Tony, the sales man, and Brian Gore, the finance manager, are very friendly and respectful. But the person who saved me was Brian Evans, the general manager. At first, he seems a bit intimidating, but that is just his straight forwardness, which I appreciate. Truly, he is a genuine person. He was not obligated to help me with my situation, but he did so anyways. Brian Evans is a kind person that I wont forget. You have to remember that as a dealership, they need to make business, and at the end of the day they are also human beings. Treat them with respect, and they will do the same. Tim was great. He wasn’t too pushy and he communicated by text very well . He was patient with me waiting on a color I wanted. I did have a bad experience with another salesman when Tim was off. I told him I wasn’t ready to buy and he had me fill out app which I should have walked out then but he went back and ran my credit without my permission. So I walked out and waited for Tim to come back. Overall it was a great experience and I’m driving a new truck thanks to Tim Anderson. I used to hate buying a new car because the salesmen were vultures. I prefer Tim’s new style

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Notifying the Attorney General of Florida and the BBB. I called about a vehicle that was for sale. Didn’t like the outrageous Florida DEALER DOC fees, which by the way because they aren’t regulated in the state just so happen to be the highest in the country. Figures huh? I looked for something else. A salesman contacts me and asks what we could do to work out the deal. I told him cut that crazy dealer doc fee and the fee they charged just because you get financing somewhere else… (WOWWWWW) SUPER STAND UP DEALERHSHIP HERE. We negotiate a deal and they even offer to meet me at the Florida-Georgia Line with me coming from Raleigh NC. We do a credit app on the phone, he says we are approved and we work out a time. We leave immediately and drive 3 1/2 hours. I text as we cross in to South Carolina and hear nothing back. Once we were almost in Georgia we check back in with a text and phone call. Get a call back saying sorry the vehicle was sold and there was nothing they could do. So yea we had to turn around and drive 3 1/2 hours home for absolutely nothing. So when you consider buying a vehicle from a dealership who conducts business such as they do. Please reconsider as much as possible. If they can do it to this disabled veteran, they will do it to you as well. I recommend staying as far away from these dishonest, and careless crooks as possible.

We went to this dealer looking in to trade our kia soul and after talking to Courtney on the phone. We decided to go and look at vehicles , but Courtney was professional and great understanding our needs and our situation. This was problem the salesman chuck we explained our situation to him and he was like there is nothing I can do for you unless you have a 700 credit score. We will never step foot in there again and wont recommend this dealer to anyone and to finish this off me and my wife went down the street to another dealer and got the deal we needed. There is something you can when you want to work hard for the deal. I think chuck needs to be retrained on how to handle customers.

Stay far away from Cocoa Hyundai. We were just there last week and the general sales manager shamelessly tried to rip us off on a very straight forward lease buyout. When we questioned him about the number he came up with, that was much higher than what was explicitly stated in the lease contract, he said ‘we can charge whatever we want.’ 🙄We were able to buy out the lease directly through Hyundai Finance for the contracted price, but we will certainly never try to buy from Cocoa Hyundai again. Stay away from Coastal Hyundai, too. They are run by the same people.

Went in to get my first 8K mile basic maintenance. I arrived 10 minutes early but my car wasnt done for another 1 hour and 55 minutes. However, this is not why Im writing this review. The lady who oversaw the maintenance of my vehicle mentioned something about an alignment and I assumed this was part of the complimentary Hyundai service. She never mentioned it was an extra charge. I was surprised when I got billed for it at the end. I regret not standing my ground and refusing to pay. Anyway, will be looking for another dealer to take care of my next maintenance.

Amazing, point blank! The dedication from the team to find my wife and I the vehicle we wanted was beyond over the top. They were extremely professional, but kept it personal enough to gain our trust and ultimately our business. I would go back again and recommend anyone else to go see them if they want a new car.

Awesome costumer service! Fixed my door handles in no time! They even cleaned off the gunk from the duct tape I used to cover the holes where my door handles used to be. Free of charge! 10/10 would recommend going to this place if you need to get any work done.

Everyone treats the buyer professionally. They do their utmost to comply with your wishes and get you the necessary funding to buy the auto of your choice.

The dealership is overall ok but they still want to play number games with their customers and waste time. You sit while the sales person runs back and forth with the business manager. It’s annoying, it’s a hassle and it’s old school. Today’s customers value their time above all else so don’t waste it as a business. The car was not ready to go when the paperwork was done, gotta take it back - more time wasted. Low tire pressure error on three tires... more time wasted. I’ve owned the new car 3 days and it already has a service appointment tomorrow for computer / display errors more time wasted. Saw a few customers dealing with similar issues... efficiency needs improved upon if you want 5 stars. Cars need to be 100% at delivery and on time.

