Having to take your car to a repair shop is never fun. We all know this, but having a place care as much about your car as you do makes things much easier. They worked with our insurance and suppliers to get our parts. Called every day when there was delays and made sure we were aware of what was going on. Hopefully I never get into another accident but if I do, Ill be taking my car here again thankyou to the guys and gals at caliber. Sincerely appreciate your service.

My 2020 sierra was side swiped and I was devastated...my insurance was worthless in this process but did do something right, they referred me to caliber collision. These guys and gals are awesome..did excellent work and assured me I would be back in my truck in no time. They came trough for me and Im very happy to have my truck back. So my the basis of this review , is surrounded by poor customer service. If you have a set appointment, why is the customer still waiting over 20 minutes to get seen. I came in on a Thursday to get an estimate for damages to my car, appointment was set for 3:00 pm. I get to the shop around 2:50 pm, and the estimator Heather comes waltzing out at 3:10 ish, talking on the phone and laughing. WOW, not valuing my time at all. I was always told its always better to be early just in case never be on-time, then your late. She barely greeted me, barely acknowledged me, and that whole write up took another 20 min. Then I come back on Monday, appointment to drop off to start the work, scheduled at 9:45 am. And again, this time I get here at 9:40am and wait in my car. I see another car pull up right next to me. Heather comes out and goes straight to the other car. Wow, again, how do you schedule appointments for multiple people at the exact same time. What company does this. Heather looks at me while Im standing outside and says ill be right with you. Did you know she didnt get to me until 10:03am. Why not just schedule me for 10am. They do not value your time at all. I work just like these folks , why is it the customers are treated as their time is not valuable. I hope they take better care of my car than they have been doing me. The next review will be based on the work performed. Stay tuned.

My car bumped onto a yellow post at the entrance of a parking lot, leaving a yellow color on the cars left front end. I made an appointment in this COVID-19 pandemic as usual. And today I brought car to Caliber. The receptionist / inspector quickly assess the problem, and immediately ask a painting guy over. The guy brought a solution with a rag, and rubbed the paint off swiftly. The area is like new. At the end, they said it is free of charge. I will highly recommend Caliber to you.

Was belled by a female who was very helpful. I believe her name was Heather, very friendly.

My car was rear ended on Herndon Ave in Fresno a year ago. I took it to Caliber Collision. After the repair I could see no damage at all. Caliber even touched up a ding in the paint close to the repair. I just got side swiped in a hit and run on the East side of Hwy 152 over Pacheco Pass. There was no time to get a license plate number, I was too busy just keeping my car under control. I took it to Caliber Collision for repairs to the damage on every panel of the passenger side and to the mirror. Their quote was very reasonable and again, there was no sign of damage after their repairs. I recommend Caliber Collision to everyone not only because of the skill of repairs but also because of the customer care they provide.

Didn’t pay attention to detail at first, but they fixed everything and my truck looks better than it did before the damage.

Went to the Clovis location to have my tailgate replaced. The repairs took weeks to get the parts and paint completed. After the repairs I noticed parts were missing. Had to call the manager over 6 times and finally got the part installed. I do not recommend using Caliber Collision

Very professional, attentive, and quality work sums up my experience with Caliber. Jaime as their representative was top tier.

They did a great job fixing my vehicle. Staff is friendly and very professional. I was out of town and they let a family member drop off and pick up my car when it was ready. I owed a balance and they let me wait until I came back from out of town to pay it. Very easy to work with.

I was quoted a price for repairs and 3 week timeline. It took double the time and the end price was over $3000.00 the quoted price and not all parts originally quoted were replaced

I have used Caliber twice and have had an amazing experience. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was always informed about the progress of my vehicle. When my Jeep was ready they had washed it for me and walked me through everything that was done and all my questions were answered. I highly recommended them! You wont be disappointed.

Brandon the service advisor at the Clovis shop is extremely helpful, professional and friendly . He went out of his way to make sure everything was great and we had a good experience. Highly recommended.

Everything went well for a few minutes. Then my kid noticed that the hood was not all the way down. Then he wanted to see the hitch. Is that rust on my new hitch? Those are some ugly welds

Blatantly lied about repairs to my car, suggested they were replacing my wheels and tires, confirmed with me 3 separate times that it was what they were doing. Once I arrived my car was in the same condition it was dropped off in. They replaced the tires with used ones with about half the tread, and charged me more than initially disclosed. They had my car for 14 days to do literally nothing but switch my tires. After talking through the process with others, it became obvious it would have been cheaper to go to Les Schwab and have the car back within a day ..

I would send everyone I talk to hear! They had great service, and kept me up to date on my car. They even washed the outside and cleaned the inside of it for me. All the staff was very nice and the place looks very clean.

