Our salesman, Juan was wonderful. Once we were transferred to someone else to sign off, it went by way too fast. We were under the impression that the warranties presented to us were included in the manufacturers warranty. We were not informed that they are optional. You can not do this to people! I needed a reliable car to take my child with special needs to Dr app, only to be taken advantage of! 7K worth of extra warranties that I did not approve of, nor given the option as to whether or not I wanted them. Fraud. Had to drive an hour back to the dealership to cancel them, only for the salesman to try and throw a guilt trip on me for adding them in the first place. Said that they gave them to me at their cost and they gave me a lower interest rate so I could afford them. Not happening.

Only 19 and was able to drive out with a brand new 2021 car thanks to Richard and Robert Hernandez. They were super nice, friendly, and had great customer service. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This being only the second day of ownership of my Telluride I am, naturally, still in the honeymoon stage. But the entire experience from initial shopping at Future Kia with Evan Schroeder as my guide til I picked it up yesterday has been a positive experience. This car has so many great features that I could have been overwhelmed by the tutorial from Evan but after hitting all the highlights he stopped and invited me to come see him as many times as needed to receive further ‘training’ on the specifics - an offer he may come to regret. The service department was very busy and each person behind the counter was very professional, courteous and timely getting everyone serviced. The repairs were done quickly, and everything was explained thoroughly, AND the best part, they even washed my car for me (it needed it badly too)! Awesome job! Its the only place I take my Kia

I would give zero stars if I could. Took in my Optima for break issues on Tuesday morning at 8am. Never got any calls. I called them at 4pm and they hadnt even looked at it yet and needed to keep it overnight. Was anyone ever going to call and tell me they were keeping my car? So I waited. They couldnt look at it on Wednesday either so I left it there another day. Again, no phone call with an update.On Thursday I call them. Again. Janine says that I need new break pads for $656. Outrageous price. I can do this myself. They charge me a $170 diagnostic fee. When I ask what they did to diagnose it, she says that the guy visually looked at my car. He didnt take off the tires or drive it. He literally just looked at it. This costs $170? Wow.So Ive changed my break pads and tires. My car still doesnt stop when I hit the breaks. Looks like your guys diagnosis was really accurate. Ive called the service manager TWICE and left a voicemail. No response at all.This is the worst Kia service Ive ever had. Kia Selma and Visalia are much more professional and helpful. Dont waste your time or money here.

The team at Kia are the best. Josh and Hector have both on my finance and Josh did it today. They are incredible at creating miracles and helping you get your dream. Ed you’re the best. The sales person goes above and beyond and I would never use anybody else. I’m sure there are other better ones but Ed is my go to guy. He always answers text and is always there to help. Aaron was involved somehow as a sales manager and he is also a good guy. If I ever need another car this is where I will go

Check Engine light came back on again; I brought my car back to KIA left it there, they call for uber *thank you..Got the call I was told what was causing the problem. wow🤦🏼‍♀️little later that very same day I raised my hood up it was a mess, I called the person told him my engine is a mess it wasnt like that at all when I brought my car in, he talked with his boss he okayed it for me to bring it back to take a look at it see what they can do that was fine with me😊 took my car back to KIA...they did what was sufficient to their eyes🤦🏻‍♀️ I wasnt satisfied AT ALL! I believe they could have did it better lol they hit & missed, it wasnt completely done🤦🏻‍♀️I quess they didnt feel up to doing it, I told him exactly where I got my engine done at. So it is what it is; thanks KIA🤷🏽‍♀️ for telling me exactly why my check engine light came back on.

I have been getting my service for a long time. Setup an oil change and Warranty service. Was greeted by friendly young man. Checked what service was performed no oil chg....and you can wait. Had a question about how something worked....did not get answer. You know with all technology all cars are the same so you would think they would want your business, we have had 3 Kia in 5 yes. Gave them 2 stars for young greeter.

So we DID IT!! Got my wife a new car along side with my sister. We came in on Monday to look for my Wife and she ended up looking and finding something that she absolutely loved so we took it out on a test drive as the Sale Representative Robert told us about all the functions and everything that the car came equip with all while never making us feel rushed and being very straight forward. So now it came down to the real work getting the car down to the price both me and my wife wanted alongside with the Monthly payment. After maybe an hour or two of negotiating Robert finally came out with a deal that worked for both me and my wife. And I gotta say the one thing that I loved the most about purchasing from Future Kia was the fact that Rob never had to bring out his manager or somebody higher up to explain things to me as if Rob can do that himself I just appreciate dealing with people that I started with. I really hate it when people have to bring out there Managers which this exactly happened at other dealers such as Lithia and Selma. So in my book Robert Andrade (Sales)and Michael Stratford (GSM) won in my book buy being straight for and helping us out as much as possible. And the great part is that since we did all the work for my wife we brought my sister in the next day and they were able to hook her up with same pricing and get her taken care of. So overall I just gotta say AWESOME JOB FUTURE KIA thank you for helping me and the family out we were able to get both my wife and sister out of a 2016 and into a 2021 Kia K5. And also to the one who helped us with the paperwork Jorge he did great and help us out a lot go us in an out pretty fast.

Service writer was rather indifferent. Under warranty, seatbelt problem, first available appointment 1 month. I also asked about just an oil change price and was told it was $70 or $79. I mentioned it was high for 5 quarts of oil. He said that because its synthetic. $15.00 a quart?????.Sadly this is the second time I went here for warranty problems. First time was for steering wheel noise problem, surge when idling and rough/stutter at times. Still living with these problems. Car is a year and half old with less than 15,000 miles. Warranty and safety dont seem to be a concern, neither does customer service.Buy and service your car elsewhere.

Made my second new car purchase here yesterday. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable sales team that keeps getting better. Are you kidding? The service department had our 2015 Kia 11 days . I had to call every time to find out what was happening. I was told I would be kept up to date on things by Daniel but I had to call myself. He did call when it was finished. They fixed the problem BUT when I went to get in it the outside was filthy dirty! I waited and they did wash it BUT you would think as a service from Kia and for goodwill towards your customers you guys would have washed it!!! You now have a very unhappy customer with your service.

Through the years we have purchased 2 new cars here. Sales team was great. However, service department has always been substandard and recently continued to live up to my opinion. Buy here but have serviced elsewhere.

Showed up to buy a Car and I let them know I was already approved. They insisted in running my credit, I said we had already been approved. But they did it anyways and said that it was something that had to be done… they gave me horrible options and higher APR% then what I had already been approved for.. I decided to go elsewhere. If you want to get a Kia go to the Visalia Kia and ask for Joe. Much better experience there.. highly recommend!

Thank you for the great service. It took 4 days to get my car back but considering it was a drop off, no appt and part had to be ordered, it was ok. They called to keep me inform of status and to inform me part was on order. They were very efficient and friendly.
