Worst pharmacy ever. Please go somewhere else if you need medication in a timely manner. These people dont care about you at all. Also recognize that any 5 star review this place had was from over 2 to 3 years ago. Everything recent is just like my review. Terrible place, terrible people.

The Staff was extremely rude, I came to get my vaccine and asked if it was okay to leave my bike inside while I got my vaccine. They responded very rudely and said “no you have to leave it outside”, I asked if there was a lock I could buy all I needed was to get the vaccine. They proceeded to go find a lock and bring it to me… while I was in line my bike was inside and they didn’t make a big deal… My question is why can’t I leave my bike inside while I go get my vaccine…? But its okay to leave it inside while I make a purchase? I find it very pathetic and mest up I would definitely not recommend this store. The manager was rude I hope he gets fired

Horrible customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They dont even deserve 1 star. I went to get a prescription and the pharmacy is so slow. And dont even try to call, they never answer the phone! The real problem is they are shorthanded and need to hire more employees, this would provide better customer service!! So the root of the problem is horrible management!!

This place needs to purge its employees specially the pharmacy, there is a short haired woman in there who is very rude and acts like taking care of customers is the worst thing in the world. Go to CVS or a different walgreens cause this one is absolute garbage.

Without a doubt the absolute worst pharmacy in Fresno County. Slow AF, deliberately rude pharmacy assistant, really makes you feel like a valued customer.

Found the store very clean and organized. Well stocked, and was asked immediately if i needed help. Cashier was polite and i was in and out quickly. Easy parking, can access from shaw or Villa

The reviews are true. The slowest pharmacy inside and drive-thru. The phones are worse. Someone higher up at Walgreens need to do something about this.

Went to pick up a prescription\\hadn’t been there in about a year, was told “ I don’t see you in our system have you been here before” responded don’t know what you’re putting in there or you doing wrong I’ve been coming here for years. After about 10 minutes someone else came up there punched my name in and low and behold there it was…. Customer Service is awful…

Every walgreens pharmacy is slow but this one beats them all! I HAVE WAITED 30+ MINUTES IN LINE TO PICK UP MY PRESCRIPTION MULTIPLE TIMES. The best is waiting that long and only being third in line. What the heck are you guys doing in there!?! The staff is so nice though but i just wonder why it takes so long

Always have had a great experience in this Walgreens store. All the staff are nice and very helpful. Any question I have had they made sure I got an answer. I will always go to this store and would drive out of my way.

Ive been coming here for years and the staff they have now is terrible, specifically Paige. Shes very good at making someone uncomfortable for saying hello. I understand people have bad days but you are supposed to be customer service! Act like it! PLEASE SOMEONE ADDRESS THIS!

They used to be great until they stopped having their pharmacy open 24 hours. Now they have very limited pharmacy hours. I was a customer there for eight years before that. Greta was terrific. I was heartbroken when I had to switch to CVS as the only remaining 24 hour pharmacy in the entire area. They had no control over it. It was a corporate decision.

FYI: Got a skills assessment done here. Had me in the back counter at the photo station in VieW OF ALL CUSTOMERS TO SEE. NOT IMPRESSED. I THINK IT BECOMES A DISTURBING FACTOR FOR US TO FOCUS WHEN YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS COMING UP TO YOU FOR QUESTIONS. WHILE TRYING TO CONCENTRATE ON TESTING. MANAGEMENT SHOULD CONSIDER THIS. I SEEN OTHER LOCATIONS WHERE THEY TAKE YOU TO THE BACK OUT OF RANGE AND VIEW. OTHER THAN THAT NICE PEOPLE THERE.

Service here is pretty poor. Come here pretty often and never once got a welcome greeting or even have an ending of have a nice day. When someone walk right behind me thru the door, they got greeted and when some one finish purchasing their order, they got a have a nice day.

I love the staff. They are very friendly and professional. I love the customer service they provide & dont mind the 15 min drive. Just because I get treated the way Im suppose to. Not like the other locations.

I like the convenience of having a drugstore/pharmacy that is open 24 hours a day. Higher prices than their competitors unless you buy store brand items or take advantage of advertised sales, but they make up for it by keeping everything well stocked and overall cleanliness of the store.

Where is this walgreens at what streets exzactly ? It keeps saying on shaw by peach but i dont want that walgreens i want to go to this one dose anyone know where its at ?

Worst pharmacy ever. Telephone message says prescription will be ready after 9:30; website says pharmacy closes at 10:00. Everyone gone at 9:00. If this were the only problem I’d ever had, I wouldn’t post but it’s one of many. Many.

They have a REDBOX inside of the store so youll feel safer. FedEx also delivers to their location so if you need something asap, be sure to have it delivered to this location sense it is 24hrs.

Walgreens on olive and cedar, serena very friendly and helpful cashier made the visit an exceptional one and help save me money with coupons.

Today I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. Two of the girls in pharmacy treated me completely horrible. The lady with a short haircut and another lady with extreamly overlined lipstick did not want to help me if it wouldn’t of been for the actual pharmacist in the white coat I wouldn’t of got my prescription. They told me my insurance didn’t cover It which is ok and I understand that but then why when the actual pharmacist tried it she said that my dr didn’t actually specify which one to give me and that I could actually get any that my insurance will cover. The girls just plain and simply didn’t want to help. If you are in a business of helping people, there should be no reason why you wouldn’t want to help them.

Walgreens has the worst pharmacy ever. The employees are rude! They have no good customer service skills what so ever. You call they will make you wait for ever. I drove there while on hold 10 miles, and when I got there the store was not busy at all again while on hold and standing in a line with no one in it I still waited standing for 20 min before I got my refill. Ive made so many complaint for the past 15 yrs and they still have poor customer service skills. I even posted a bad review and 1 star 3 months ago and still no feed back No phone call. I even called corporate and lefta messege and no call back. No problems with CVS.

I actually love this walgreens. I cant speak for the pharmacy section but customer service up front is awesome. Im always greeted when I walk in and the cashiers are always so friendly especially breanna and tammie they are awesome and so sweet. I dont care about paying the extra few dollars to come here to get my stuff and avoid Walmart. I wish they carried stella berry wine but other than that no complaints from me. Its always clean in there too. Im a happy weekly customer. Best walgreens Ive been to.

Worse pharmacy experience ever. Was told it would take 20-30 minutes. Waited 1 hour just to have them tell me they werent sure if they could even fill it. Waited another 20 minutes and finally told me they could. Then took another 20 minutes checking out others instead of me. Will never come here again.

Very unorganized, good luck getting regular monthly prescriptions on time. They drop the ball consistsntly.

I would give it zero stars if I could.. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!! They are THIEVS AND LIARS!!!! They TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU FOR A MISTAke they made!!! They told me to pay over a 100 dollars for my daughters prescription and they will refund me back after I get my prior auth. After I get it the stupid pharmacy Rep says the auth means nothing and will not uphold their end. Trust me stay away they are stupid liars and dont know anything its bad enough they are liars but they made her meds incorrectly..

Very bad pharmacy experiences on both interactions Ive had with the staff. Staff seemed confused and blamed me and my insurance when their systems were down. I filed a report with their customer service. I would strongly suggest patronizing another pharmacy.