Creepy men wholl say anything to get the sale. 30k for a 2017. After a few days my roters rusty. Within a month my car lags starting at 20mph. When I called,the response was...well you should have bought a new car, theres nothing they can do! I barely drove anywhere 😩. After everything 31k! Want to say only reason giving a 3 star is because they don’t have any electric cars on the lot. Personally tired of paying gas prices. Really want to get the hyundai ioniq 5 that’s coming out (great price on it with the 7.5k rebate.) Hopefully they will have it on there lot to test drive and purchase when it comes out. Like this dealership and Hyundai would hate to not do business with them, because they have no electric cars.

Terrible customer service, do not listen to what your needs and wants are, just want to sell you a vehicle. I’ve been a customer with Hyundai for over 15 years and I was so disappointed with the sales department at Cocoa Hyundai. I received a letter from them offering me a certain amount of money to purchase my vehicle and I went into see them as they had offered me the deal not me asking them for a deal. They completely ignored me and wanted to put me in another vehicle at $150 more a month when I specifically told him I was there to lower my payments. I left very dissatisfied they called me several times to get me to come back in that they would offer me a deal they knew they could take care of me so after much consideration I decided to give them a second chance I went back in they put me with a brand new employee was only there for two weeks who again tried to sell me another car Wayover what I was paying already. The manager who kept calling me to come back and come back never came out to see me Simply called and said she didn’t see me in the show room which I replied funny I didn’t see you either never bothered to come out and apologize for the in my previous behavior. I leftI will never deal with hoDay again I am totally dissatisfied with them they are losing a good customer.

Maybe reparations like a hitch that I paid for already that was suppose to already come on the car. I think my 2013 is due for a trade in........only thing that would have made it better would be when giving a loaner car they should give you something you might be likely to trade for!

Went to buyout my leased vehicle and instead of going over the numbers involving the quoted base buyout amount on my leasing contract, this shady place had the audacity to quote me well over the base amount (this was the initial amount prior to assessing taxes and fees for the total amount). When asking the sales manager where he got this number, he had no answer and basically said “because I can” Hate to tell him, that is not how contracts work. The base buyout amount was contractually agreed upon in the initial leasing paperwork.Turned into the Better Business Bureau and filing a consumer complaint with the state. Would hate to know how many elderly or novice car buyers this place has ripped off and breached contracts. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU PREFER BEING RIPPED OFF!

1. Obviously not following any CDC guidelines. No masks on ANY employee and the guy that gave me a ride home was not wearing a mask and admitted he had not been vaccinated.2. Horrible service by service department. Advisor is friendly and nice but doesnt return calls. Brought in for oil service and they did NOTHING that is supposed to be included besides oil and filter change (which I paid for). No 10 point check, etc.. and claimed they set my tire pressure to factory specs, really? They read 40,39,38,34 when I drove out of parking lot. They were in fact all set to 36 when I brought it in.

Austin did an amazing job showing us all of the available options. We went through several different car options before deciding on the Venue! Michael in finance worked his magic and was able to get us a great deal and help us walk out with a new car!!

I dont usually write reviews, but this was a really bad experience. I visited them for service on my Tuscon a few days ago. The service was fine at this location, and the staff were helpful and friendly during my visit. They did a good job on my car and I have no problems with the actual service. However, after my visit I got multiple calls and emails for reviews. Like I said, I dont usually give reviews. I have a lot of social anxiety and I usually try to avoid calls when they are unnecessary, but I responded to one call that everything went well with the visit because I figured theyd stop afterward. They didnt. Then, when I submitted a review in response to one of the emails with a 4-star rating (out of 5) in hopes that they would leave me alone, I had a customer service person call me and grill me for almost 10 minutes about every answer I gave. When I said everything was fine and it was just a normal visit with nothing out of the ordinary, which ranks a 4/5 for me, they told me that I should have known my review was going to get the staff in trouble because it wasnt a 5/5 and I needed to submit another review with a higher score if I didnt want to penalize them. For someone with anxiety, this was an absolutely awful experience. Ive never had an auto shop treat me this way before and I will be avoiding this location in the future.

These guys were awesome to work with. Flexible in making great deals and working with their customers busy schedule. Cars are actually shown as pictured with nothing to hide. Even though, they are 2 hours away, I will definitely keep them in mind when it comes time to buying a new car.

I experienced a very disturbing situation with my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and when I brought it in for repair, I was faced with the fact that the mechanic was unsure of the source as well. However, after a call to the Hyundai manufacturer and a discussion with an engineer, the cause was determined and repair completed. I am very relieved that this mysterious condition was identified and repaired. I was provided a detailed explanation of the repairs required that I, admittedly, do not completely understand. However the service representative was very patient and attempted to help me understand what had happened.

The staff was friendly and did not pressure me to purchase a car. They gave me the best price and the process was very thorough and quick. Moises was friendly and honest and it made the car buying experience a pleasant experience.
