I cant tell you how amazing the team and the staff this Kia dealership has. After liking how much they treat their customers compared to other Kia dealerships weve seen, my dad and I have been visiting this dealership for a few months. They helped fix my old 2005 Nissan car before moving on to my first official vehicle: the 2020 Kia Rio Sedan.I have to admit, I was terrified to enter dealerships since Im still a really young adult. However, all my troubles went away when Daniel greeted my mom and me at the dealership. He gave clear and understanding instructions and descriptions about the vehicle I wanted from their website. Even though I didnt know much about cars, Daniel explained every aspect of the car to me in a much more descriptive way that I could fully comprehend.Another great reason I found my purchase extraordinary in this dealership is the patience and understanding the staff is. When I met with the finance, he slowly and thoroughly explained every part of what I was signing to when purchasing the vehicle. He understood I was a young adult who was making her first purchase of a brand new car. He made sure that I knew what all the money, paper, signatures, etc., meant. He didnt hesitate to answer my questions as well. I felt really comfortable and glad because I could purchase something costly without worrying if I was really making a wrong decision. Have to be honest going to dealership for service ranks up there with a visit to the dentist even for a warranty repair. However we had to go and it was a very pleasant experience. Pretty quick oil changes and very friendly staff. Good waiting room with TV and magazines, coffee, and will honor your included services per your warranty, if you buy new (not sure about used), and will give you a loaner car if you need to drop off and leave, depending on service time (Not sure about pre-owned). Seem fair if you do your homework and have a price in mind and let them negotiate with the manager (of course, never let any dealer know YOUR sticker price :) ) I liked them for taking time to do the leg work until I was satisfied.

The young salesman did not listen to what I had to say I mentioned to him that I would purchase my vehicle after my lease but I had a loan waiting on approval from my bank because it would be a probably cheaper interest rate he went ahead and did all the paperwork through Kia my percentage rate is now 6.92 and I didnt want it registered in Florida which he went ahead and did cost me $300 more I will never go back to this Kia in Cocoa when I mentioned to him about the interest rate and that I had a bank or my bank was approving a loan for me he acted like he didnt even hear me say anything very unprofessional. Not to mention he never even let me know what he was doing running back and forth to different offices I just wanted him to give me the payoff amount and he went ahead and did everything like getting me a loan through Kia which I did not want not happy. But for all the other staff were 👍 friendly and all came to greet my pup and I. Great staff.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a while before I went to the cocoa Kia. Actually the week prior I had went to a different dealership and the car broke half a mile down the road when i left so i was very nervous on going anywhere else. Everyone I spoke with told me to go to cocoa Kia. So I did. And I was treated like a person should at a dealership. No one hounding me or pushing me into something. Gave me my space to think and even test drive on my own to figure out what I liked and wanted. I had told them I was on a very strict budget being a single mom. At first, my experience was great. I purchased a vehicle on Monday, but was told it would be ready to pick up on Saturday. I live over an hour away and work full time, so it was easier to wait until the weekend to pick it up.Saturday comes and Im there early to make it quick and Im told the car isnt ready because the part they ordered hadnt came in. I was never told there was any part needed in the first place, but I said okay and was sent home with a loaner. They also stated it would be delivered directly to me since I live so far. I didnt get any time estimate on when it would be completed.Today I get a call and was told my car was ready and they would call me later to let me know when they would be delivering it today. I get another call and was told it wont be delivered today and instead it will be delivered tomorrow morning. At this point, Im just frustrated and angry to be kept getting lied to. I have had to rearrange my schedule three times now and I have nothing to show for it except another promise.If I could go back, I probably wouldnt have made the purchase or even taken the time to go there. Incredibly disappointed.

I purchased a 2005 Porsche 911 from Cocoa Kia (not crazy, these guys actually deal in some pretty cool non Kia classics and sports cars in addition to the KIA lineup - kudos to a true car oriented GM). The experience was exceptional. The facility is clean, organized and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. My sales consultant Chester Dawson was great to work with, professional and straight forward. He facilitated an easy no-pressure negotiation on the vehicle and did everything he said he would without needing any follow up from me. Great communication and a smooth delivery when I came to pick up the car. I would not hesitate to do business again with these guys and recommend them if youre in the market for a car. The experience says a lot about the management when sales, service, finance and admin staff all work together so well to create a positive experience. Thanks!

I went to purchase a car that Cocoa Kia was advertising online ,as a final price, for $44,035. When I went there to purchase it, they raised the price $10,000( before tax, title) and said it was for fair market value even though it was advertised on their website for a specific amount. I checked the following day and it is still advertised for the same amount. Dont waste your time going here.

I had to wait for vehicle cause my appointment was for Saturday, but my plans changed and I was leaving that day. So I had a service done plus alignment and got done in a hour 15 minutes. I thought it was going to be longer wait since I didnt have appointment just drove in and they worked me in. The service department is very good and highly recommend them.

I was very impressed at the friendliness when I first arrived but in the end, I was not very happy. When I left. I had an appointment and it took an hour and 20 minutes for me to get an oil change.. I was told they did not have the right air filter in stock so that’s why I had to wait until it was delivered. In the end, the service was friendly but took way too long. When I suggested they should take inventory the night before for the appointments they had, the response was polite. They ended up paying for the entire thing which is why I will give them another opportunity to service my car.

