You must book your next appointment with Jasime you will love your brows and honestly any other lady parts! These ladies make you feel like youve been a customer for years. I’ve been a client here for almost 5 years, and I have to say I’ve never seen a place of business deteriorate so quickly. I went in for my wax last week as I do every 4 weeks, not only does my waxer not work here anymore, but when I asked for someone just as experienced they let me know anyone with more than 1 year of experience was completely booked, as they only have 3 waxers who are experienced. I then proceeded to be seen by whoever was available. Although the young lady was very polite, the service took about 45 mins. She did inform me that they did not have the proper sticks..? How is that even possible, she also let me know that the new manager refused to buy any until their shipment arrived, this made the service longer I’m sure because she used the sticks they normally use to do my eye brows for my Brazilian. Terrible experience all in all, and if this is how management is handling the situation I’m sure it’s going down hill from here. I will be relocating to the Coral Springs location, I advise you all to save your time and book with them.

The front desk girl stephanie was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I felt so welcomed when I came in and when I left I will most certainly make this my permanent waxing place.

I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now and usually my experience is always nice . The customer service is always amazing but recently i have been seeing Nadia because my usually wax lady katia was no longer there . My experience with Nadia was HORRIBLE . I went to her twice and it was very painful then usual and the wax went inside my lady parts and pulled my skin off .i didn’t notice the bleeding till i got home . I was about to stop coming to this location but i decided to give it another try and go to Anna instead . SHE IS THE BEST . Her technique is so amazing!!! it wasn’t even that painful , she was very professional and the atmosphere around her was amazing. I highly recommend Anna . Love her and the ladies is the front are always nice and caring

I recently got my first Brazilian wax here and Ana did a wonderful job! She was very kind and helped me feel much more comfortable. The procedure itself, of course, isnt the most pleasant sensation, but she did her best to make it as quick and easy as possible. She spoke to me the entire time and walked me through the whole procedure, explaining exactly what she was doing and why. She is very informative and very skilled at what she does! Overall and very sweet and professional person!The manager Susanna was also VERY pleasant, friendly, and informative. She made me feel very welcome and provided amazing customer service.I will DEFINITELY become a regular here! Highly recommend for any waxing service!

This was my second visit... My first visit I had Olivia and she was awesome!!! For my second appointment I got a phone call from EWC a week before my service (thank you for the warning) letting me know Olivia is no longer with them but Ill be with Nadia. Nadia wasnt nearly as friendly, which is okay, but she her technique was not as painless as Olivias. It wasnt awful but in comparison, it was okay. I choose to pay a premium price for a premium service... Having had a premium service I was not as contented with my last visit as I was with my first.

Staff is all really friendly, but this is more about the wax that the company uses than any of their otherwise excellent services. Depends on the person, but sometimes I go and not all my hair on my lip is gone, that, and the wax often gives me a rash. This can be annoying because youll pay more for services here, but not get the worth.

My very first visit to this place where I received my first Full Brazilian Bikini wax and Holy Shit! It hurt, but the results are well worth the temporary pain. I was seen by Lucy, who explained everything that she would be doing and she was gentle with my body and I appreciated that. I am extremely pleased with the way my bikini area looks and feels and my boyfriend is happy too♥️ I will certainly be visiting again in 4 weeks. The wax cost us $54 and my boyfriend purchased their line of body care products that also smell and feel good. So in all we spent $126. I used the ingrown hair serum last night and this morning, so I will let you all know if it helps💋

I have been going to this location for a while now! It is so hard to find someone who does good eyebrows.. My first appointment I went to Ana and it was the best my eyebrows have ever looked! She always does such an incredible job.. I could never imagine going to anyone else! I have referred my sister as well as other friends to go to Ana.. shes the best!

I love getting waxed, such a nice treat. I use Genavieve, she is quick, friendly and does an excellent job. I did use another lady there, but unfortunately it was not done well, and it was not a good experience, so I will not stray from Gen, once you find someone you like, stick with them, since it can be such a personal experience (I get Brazilian). The front office staff seems to change all the time, so not sure whats up with that. The place is very clean and professional looking. It could be a little warmer by adding some color or fabric... plus it would be nice too if the A/C didnt blow right on you, it gets too cold for me.

Ive been coming here for a few months, since I moved to the area. I bought an unlimited wax pass. I tried a few waxers (all of them very nice), but none of them have been like Rose Q. She is awesome! Waxing is quick and relatively painless (as painless as waxing could be) and she chats with you to distract you from the impending pain 😉. She is super sweet and professional, and remembers all her clients by name. I go to her religiously every 2 weeks! The facility is clean and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

If i could give more stars i would, This hands down is the best european wax center that Ive been to out of 4! all the ladies here are super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services, the ladies at the front desk are super helpful and if they are not sure about something they have no problem going to retrieve a wax specialist to help accommodatethe customer. Also the wax passes save you a pretty penny if you do plan on returning i would highly recommend making the investment. I have no complaints about this center, they make spending your money here feel like a treat, you dont just feel like your spending they make sure you feel like you got your moneys worth!!!

I go to several locations depending on where I am at the time. I have to say my experience at this location was by far the worse! I was thankful it was not my first time getting wax or I probably would have been traumatized. Lucy was horrible, she either has no people manners or was having a rotten day pulling pulling peoples hairs in anger. Didnt speak a word and seemed hostile. Not anyone I would recommend going for waxing!

The prices are very reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only bad thing I have to say is I’ve been with two different technicians and they both have left marks near my eyebrows from the wax and when they pluck. It seems they are rushing and aren’t gentle when using hot wax or sharp tools near my eyes.

Its very clean and I do have to say all wax technicians as well as reception area personnel are very nice however, at this particular location I have had tecnicias miss large hair patches when doing my legs, in more than one occasion. Also, more recently i I got a few burns during my last full leg wax and now have dark spots in various areas throughout my leg, i truly hope they go away not leaving permanent marks 😓

My first waxing experience was at European Wax in Coconut Creek at the Promanade. The service was great. The front desk staff was very pleasant and nice. Latoya was my waxing specialist and she was informative, patient, and gentle. It wasnt as painful as I had imagined.

This location is the best Euoprean Wax Center out of all the ones Ive been to. The front desk staff is always so pleasant, especially Jessica. I am always really happy with the services I get done.

I’ve been going to this specific salon for three years now. I have the unlimited waxing package for my under arms. I pre-pay one year in advance and come as many times as I want to during that year. The location at the walk is actually closer to my house but all the girls there are subpar in my experience and I have tried many of them. It is out of my way to go to this location but definitely worth it just for Anna!

Waxed my ears and made my ears bleed. Waxer didn’t mention the bleeding and was silent and didn’t apologize and made an excuse blaming it on me.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.. I went there for the first time and took advantage of their half off for Brazilian waxes for new customers.. it was terrible. My esthetician didnt properly wax my vagina leaving many random patches of hair everywhere. On top of that my lady part was so numb due to all the pain of consistently waxing the same area 3 times. The areas she went over consistently were bleeding.. thats how bad it was. I have scars now that I have to live with because of the terrible job. If you love yourself, dont go here. From now on Ive been going to UniK waxing and Ive never had a problem. Plus UniK uses organic wax and never double dips.
