Jeff came out and was able to solve my issues with my garage door within just a few minutes, he was quick and friendly! I was only charged a service fee as no parts were needed and he even made some adjustments and service both my doors and openers! Please note that 99.9% of the photos are provided by the business and NOT happy customers. People (son in-law, friends, etc.) associated with this company leave positive reviews and attempt to influence the company’s rating.

Let me just say Jeff is the man! Never really even knew who to call for garage door issues but Im glad a few people I know referred me to him! My garage door got jammed up and he showed up, fixed it and man it even sounds better!! Its an older door and pretty beat up so I was talking about replacing it in the next year or so and he said they have a door option that lets you control your garage door from your phone! Looking forward to next time I do business with em! Definitely recommended.

Hello, we have all had that moment when you hear that spring pop in your garage and then you go out and realize your car is stuck. I jumped online and gave Jeff a call, he asked me a few brief questions quoted a fair price on the phone and resolved my broken spring issue with tune up within three hours.Great service, Great price, Great Company!!!

Called Thursday night and left a message because my spring was broken on my garage door. The next morning I recieved a call back and was put on the schedule, Jeff the owner showed up and got my spring replaced within 30 minutes. He service my door and opener and made it go from loud and clunky to nice and quiet, thanks for your quick and awesome service.

This man was very rude to me and actually scared me. I am a 80 year old lady who needs a garage door repair. When I called I said I needed an estimate for a repair. When I didn’t accept his estimate, he said I asked for a repair and became very angry with me telling me he could be be somewhere else on a job. He made me so nervous, I shut that garage door and went in the house shaking. Not a nice man.

We live in a newly built home with a great quality builder... who unfortunately didnt have a high quality garage door and opener installed when the house was built. When our garage door began acting up we contacted Sierra Garage Door. We were immediately told not to continue using the door and educated of the risks of injury due to a broken cable. The company worked with our schedule. The owner, Jeff, came over and informed us of our options from fixing the door to having a new one installed. There was no pressure and we didnt feel like we were being upsold, but educated. We opted for repair but will be calling Sierra again when it is time to replace the door! He not only repaired the cables but ensured every part of our door and opener were serviced and in proper working order. What we appreciated is that he didnt do a quick fix but a long term solution until we are prepared to replace the whole door and opener. Professional, courteous, all around great company! We definitely recommend this company for all garage door needs!