The new facility on 520 out by I-95 is exceptional. All new, spotlessly clean, comfortable. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time for service. Even with a reservation, an oil change and inspection takes 11/2 hrs. Tire balancing and rotation took over an hour. Changing a door handle was over 2 hrs. Several other customers I talked to in the waiting area agreed, they have got to get the in/out times down or we will all be looking for another service center.

Our salesman Ron was absolutely amazing. He was understanding and did not put any pressure on us. He went above and beyond to get us in a car that we loved. Every question we had, he happily got us the answers we needed. We would HIGHLY recommend Ron for anyone looking for a car.

First visit to the Cocoa Kia Service Department was impressive. I havent yet visually checked the new parts but went in for spark plug change and after inspection, agreed with their recommendation to also change the front brake pads. Thomas, the assistant Service Manager, was very friendly but also professional. The work was done per time and cost estimates. The vehicle wash and vacuum was really appreciated! Was worried about service after being treated so well at Ron Norris GMC for our old Acadia, but am very happy so far with Cocoa Kia for our Sorento!

Worst Kia dealership. They take advantage of women car buyers. My daughter found a 2021 Kia Niro Touring on their website for $33,375. She inquired about getting a better price ($30,000) since she had a large cash deposit and Florida tags already. The salesman texted her back and told her because of “supply and demand” the price is now $5,000 more!!! This is way above the Kelly Blue Book price. Now, 4 hours later the internet price is still the same at $33,375. Poor business practices!!!

Came to Cocoa Kia for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The estimated time of completion was one hour. Before the hour was up my car was in the driveway washed, shiny and ready to go. These guys are the best. It is always a pleasure to wait in a clean, cool and comfortable environment and Thomas is always on top of his game.

Rick and Sean in the service department helped me with my repairs (needed brakes/rotors and battery replaced). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly they seemed sincere about it. The repairs were done in good time. I don’t like going into a dealership and feeling like it’s a boys club, being a 5ft tall baby-faced female customer it can feel like I’m not taken seriously which is frustrating, but I didn’t get that vibe here (at least not in the service side, I didn’t purchase my car from this dealership so I can’t comment on the sales side).As a comment toward the car dealership industry in general, I don’t understand why service reps are still paid via commission. It seems more fair that they are paid a salary, not based on what repairs they sell. (To be clear, I did NOT get the feeling the service reps were trying to sell me more repairs than I needed, this is just a general observation of the industry across many dealerships). I acknowledge that my comment isn’t backed by any personal experience working in the industry, so I am definitely open to other opinions :P I just don’t like the idea of employees not being paid as much because not enough people came in for repairs (I do understand the sales side being based on commission, that totally makes sense.) I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, these are MY opinions, not based off anything the service reps said to me.Social justice rant aside (lol) I had a good experience (besides the annoyance of needing the repairs in the first place, which is not the fault of the dealership, lol).

Cocoa Kia was the best car-buying experience ever!! We were looking for a new Telluride and had put down a deposit on one at Boniface-Hiers only to have them sell it out from under us and try to tell us Kia had redirected the car. Called Cocoa Kia and Anthony jumped in determined to rescue us. By that afternoon, he had arranged a much better deal on the exact model and color we originally wanted (but were told by B-H that Kia didnt make!). Markup was very low, way less than B-H, we got an AWD S for slightly less than B-H wanted for the FWD, so >$2K better price at Cocoa!The financing from Kia was better than the Credit Unions, and the finance team closed the whole deal in about 2 hours from arriving to look at the car, at exactly the price Anthony had quoted us earlier on the phone. I dont usually buy additional warranty, but the great price and coverage let us drive away with 100K bumper to bumper for about what wed have paid for a lesser car only at B-H. Were super-happy with our new Telluride, and the Cocoa Kia crew gave us a buying experience that blew away the very bad experience we had at B-H. You can trust Anthony and the Cocoa Kia team to get you the car you really want, at the best price in Central FL (we looked!) and make the experience easy and fun!

We were both a bit cautious about who we would buy from so we thought we would start by stopping buy a few dealerships to gather information. Cocoa Kia was only the second dealership that we stopped at and we were immediately greeted by Hunter Chase and, after listening to what were looking for, he went to work finding exactly what we needed. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Kia Soul (the perfect second car). Surprisingly the entire experience, from sales to finance to delivery, was a pleasure.

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Shopping at this facility was easy and without the typical sales pressure I experienced at other dealerships. Having done extensive pre-shopping research, I knew exactly what I was looking for and this dealership had that vehicle. The salesman, Anthony Reeves, greeted me immediately upon my arrival and allowed me to conduct a pretty thorough, initial inspection. The test drive did reveal an alignment issue, which was corrected immediately upon return from the test drive. After the alignment issue was fixed, I again took another test drive and conducted another thorough visual inspection where I noticed a crack in the coolant expansion tank. Anthony checked with the service department and the part needed to be ordered. The issue was documented on a we owe form and the part was ordered. After the part arrived, I was notified to bring the vehicle in for repairs, and repairs where performed in a timely manner while I waited. The salesman, Anthony Reeves stayed involved throughout the repairs. Overall, I was treated fairly and with respect and would purchase from this dealership again.

I hate writing reviews like this. It appears that this dealer has excellent inventory and had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I am an exotic vehicle broker by trade and I was searching for an exact Stinger for a personal friend of mine. This dealer has the car but cannot help but beat around the bush with some legal bs that I have never dealt with before in my experience. They want my friend and I to draft up legal documents just to see the trade value on his car. Extremely unprofessional.I would love to help get this vehicle purchased but I will not jump through unnecessary hoops when I can find one elsewhere. Very sad.