My girl recently got into a fender bender with our 2017 Honda Accord LX and once we walked in we were greeted kindly by the staff. Brandon gave us a estimate and got straight to work. Caliber Collision Clovis is a wonderful place even tho nobody wants to be in an accident or even experience walking in a body shop. The moment I walked threw the door at caliber collision I was greeted nicely and felt wanted .The secretary at the front desk was very helpful and took care of any questions I had. My insurance company kept giving me the run around about things thanks to my estimator Heather she was able to make things go smoothly and take care of insurance company for me, was really a head ache dealing with my insurance. The body tech really did a great job with the body work that had to be done on my car will definitely recommend him to others. Cant explain how happy I am with the paint job on car looks 10 times better. The manager of the shop is really doing a great job running the shop and restoring the rhythm of the customers coming in and out once again a great experience at this body shop THANK YOU CALIBER COLLISION

Brandon and Terryn went above and beyond. These folks were very professional, knowledgeable, and made what I thought would be a total nightmare into one amazing transaction from the time I walked in the door up to the time Brandon handed my keys back. I will never take my car anywhere else. These two followed up, made sure I had a ride to and from the rental company and handled a very rood adjuster (insurer for gentleman that hit me) with ease. Brandon’s knowledge regarding the overall process was reassuring and he came through with flying colors. His experience in this business makes him great at his job, but his knowledge and customer service skills is what will bring folks back time and time again. My car looks better than when I purchased it.. Couldn’t ask for more.

My fiance had took his BMW in for a fix after we had an accident, we spoke to Heather . i thought it was very unprofessional that we didnt get called into her office to sit down and talk about our questions. this was our first time . So as we were trying to get our answers, i thought it was rude that she was also on a phone call on her head set while talking to us. She should of paged or told us to wait until she was done talking on the phone, so that we can sit down and talk. Everything felt like it was rushed. My fiance told me that she said that she was going to promise a new hood for our BMW. so when the time comes and as im inspecting the car, i notice that they didnt do a good job on our hood and everything else was ok. We had to take the car back to get it redone 2 times which i thought it was ridiculous. Not only that my fiance said that they has said they dont really work on BMW cars there. I told my fiance if thats the case why didnt they say anything and just send us to someone else that can fix BMW cars instead of making it a hassle? so as i explain to them about the car and said that this is the original hood of the car and i see or as you can see one side if the hood is lifted more then the other side can they fix it? they said theyll do their best. Not only that i told them about the grill how it needed to be fixed also from the accident it had messed it up a little. So when all that was fixed within a few days we spoke to someone else instead of heather. He was very nice and understanding . im glad we spoke to him and he helped us. they said they had cleaned our car but yet we notice there was grease on the door handles and etc. our window from the inside it was very dirty . it seemed to be if they took a rag with grease and try to wipe our window to clean it . customer service needs to be worked on .If you have a BMW i would say not to bring it here but other wise you should be fine .

Went to a Caliber Collision in Sacramento and had an easy and great experience; unfortunately, I don’t live in Sacramento. Both Caliber (Sacramento) and my insurance company (USAA, who is awesome) told me if I took it to another Caliber Collision Center, I would not need another estimate. I could just schedule the repairs, and be on my way. When I called, the lady on the phone was curt, rude, did not seem like she wanted my business, and then stated I needed to bring my vehicle in for a separate estimate. If I have to jump through hoops to get the work done, I may as well go to another shop. Lost my business in one call. Not helpful, kind, or at all customer-friendly. Go elsewhere. Wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle after the first 5 minutes on the phone.

The staff here is very professional and kind. I will always recommend this shop to friends, colleagues and even, acquaintances.

I brought our BMW in after an incident caused it to hit the guard rail and damage the whole left side. They lost parts, broke parts and left speakers in the door unhooked(all where going to be our responsibly to fix), they replaced the fender and painted over scratches in it. Interior panels were not put back on right, fell off, they left areas, unpainted, lots of dirt under the paint, sanding scratches, dry spray, outside and In the door jam, heavy orange peel they put the broken headlight back on. I had to argue with the manager over a broken headlight, awful paint, poor body work and parts they lost or broke. The second time it was some what better, they found the missing parts and replaced the broken headlight, yet we were going to have to pay to fix the defective paint on the hood they painted. This as paid for by a premium insurance company over $7,000 in work. I respect David D. and all the other employees great people, except the manager. He ass condescending, ride, arrogant and very passive aggressive bully in nature. The whole experience was stressfull, upsetting and cost 2 extra weeks, calling corporate, talking to the valley regional manager, many calls to our insurance company and taking the car to another Caliber Collison location. We are a family of 3 disabled people, due to injuries, so the added stress and hassle was defiantly not needed or appreciated.

Came in just for a quote. Fairly painless. Went somewhere else for the actual work though..

They did a good job fixing my car but it took too long and they did not update me unless i call or go in to the office. Then when the car was ready for pick up the inside was dirty with mud and mechanic prints i had to detail my interior afterwards.
