Great store. I like shopping here before work. Its not busy. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and orderly. You can find what you need easily.

I go here because its not chock full of frantic people like the Wegmans across the street. My only real complaint here is the onions. Id say if you want onions go elsewhere, but otherwise the experience is good enough for me to shop here as my primary grocer.

This was my first visit to Giant Hunt Valley ... or any other food store since December 2020. I found all of the items I wanted. The store did not have any insulated shopping bags for cold goods. No line at checkout and workers were friendly and efficient as always in Giant of Landover stores for the past 50 years.

Love this store. This is our local grocery store. Manager is super friendly and the staff are personable and courteous. The employees in the deli are patient and very kind. One of the pharmacy technicians was very rude and short with me today. Its only because I love the rest of the staff, that I will continue to shop there.

The people are friendly and helpful for the most part. The store itself is loaded with items You cant find in other stores. Giants store very in items, this one seems to have everything!!!!

July 15th, 3:50pm. I enter the large Giant supermarket not knowing what I was looking for. I was feeling sour, maybe from walking out on Susie at Chick-fil-A or maybe it was the frosted lemonade. They always say my pleasure but is it really?...never the less I found myself in the sparking beverages and liquids aisle. Perhaps I was trying to wash away the guilt I felt or maybe it was just the frosted lemonade. I bought a whole case of deer park water, the only thing dear I had left, for only 4.95$. I didnt know what I was looking for when I came in, however now I have one big thing that is clear. Thanks Giant

After we arrived our groceries were brought out in less than 5 min. By a super nice young lady who carefully packed them in the car. Most of my order was there say 1 or 2 items out of stock and a couple of substitutions. Anyone looking for a fast hassle free grocery pick up should consider Giant. I am a recent pick up customer with only a few grocery pick ups so far, but so far so good.

Great store! I was having trouble finding a special kind of yogurt by chobani and a young man named Daniel asked if I needed help and he went right to the back and grabbed it for me. Very friendly store!

This is the best Giant in the Baltimore Metropolitan area in my opinion. It has fantastic variety in the store when it comes to food, drinks and even toiletry items. Food is always fresh here from the hot bar to cold items. Bakery is exceptional here. I am blown away by how big and clean this store is. The PNC inside the store is also fantastic. Even though its far from where I live, I take a Uber here just to shop here because its that good.

The self service registers new services have been renewed so somethings are not the same and a bit wacky

I found EVERY staple of mine, 6-7 items, that I have been buying from Good Lion for years that have all disappeared and no one there knows anything. Giant is now my new grocery store!

Man this store is great. Patrick from produce is super helpful with knowing the store. He helped me find all the things i needed like limes and lemons!!

Great variety selection! I drove out here for specifically my Kombucha, but many other things caught my eye that I haven’t seen at my own local Giant. Every store has been low on my favorite Kombucha, but this one had many! I think it was due to lack of signage so it appeared as though it wasn’t on sale, but it was (I knew because it was on sale at other Giants).

Overall the store is nice. The one thing thats bothersome is that you can smell the seafood dept from the front door :(

This Giant is better than most Giant super markets, better as measured in the availability of common products that oftentimes run out of stock elsewhere. Not exactly sure why, possibly because the population density around this location is quite sparse, leading to remaining stock, and or this store seems bigger and has more shelf space. In addition to that, there seems to exist an expanded product line as compared to counterpart

Shopped here for years , couldnt ask for a better store or better service until today . Today Kayla should not have been working in customer service . In my experience with giant customer service the cashier has always explained what they are going to do to correct the problem , seniors need that. Kayla did not do this in fact she wasnt listening at all and by the time everything was over I was very confused . I know these are trying times and we are all under a lot of stress . Just remember it is called customer service for a reason. I still love this store .

The staff is very friendly, they made me feel like they have known me for a long time when I had just meet them. Check out was fast and a good selection of food.

Giant is such a nice store. With so much variety of items in stock, its a great place to go when you need Pringles, hair dye, and a new brush!!

Good local giant. Organized well and stocked well with most items needed at fair prices. Pharmacy department is good too. Customer service there has always been excellent.

This is my favorite giant to visit. The people absolutely make the experience. The food is fresh. The store is clean. I go out of my way to visit this store. I order all of my platters and bakes goods from here. Wouldnt get them anywhere else.

Clean store, good selection and nice membership discounts. Had mixed levels of assistance from staff - worst was getting help during checkouts. Offers scan-n-go shopping.

Clean, well lit and organized store with fair prices. Selection is good and there is always a lot on sale. Sales can be confusing, however, do you always need to read the fine print so that you actually get the price you see posted. The bakery is underrated here. Shawan liquors is nearby, so if you want adult beverages to go with your food, its a good option in the same complex.

My favorite grocery store have showed at the Hunt Valley Giant since it opened in the 1980s.

Clean, great staff. I love the smaller size of this store...easy to find what I need and staff are always happy to help. The manager Kathy is very friendly and is always on the floor. Customers are also more pleasant than the cart-rammers at Wegman’s. Prices are fine.

This is a smaller Giant that has been in Cockeysville for a long time.It has a great pharmacy, deli, and bakery.The fresh seafood is amazing.

While I like this Gant Food location, I will say it appears to have a smaller section than other similar grocery stores in the area. The customer service has always been fairly nice, however, and the prices are on par with other non discount grocery chains in the area.

Its a Giant grocery store. Quality produce, consistent experience. Just the fact that theyre still open after a Wegmans moved in across the street should tell you that theyre doing something right.

I went to giant to get flowers for my sisters concert and they were all picked out from Mothers Day. I completely get that. So I found two different bundles of flowers I like but needed them combined because I would not have time to before the concert. (I needed to travel with these for 3 hours.) No florist was available (it was 330pm). They sent me a produce guy and I asked if he could help me combine them. His respose was I dont know I guess. So he left to check for something in the back and meanwhile someone else asked if if needed help. I said yes. I need someone who can tie two flowers together. So she leaves and gets another woman. She came over and literally told me that if she combines them there is a 30% upcharge. I told her I didnt want an arrangement, just a better way to travel. The lady told me go to another Giant. So I did give my business to another Giant and they were so much better. Indeed. At least this giant admits they arent adequate.

Disappointed, looking for Cento Pasta sauce. Not found. Talked to someone stocking, but unable to assist.

Its very organized, everything is where it should be. All pay out lines are used unlike Walmart (1 or 2 lanes out of 20 are only being used)... Its in a safe, beautiful location!

Quick and easy. I didnt need any help this time, but they are very accommodating when I do.

This has been my longtime place to shop. Recently, the quality of fresh produce has fallen off greatly. I shop for staples here but go to Wegmans or Giant in Timonium to get better produce. Sorry to see this decline as I like the staff, location.
