This place is terrible. I have bought multiple disposable vapes from here and only half the time they work. I recently bought two that didn’t work at all. I came back the next day with both and didn’t get a refund. The guy is rude and sells fake vapes.

This is the only vape shop in Fresno/Clovis that has every ohm option of 5 pack coiIs for the Trinity Alpha. I had been looking for days at other vape shops for the Trinity Alpha pod bundle that comes with 2 coils and they were sold out everywhere. I shop here at least once a week and have always had a great experience. The owner is always very nice and willing to answer any questions or provide any help you may need. This place has an amazing selection (always spend at least 30 mins looking thru store) and if theres anything you may need that he doesnt have the owner will special order exactly what you want. To top it all off their prices are very good and have stopped going to other smoke shops. Stop by you wont be disappointed.

Selection is great, so many different things. The guy in there was friendly & even gave $10 off for our first time visiting. Definitely going to be my bf & is #1 place to go to for a smoke shop.

If you buy it here it will break .One of the worst customer service places in the world.I have bought a couple things there and all of them broke.They rip you off on price and glass is garbage .I bought a 150 dollar rig that broke at joint in 4 days.The dude working there most of the time is freakin clueless .I tried to give them another try recently and he wasnt even in the shop. I waited by door till he came back in and after trying to overcharge me for a cheap battery cause he looked high as hell .He had to check the cash drawer before i left like im a freakin criminal .I hope that store makes no money .Nothing but cheap chinese crap with no warranty.Ill never step foot in there again and i have told everybody i know to stay away .

Very good smoke shop and cheep

Bought a vape here worth 49.99 online for 129.99. Came Out to 140-something. I wasnt aware how badly he was ripping me off. When I found out, I tried to return it unopened with the receipt from a few days prior.The guy is the same guy who is always there. At first he tried to telle that online isnt as good as him because they might not have or send you the right colors, while he only had white and purple. Also online is terrible because shipping costs more and takes a couple weeks.He charged me almost 3x what this thing is worth. I didnt even have a chance to respond because he heard himself and knew he sounded like a moron, so he told me he has rent and bills to pay. Yeah, so do I. I knew buying in a store would have the thing marked up but that anount is just greedy. Scumbag.Finally he admits that HE BUYS HIS VAPES ONLINE, so thats his price. Thats how much he pays for them. He knows he marked it up too much and gave me a couple free juices, but I really didnt want them. I wanted my money back. I suspected he wouldnt let me before I went, as its a cig and vape shop, but the way he went about not gicing me my refund was super shady and messed up, and he knew it. This guy is the worst and he knows it. Now I might as well use the damn thing since Im stuck with it but it is just going to upset me to have it. Never going to this place again. I wish I could leave zero stars.
