I bought a new car and ordered some upgrades that were done quickly and look wonderful now.I was unsatisfied with the stitching on the new leather headrests. The owners son, Michael Erdman, came out and looked at the headrests and took them off and sent them to an upholstery shop to be corrected. Michael called me in a few days later to tell me they were completed and could be picked up. My leather interior is awesome looking and beautifully done. Loving my RAV4LE.

I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Jerry Glotz for his professionalism and commitment to his customers. Recently my Versa Note developed a rattling noise and I brought in in to be checked. Fearing an expensive repair bill, I explained the situation to Mr. Glotz who diagnosed the problem to a simple missing bracket. Mr Glotz even replaced it gratis. Thank you Jerry for making my day, its not often that you find honest service in the auto repair business today.

Went for repairs and oil change. Part of coupon said also tire rotation and vacuum which didnt happen. Staff was pleasant. I had an appointment. They lowered the price to accommodate me.
