My short but negative experience with them was enough to make me feel the need to warn people about this shady establishment.

Booked appointment online for Sunday at 10 am. Arrived at 9:50 am. There was a very long line of cars and people waiting in the service area for intake. The Customer Service representative that I stood in line for. didn’t acknowledge me. When He finally talked to me 25 minutes later, he said that I wasn’t his representative. So, I got in another line for the correct representative. He helped me 5 minutes later, after I announced loudly that I had already waited in line. If Toyota service had name plates at their stations, I would have gone to the correct line to begin with. I won’t go on a Sunday morning again for service.

Had a great experience with servicing my Toyota here. I like that I can schedule appointments online and text my service advisor. Klaus is trustworthy because he prioritizes work that needs to be done for safety and lets you know what to expect in the future.

Moe, was GREAT. Entire deal negotiated via text. Came in for delivery and vehicle was cleaned, gassed up and ready. Showed up 15 mins early for appointments and Moe acknowledged us by name and was assisting us within a few mins. Moe went over features of the vehicle with my wife and had us in Finance within 30 mins. This was fast and enjoyable. I appreciate the finance manager Angelo Vaccarella for showing us all our options but not being pushy. We were cash customers and my experience with past dealer has been not pleasant. THE MOST HORRIBLE FINANCE DEPARTMENT EVER! Alan Paul Epstein is a CROOK! He will lie to you and he did for us and sell you a warranty you dont need just so that HE can collect on the commission from the one he sells you. Be very careful and check what warranty your car comes with before buying a new one! We had 36 more months of bumper to bumper on our 2019 VW Jetta and AL said in our faces we didnt! We then tried to have him cancel it and even though he said he would, he never did! So basically his negligence and lack of knowledge is forcing us to finance nearly 3k dollars more than needed! Be very careful, bad dealer, bad financing department!

He told me that they were busy on this particular day, if I do not have any plans at all not sure what time the car would be ready. Within two hours my car was complete. I am a new Toyota customer and I was incredibly surprised at their level of customer service. The maintenance required light came on I suspected my vehicle needed the oil change. I was able to get an appointment the next day. It was determined that I needed an oil change but also had a recall on my fuel pump. They drove me home while the repairs were being done to my car and came to get me when the repairs were finished. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and accommodating.

Brought car in for free scheduled maintenance. Service was performed fine, however, the service department is completely disorganized and the waiting area is a disgrace. The “lobby” feels like a dated greyhound terminal. Rude advisors, refused service to other people if they didn’t have a service, yet another advisor helped no problem. Signage is a little confusing too as you pull into the used car lot area and it looks like a decrepit building. Overall- service was fine, appearance leaves a lot to be desired.

I just purchased a car from Al Hendrickson Toyota about 6 months ago, upon signing the finance manager stated that I had a full year warranty on the vehicle. Now that I am having issues, I am being told that I do not have warranty on a 2020 and the people that work in the service department, wow they dont even get a one star, you have to wait and wait before they even acknowledge you and then my car set there over night and I had to call and inquire than they having to call me. If I had the time I would make a sign and picket in front of Al Hendrickson Toyota and tell people do not buy from here they dont keep their word.

My Al Hendrickson experience was great. Polite and respectful and treated me fairly. I recommend Ewen Johnson for a fine sales rep.

The experience is based on the tech advisor. My experience has been superb because of Klaus, who is conscientious and attentive to me very client oriented in providing a customer based experience.

A friend recommended this dealership, so I decided to check it out. The sales management (Fernando) showed a level of immaturity and unprofessionalism I could not believe. I cannot recommend anyone to buy a car from here, and after looking at the negative reviews, those are too similar to my own experience. I see that management constantly replies that they will look into the matter and work on it, but apparently nothing is being done if the reviews stay the same. There are much better dealerships out there that appreciate your business, lets support them.

The moment that I met Klaus he made me feel as if we were old friends. With a handshake and a smile I knew I found ,“ a guy”. Now when people ask about quality auto service I can honestly tell them. I know a guy, and a team that has treated me well.

I was at the Coconut Creek Al Henrikson on Halloween Sunday, October 31 I was lied to I was beat and switched date talk down to me because I am a woman be careful they’re very desperate and they will do anything to make it like you’re getting a good deal and you’re really not

Although the staff was initially helpful and concerned, when there was an issue, we were treated poorly.A second key was missing. It was with salesperson Fernandez. He was going to purchase the vehicle for his wife who after putting 374 miles on the car decided not to take it. The person who had driven the car scratched the main display and the area next to the shift lever. We didnt notice this until we got the car home.We were made to wait over 30 minutes for the missing key to no avail. We need to go back again tomorrow and collect the key. Not the original missing key, but a fabricated one. So now there is a key out there that can open and drive my car. This is unacceptable.

I was pleased with the service I received at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Chris was my service technician. He had me in and out at a reasonable time. I went in because my car battery was on the blink. Shortly afterwards I was told they completed a safety check and I was good to go. Chris has been my service tech in the past and has always been helpful and honest to me.

The service dept. Is very good. Never again will I buy from your sales dept. They said I could come back in 1 year and refinance. That was lie. They took me to the cleaners. I went there to talk to them about refinancing I was told I had to buy another new car . I just bought a new car 2020. They are liar. I was going to give a large sum of money as down payment on refinancing. I will tell my story to everone that ask me about my car. YOUR LOSS Im looking to refinance some where else.

Klaus has got to be my favorite thing to ever come out of a visit to a car dealership. I love coming here. I don’t live close to this Toyota dealership but the friendly atmosphere and nature makes it my preferred dealership. I did purchase my vehicle here too.
