I just purchased a vehicle, and let me tell you how easy and fast it was. Their website is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. All the right information was right there to assist me. I was able to make a great decision and got a great car. Thank you to the great staff that help with all of my questions . You ROCK!!!

Horrible customer service. They will do anything to keep your security deposit. I sent them a security deposit through Zelle but was unable to purchase the car I wanted. I decided to inquire about and refund and was told it would take 7-10 business days for it to be refunded through Zelle. Ridiculous that it takes so long but it didn’t take 7-10 days for the security deposit to be sent to them. When I issued the security deposit through Zelle it only took 30 minutes.

One of the best brokers out there! It can be a pain to pay but with zelle, cash drop off at any bank of America or wire makes it easier-- they allow you to have any shipper pickup the car--- Other companies do not--- and with fees . I have purchased many vehicles using this company--- the experience is better;

They showed promising customer support but then fell extremely short of expectations.After jumping though many hoops, I was having them bid on my behalf on an extremely rare care. My max bid had been received and I was told everything was setup correctly. No one reached out to me like they claimed they would after the auction. Only after I reached out again wondering what happened, there excuse was We were unable to bid due to an internal error with no other explanation.What a waste of my time. I wont be using them again.

I honestly have never felt more victimized. When I selected the buy now price, which advertised buy now, skip the auction process I was unaware that the fees werent included and still needed to be added in. That brought my total from $1,000 to $1,800. I did everything I could, up to and including starting a GoFundMe, and finally, I had the money wired over. But, I failed to follow the agreed upon timeline in the contract. In all honesty, I lost the vehicle I wanted, and was charged $900 total for the cost of the cancellation, almost the price of the car itself. Worse still, I had no one to blame but myself. I of course left many upset emails and was in the middle of summoning the wrath of god down upon the woman with whom I was speaking to over the phone when the supervisor politely, but firmly, cut through my dramatics and offered to help me get my car. They contacted the auction yard and got them to agree not to relist the vehicle, and explained that my wire transfer was pending the final day I had the car under contract, and next thing you know, Ive got my car. None of that had to happen. The auction yard could have said screw it, were resisting, Salvage Reseller could have simply refunded my wire transfer, and walked away. Thats all they had to do, but someone over there took pity on a fool. I can not say I would recommend this experience to everyone, and please read the fine print, but if youre gonna buy a car through auction, Salvage Reseller will definitely put in the work to earn your business.

This is the worst company I every did business with. They don’t tell you about the fees that on top off the bid fees. Also all the cars are listed under run and drive don’t run and drive! They are lemons. Then the mail the title a entire month after you buy the car. You can’t get tags for the car. I lost thousands of dollars from this company. They have no remorse they do not care about there customers and they do not offer help. This company only cares about Money! The root of all evil.

The site is very easy to navigate and is user friendly. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with their customer service. I needed to refund a security deposit and Mila (customer service rep.) made it very quick and easy. She also pointed out that I had an active membership which I no longer needed. She was very polite and kind and I would not hesitate to contact them again if needed. They also have a chat feature on their website to contact them which is faster than email and more convenient than phone calls. They email you the chat log afterwards for your records (if needed). Overall very great experience with the site and customer service. I will be using them again in the future!

If there is the possibility of giving them a zero star I would. This is worst company ever. My first auction purchase has been a nightmare. When I saw this car on their site they had two buy now option one for $2950 and the other $3950, now when you click on the buy now option it doesnt give you the option to change it and since I already put down a $400 deposit I was kind of SOL.. So, i sent an email immediately with a screen shot no response so I called and spoke to customer service she was very nice, she said the Supervisor was going to investigate and get back to me, called again because I was anxious no response.Second day sent another email and followed up with a phone call this time I was able to speak with a supervisor she told me she was waiting for a response from the Seller and she will call me. Of course no callback third day called back now scared that I was going to be charged for default spoke to the supervisor who now is telling me that since i clicked on the buy now button I committed to the sale and if i backed out they were going to charge me $900 i told her that you guys have two different buy now price with no option to change, pretty much i was SOL either way I pay up $3950 or lose $900. I wanted the car for my son who just graduated High School. Now after I paid went to Copart website only to see they didnt offer the buy now option, so it was Salvage Reseller and not Copart.Drove the car off the lot and was 50 miles to my house the check the engine started flashing and car losing power so we towed car to dealership for Diagnosis after spending $1,500 was told engine was shot and car would need a new engine.. out almost $7k. Out of curiosity ran report on the car and the car was listed as sold for $2950 instead of $3950 which is sale price total cost to take it out of Copart was $5103.I am filling a compliant with BBB and FTC. This is not right not with what is going on in the country everyone struggling to make ends meet and some company is reaping people off. I just want my money backLot#: 36624861

