This is the best truck stop. This particular Pilot the great service from this team and Brett is the reason why I only use Pilot to fuel over 1,000 gallons per month. Every time I drive through Clovis I make sure to fill my truck tanks and grab food. Cleanest place and always stocked.

After stopping at at least 5 places before this one, Pilot was open and CLEAN. Brett helped us out, and he was very friendly. Such a difference from everywhere else we tried. Granted, 4/5 of the last stops were closed all together (but well lit!). Thanks Brett for your excellent service!

Yall! This is the nicest, and cleanest gas station bathroom Ive ever been to with tasty hot food, great coffee, strong blue windshield cleaner, and BRIGHT spaced out gas pumps.Details: Safety factor is key for me being a woman on the road at night. The station is brightly lit off the highway so you dont feel scared of some dark attack. (Yes, unfortunately women have to worry about this)THEY HAVE SHOWERS. Three of them. I didnt use them, but they have them. I have every bit of faith theyre clean because the restrooms were separate but also spotless. Youd feel safe putting your whole bottom down and even a bag on the ground if needed.They even have cherry Gojo soap in addition to regular soap stocked in case you have grease or oil on your hands for mechanics or anyone who may be filthy. I ate some oily fast food earlier on this road trip and cut the grease right off while leaving my hands super soft.I also wish I had waited to eat here. The hot food selection looked bomb. But the iced coffee was all we could do. It was delicious. This sounds ridiculous but solid windshield wiper cleaner is a MUST when youre roadtripping in the country. This cleaner wasnt black or goopy or gross. Nope, it was blue and clean! It cut through the bug splatter beautifully.10/10. Just pee and gas up here. Youll love it.

We always stop here when traveling from Roswell to OKC and back. Its very large and the restroom are clean. They offer bathing services and they have some massaging chairs.There is also Popeyes, Burger kings and one other restaurant I think its Subways.there is also food on the go that you can gab from the little stand without waiting in line to place an order. There are video games, toys, things you need for your car or cellphone, blankets, shirts, jackets, souvenirs and more.I love it because its huge and clean with friendly employees, but popeyes is the main reason we stop there each trip. They cook your food hot and fresh plus we dont have a Popeyes in Roswell NM 😭HINT💰🙏🙏🙏Get us a Popeyes in Roswell NM..like Soon

Clean and neatWe went to this gas station accidentally the first time when we failed to pull into a crowded love’s stop. And we have since marked it our Clovis stop. The bathrooms are clean (better than Bucee’s :), and from employees to customers, there is a well preserved air of quietness

Maybe dont have a ladder blocking four of the beverage coolers so people can actually make purchases. Poor customer service.

New gas station. Good design. Clean. Lots of room to turn a trailer around. Has 91 octane for European cars which, sad to say, many gas stations in west Texas do not carry.

Brand New, clean, small, perfect. I really enjoy this pilot, about time they put one on this height of highway 84. Everything is brand new so bathrooms and showers are in pristine condition, and kept immaculately clean. The dining area is amazing and have numerous charging and power outlets for phones and laptops, something not often seen quite frankly. The donuts are spectacular and everything in the store is up to par. I truly recommend you coming here for a good experience.

Went in for food. No hot dogs on hot rack at all ..none cold none warming nothing.. so went to get nachos . Went to pour cheese on them the cheese was out. I left nachos on counter walked out went to loves truck stop down street had my food needs met. only reason gave two stars was place was clean .. I usually stop here during work everyday. Will be going to loves truck stop down road from now on.

Love Pilots! If Im traveling I seek these out for the following reasons: gas is consistently a bit less than most, the stores are clean, spacious and comfortable ( places to sit and take a break from the road ), the bathrooms have sufficient numbers of toilets to accommodate influxes of folks ... AND, I have to say it, the toilet stalls are numerous, clean, spacious enough and, they feel kind of private...a nice semblance of HOME away from home.

Pretty good Pilot. Usually clean and service is good. This one has Dunkin Donuts coffee and donuts. Nice to find a little gem like this along the highway. If they dont have things out on the floor they will try to get more if they have more in their stockroom.

So the Pilot off the highway coming in to Clovis from the Texas side is probably my favorite place to fuel up. Friendly staff and clean building. Lots of options to eat and drink, and a very decent place to poop if you need to. Soft drink fountain calibration is on point...so thats a bonus.

I spent 20 minutes trying to air a tire. $4.50 spent and I lost 15lbs of air and had to drive on a flat to LOVES where their air machine worked. Fix your air machine!

Store was very clean first off. Showers too. But dont come here hungry because youll have to leave hungry unless you want cold pizza. Could definitely use some upgrading on the food selection.

