Toyota has really improved. I am amazed. These guys found a way to turn it up.

I had a 9am appointment for a simple oil change, ended up getting my car back at noon. 3 hours for an oil change is absolutely unacceptable, go elsewhere!! Zero communication through the 3 hour wait besides trying to upsell a few services 2.5 hours into it that I dont feel were necessary. If you decide to go here, plan ahead to drop the vehicle off and dont agree to any additional services without doing some research.

I just purchased a 2020 Nissan from Al Hendrickson and I was told that I had warranty on my car. I am having issues and they are not repairing, stating I only have maintenance warranty. Not happy at all

They appeared to have fixed the issue but yet I had to come back a few days later for the same reason.

I choose Toyota service for the best qualitys and courtesy ,Oscar Vizcarra is my favorite Advisor to the consistency were he keep me always informed of any update recall repairs and all regular maintanance with success, Oscar is always respectful and on point,to resolve any of the issue in my vehicle .the garage team also do a fantastic job on the repairs ...advisor Oscar Vizcarra is a perfectionist on the details that occur in your vehicle..thank for great service and trust.

Hands down!! This is the best place to bring your car for service. Every time I go there Shedrick & Henry always super exceed my expectations. The service team did a wonderful job on repairing a hood dent on my Highlander. Like it was never there! I was given a time of completion and they were true to their word. Easy process from beginning to end.

Dont know why I listen to them other then the fact I drink the kool aid everytime its not what its cracked up to be.

I made an appointment at 9:00am for oil change my car was ready until 11:30 2:30 for an oil change wooooow.

Over charged, they look for problems with your car...none reliable. They tried to change my brand new battery. I dont trust them anymore!!

I took my car to the first service, the experience was frustrating since there is no kindness in the delivery personnel of the vehicles, their car is there next to a blue one (with dozens of vehicles at that address), they are not able to accompany to the customer for the delivery of the vehicle. They are more attentive to personal cell phones than to clients.
