08/16/2021Went in to buy two new phones and add them to my existing plan. They had a promotion on iPhones, I would get a $150 discount on each device. Sounds like a good deal. I had Esmeralda help me out, she grabbed the phones and we started the transaction. She then grabbed 2 cases and 2 screen protectors. I asked her if they were free with the purchase, she said yes, they come free with the phones. Perfect right? Went ahead with the purchase. My wife handled the transaction while I handled my 2 year old running around the store. Got into the car and I decided to check out the receipt before driving off. They charged us $37, each case and each screen protector. Went back in to question them about it. The supervisor stated that for me to receive that promotional price they have to sell me a case and screen protector for each phone. I explained to her not only did Esmeralda said they were free, but there was nothing posted in the store that stated I had to pay for the accessories to receive the promotional price. She stated the bundle promotion just started in July and there was nothing we can do except offer me a refund only for the phones, not the service fee of $72 or the $148 of accessories. I asked for the owners name and number and she refused to provide that information. She said he will contact me when he had a chance, I asked her when he would be in the store and she stated he never really comes here.. Going back and forth about it I, decide to walk away. I will be calling corporate and BBB to report this transaction. Hopefully the business owner reaches out to me to correct this issue.

I went into this store about 3 weeks ago and added 3 lines to my plan.. went back in today to do a phone upgrade and they REFUSED to let me upgrade my phone without purchasing accessories!! This store is just trying to make an extra profit with the way they are handling business.. I was ready to spend over $200 on my upgrade but not willing to pay the instore prices for the accessories when I can get them elsewhere for half the price.. i will not be doing business at this store any longer and I hope that anyone who reads this review chooses to go to another location. They are bad customers service and a joke!!

Miguel S. took 30 mins to finalize my purchase of the new Samsung S21 Ultra. I paid $1,300. Got home only to find out he DID NOT ACTIVE my phone. Spent 2 hrs on the phone with customer service just waiting on hold 75% of the time, got passed around to three different agents for T-Mobile to finally activate my phone. They even told me to go back to the store I bought it from.

I bought a hotspot box for a trip literally half way across the country. I left the next day only to find that the box wouldnt connect to the internet. I called customer service, and they tried all they could on their end, but couldnt get my box to receive a signal. I went in to a Metro out of state and they tried to do something on their computer, but still nothing was working. I could not go in to my store as I was 1900 miles away, and since I was gone longer than the 14 day period metro has for refunds, I couldnt get any of my money refunded. I understand not refunding service charges, but I never received or used any service!!! If the box would have worked at all, I would understand not refunding my service charge, but Ive had a phone with this company for almost 2 years and they cant help at all with my problem. I was given the option to pay 20 more dollars in order to do a warranty exchange on my unused and broken hotspot...this would be a total of 150 dollars spent on a hotspot box that literally has never had even 1 byte of information transfered onto it! Needless to say,I am no longer going to continue with my service here and will be going to another cell phone provider!

I really was upset that I needed to by a phone for my grand daughter and they were not wearing masks, gloves, and interacting with customers within a 2 ft distance. There was a woman in there that was non stop talking with anyone with no mask. I felt myself, my husband and grand daughter was put at risk. They only have 1 little plastic shields. Service was fast asnd efficient. But under normal circumstances this review would have been a 5. Social distancing should be kept.

It was awesome. Rick was so nice very helpful told us it was going to take a little while it took longer than we thought. But he stayed late just to help us. Store closed and we were still there getting our phones info transfer over.. Super nice people.. This store had everything we needed for our phones.. Great customer service.

Tried to call to ask a question about my account i have already open. The woman that answered didnt answer my question and hung up on me after being on the phone for not even 30 seconds. Tried to call back and no answer. Not so great for customer service.

Carlos is the bomb at customer service! Very helpful at switching multiple phone lines over from another carrier. I love that the monthly costs include taxes and fees. Everyone here is friendly and provided all the answers to my questions.

I love this store. I went in thinking Id broken the speaker on my phone since I was getting zero sound. Id already tried rebooting and everything so I grabbed some of my tax return money and planned to buy a new phone. However, when I got there the associate Carlos took my phone, did some technical stuff to it and BAM! the sound was back on! He saved me $200! That is the way a good business should treat its customers! : D

This store is pretty good. Helpful, friendly people. Edited: This place has totally gone down hill. I used to like going here. The girls that work there now show zero hustle (in fact, they seem to take longer than necessary on purpose; entitled) and, straight up lied about the details of our phones insurance. I cant wait to switch.

Was just harassed at the counter while paying my bill. The young man in there was super aggressive, insisting on me adding lines, and pestering me about my phone when I am fine with what I have. I am a single woman, and he insisted I get a buddy and also get a family plan, and a device as well. Terrible sales pitch, and his laughing at me when I stated I cant purchase anything at the moment because I do not have a job did not help either. What a jome this location is. Nasty attitudes and such a needless interaction as I make a payment.

WOW this is gotta be the best Metro GPS , we were greeted by THIERE friendly staff took time to show us all the great promotions available to us , I mostly like the great deal I got on my monthly payment Im actually saving $20.00 off on my monthly payment plan , didnt even have to ask 😊 such friendly staff , happy to have you walk in always oh almost forgot to mention also I walked out with a free brand new Samsung phone .... great promotions every month didnt know these deals still happened, and no hidden this or that very honest and very real people to answer all your questions,,,,,,,

Horrible .. Employees look and act miserable ..cant articulate anything they are trying to convey...and waiting time is insane...further more ladie was telling me that my natural occurring swirl marks on my phone ..almost disqualified from using my warranty..what a joke considering that the store manager just ok the condition of the phone two days ago.
