Sad to write this as I dont do it often, but if you are looking to open a wholesale account and wanting to do so with a company that cares for customer service dont do it with capelli. I have waited multiple weeks to create an account and have not gotten any answers or any help either, then the guy who reviews the accounts is out of town which is understandable but to then get lead on for weeks without help is just unsatisfactory. There is a helpful lady who tried to assist and then there is another lady over the phone who was just flat out rude and not willing to help get to the route of just simply opening a account as Im wanting to place a huge order for my spa and clearly that doesnt matter to them. I was told there isnt anything we can do to help open my account due to me not remembering who I spoke to about the initial conversation and was then rudely told they all get back to me when they have the time. Unprofessional and waste of time.

The girls work hard and is always a pleasure to be there shopping.But, if you say in your website, that a product will start to be shipping in September 2019, and the person who answer the phone says, in the last day of September “I don’t know when”, sorry but this sounds a little unprofessional. If you announce on your website something, please be honest and put the original date. Don’t lie for your customers just to sell and now you tell me “you don’t know”.

This place has HORRIBLE & VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! my boss from NEIGHBORHOOD UNISEX ordered chairs from these people and they did not deliver on the day as promised, we lost business, they said they could not deliver until a whole week later still NEVER DID. He went to the store the Rosa and the owner wouldnt even compensate him for there mess up which was only a measely $140 after spending over $3000, we have been clients with them for over 8 years and have done a great deal of business with them even distributed products for them. That is not how you handle business if you want to have continued customers you have to take care of your customers and make sure you accommodate them when YOU ARE WRONG its too many business that give you business and word of mouth of BAD BUSINESS goes a long way CAPELLI you need to know the real meaning of WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE this is not cool stay far away from this company people Im sure your business would be appreciated else where thank you.

I think capelli is the number one beauty supply in the business. they are always in stock and they have wonderful and friendly customer service. no wonder my hair looks great all the time. and if you girls need make up and nail polish that is the perfect place to find the hottest new colors.

It was a good store but one thing I am big on is when I put money in your hand don’t put mines on the counter as if you don’t want to touch me...It’s disrespectful!!!! This isn’t the first time that has happen either.

I took my clippers and trimmers to get the blade change and clean. I called ahead to make sure someone would be there when I got there so I wouldnt have to wait. But when I got there they told me I would have to wait till the afternoon to pick them back up. I told them that I couldnt do that and that I call earlier to make sure someone would be there. So they went ahead and did what I ask. But after paying $30 dollars for one new blade and 2 items clean my clippers still wasnt clean properly. #moneywasted

After speaking with the female employee in the front of the store over the phone about a spacific facial steamer I decided to drive over 1 hour from Miami to come here only to be told that the machine I want is out of stock. They wasted 2 hours of my day to make me very upset. I wont ever come back or recommend this place to anyone now.

There are no prices on anything, when asked about it the young lady said Oh you have to ask us the price. So I did. She didnt know the prices and to look it up...for EVERYTHING that I asked about!! Whats the point? Just put the prices on the products!

They sent the wrong color and refused to make it right . And thats just one of many issues with there orders . Problems happen its how you fix them !!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I bought a hair dryer and I also bought a clipper from them, both of these only lasted 6 months. They both had a spark and then the burnt smell. These are Chinese knock offs. Do not wast your money with these guys.