They werent very busy when I got there so I was able to grab a shower right away, I noticed they only had 3 showers so dont come here looking to shower quick when theyre busy. The whole place was well maintained including my shower all the folks were very nice and helpful.

Hats off to Mary at this location. On Wednesday the 29th of May 2019, my wife and I stopped in for refreshments. Everything was great and the service was 10 star. Ill explain; After paying for my food, I dropped my wallet onto the counter while picking up my things. I did not notice and left the store. I drove 200 miles before needing my wallet and discovered it missing. I called Mary and she confirmed I had left it. She informed me she had ran out to catch me but I had already left the parking lot. Upon my return she was very wonderful and made my day brighter. I hope to visit the store again in late summer and visit this wonderful staff. God bless Mary and the staff. Best wishes and much sucess. PS: I am a retired trucker and love Pilot.

Clean, friendly service, Duncan Doughnuts, and some of the cleanest bathrooms on 60/84! Please, dont change. It is a nice stop on the way to Amarillo or Lubbock to stock up on trip food and drinks.

Overall not a bad place. Restrooms are generally clean. Not a lot of truck parking. You typically are able to find at least one diesel pump if you need fuel. All the employees are nice and helpful.

The cleanliness of the establishment is about the only thing that this place has to offer. Unlike other Pilots/Flying Js, this one generally stops serving/throws out the hot food after 10/11p. If that werent the case, the rating would be much higher. I mean, when youre working late, the only other option is SubparWay down the block, or meandering to the other side of town to get some Dennys.

Clean, easy to navigate when shopping. The staff are always smiling and welcoming. I love to make my own iced coffee with the Duncan Donut coffee bar. The hot box food is ok, the pizza is pretty darn good. I really like the sammiches in the cooler section by the entrance doors on the left when walking in. A little expensive but you wont feel sick after eating it.So I like to also make a weird drink that tastes really good. It tastes like a root beer float. Get a 32 oz or larger cup, put in crushed ice (ice on the right side at the fountain machines) about half way up the cup, then add root beer until it comes just above the ice, then add two pumps of vanilla (add one more pump for the 42oz), fill with root beer again but leave space about a quarter of an inch from the top of cup and go to the coffee bar and fill to the top with cream. Stir with a straw until its a light brown color. Then enjoy... You welcome 😘

Truckstop is clean. Like the way it is set up. Love the food counter setup. The staff was not friendly or helpful. We tried to get assistance, gave up. We asked questions, the lady just pointed to the food there. Food was old and cold. Misleading packaging with pricing and lady behind the counter was oblivious to anything. The pizza was absolutely disgusting, dry and old. Lady at counter didnt offer any other types of pizza. Did not realize we could get a slice made for us. People after us did have fresh, hot pizza. Kept asking where do I pay, here? Or up front? Crickets. Asked for sauce packets for chicken tenders as that and a fried burrito and a mac-cheese bite was all that was available. All were cold and old. Ended up throwing it away as it was inedible. Disappointing. Sad. Soups made fresh? Yep. Get it out of the cooler and heat it up your own stinkin self. I stopped here because we frequently stop at Pilots and the reviews were good. This was not a positive experience. Definitely an opportunity for training and how to assist customers with counter services.

Very clean gas station and truck stop with bathrooms, showers, and Dunkin Donuts coffee, and of course donuts. They serve hot meals throughout the day. Staff were very friendly. I would plan my trip around this gas station.

This travel stop is classy. Beautiful facility, the entire crew is genuinely polite, uniforms look great, food is the best quality of any travel center (and maybe some restaurants) that I have ever visited, and there is a nice dining area with a TV. The Dunkin Donuts are finger licking delicious and the coffee is very fresh. They have the bean to cup coffee in which the machine grinds the coffee beans and brews a fresh cup of coffee in like 5 seconds! BEST CUP OF COFFEE EVER! LOL. Soup, salads, sandwiches, and pizza are made to order so its fresh. I had a broccoli n cheddar soup with a fried spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy maple sauce made that sandwich scrumptious! My new spot to stop whenever Im in town. 😉👍

And the number has been disconnected!.. Oh this is looking really good now!I called the store back and was asked whats the next pilot Ill be stopping at?Well, if it wasnt for needing the receipt, I probably wouldnt be.All in all, it happens... I should have looked at the receipt before I left, so Im equally to blame!Im mostly shocked they still use a FAX!PILOT CORP....2 things:1. Pay your phone bill!2. You do realize Email is free.. Friendly staff. We were disappointed however that there were no Dunkin Donut drinks. Hubby had there doughnuts and liked them. As well as a breakfast sandwich. He said it was ok as well. They only have 3 trucker showers. The handicap ones are big enough for couples. The store is a small one so the selection is a bit limited. Truck parking is also limited theres probably 20 slots for trucks.
