Cesar is very sweet, professional, and a man of his word! He maintains excellent communication and goes above and beyond to help you with your issue. My driver side window stopped working properly. You could hear it trying to work but nothing would happen and the glass would slide down inside of the door by itself. (Many a wet day in between all of this) When I finally took that leap of faith and called, he asked a million and three questions to make sure he understood what was going on with my window so he could offer the best and most efficient service as well as a proper quote. When he made his way to me and started working on the repair, he realized that my regulator was blown which was a completely different issue than he thought it may have been. He thoroughly explained what the next steps were and the round about costs for such a thing. I agreed and he set out to get it done. He maintained excellent communication throughout the process of finding the part and ordering. Once he found one, though it was more than initially quoted due to the many different regulators out on the market for my particular vehicle and the different requirements for my vehicle, he maintained the original price he quoted me even though it was a loss to him. Im very grateful for his help because I was way in over my head and he took great care of me throughout the entire process. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR WINDOWS USE THIS COMPANY! HES AMAZING!!