I bid and won a Vehicle in early Aug of 2020. The title was marked Clean title with no notation of a pending title. I paid and received a Bill of sale on middle of Aug and I checked with the Copart as they gave me the FedEx tracking number and the title has been delivered in 2 days after the pickup and signed by someone named J.Lopez from Inloher corp.(salvage reseller), but first Inloher Corp. (Salvage reseller) not confirming that the title has been received and now after two weeks just confirmed that, however, they won’t send out the title as they have received the title since Aug 17 two weeks ago.The title just need a signature plus my name and date on that with an stamp but since last two weeks first they are not answering the phone, I tried all three phone numbers, Facebook, and on line chat system but almost spending 2-3 hrs each day in front of computer and keep calling and rejecting the phone to get a response, last week via their Facebook account when asking why you are not sending out the title, he/she promised that they will send the title during this week and we will email you the tracking number, but now this week ends again telling me the same thing next week, and now telling me it would be in 2-3 weeks and I am sure they will tell me again 4 weeks and every week keep adding one week on that.When I want to open the account just on early Aug, they told me it will take maximum two weeks for the title , 1week for the Copart and we need to write your name and sign that then sending out and I will have the title in total of two weeks but now they changed the word, and when I am looking at the reviews for the Salvage reseller (inloher corp) you will see almost all the customers are not satisfied with the service.I cannot understand why Copart advertising this disgrace company, the reputation of the Salvage reseller ((Inloher corp.) is awful.This Monday I will call Copart Head quarter, also I will report the auto dealer fraud.Probably they want to take a loan on these titles or something else,1st, please don’t do any business with the Salvage reseller (Inloher Corp), as other brokers charge you less ($200 compared to $250), all of brokers charged you $50 for the document postage but I cant understand why Inloher Corp doesnt want to send out the title.2nd, if you are in the similar situation, try to take all possible actions as soon as possible because as you are reading this comment, Aug 2020 they have a review rate of 2.6 out of 5 and all customers have kind of similar situation of the fraud and don’t trust this broker at all and dont wait.One day, they will tell you because of COVID-19 pandemic, another day they will tell you our office is closed, another day they will tell you our phone is temporary out of service, a day after that they will tell you the person that need to sign the title currently is not available and keep playing with us, they promised me they will send out the title during this week but today Friday again telling me new week which I am not believing liars.Probably during the next week me they will tell you the title has been lost.If the Salvage Reseller (Inloher Corp) wants to send the titles out, now is the time for that!

This company is a sham. Their interface is so incomprehensible that I was charged $ 25 on the first day, although the site says that the first month is free. The support service doesnt care about new customers. They are not interested in customers, the main thing for them is to save the little money that they got by deception. I do not recommend it !!!

They were ok until they got paid. They have no record of receiving my title from Copart even though Copart sent it almost two weeks ago. NEITHER did they have any interest toerest in getting my title to me. They insisted that I owed them $300 on a previous vehicle. When I really checked my payments, I only owed $200. What a convenient error on their part. Still no title to this day claiming they are out of office. Yet you are able to process invoices and demand payment. If you cant produce, then dont collect money.

This company is a sham. They will find any excuse to not refund you your money and will cancel your account if you try to get your deposit back. I paid for a year, and my account is closed. Highly publicized $250 fee, but no. You pay a 5% fee. PLEASE find a different broker. They must be about to go under if they are this defensive over peoples deposit.

I purchased a 2008 Porsche Cayman and 2007 BMW Z4 from Copart using them as a broker Both times transactions went smoothly and I received all documents within a few days of payment. They are a little more expensive than some brokers, but I havent used any others and they provided a high quality service.

Overall a great experience. My first time buying through Copart. Their online system is pretty good. I was able to open account, purchase the vehicle that I wanted, close the account with relative ease. My title paperwork was delivered via priority mail within 10 days and security deposit returned within a week. My main complaint is the fees seem quite excessive. I suppose that is the cost of doing business this way. I cant dock them stars though because they arent the only game in town when it comes to Copart brokers. If theres a round two with Copart, I will be back.

Bought jet ski with a clean title one month ago, they say they havent received title from coparts. Coparts told me when I picked up one month ago that they had already mailed title. I cant use or sell the ski without a title, so it is useless, and of course they will not respond to any emails. Also, go figure, I cant get my deposit back until I get title, even though I have 100% completed my obligations. Probably the reason I cant get my title. So I would find someone else to be your broker.I bought a jet ski a few years ago from coparts before you had to use brokers gave me title when I picked up ski.
