Please find a better place to store your valuable possessions. My unit was a 10x15 at the Malcolm Road Clinton location. I moved all my things out this location because my things were damaged because the ceiling in my unit collapsed & no one called me, along with a hole in my storage door. I informed management about the issues and have gotten a run around about the insurance information. I moved my belongings to a none public storage a couple of miles away. I have pictures of my damaged things & the ceiling.

I spoke with Margaret in the office and she was super helpful with determining what size unit will fit my needs best. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about her job. Will recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you so much Margaret

Got a unit through Public storage on Malcolm Road and was blown away by the staffs costumer service! They were knowledgeable, fun and most importantly friendly. I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me things just because. They genuinely cared about me and my items. I would highly recommend anyone rent a unit from them. The best part is they are month to month, so no worry of being locked into a long contract! Military friendly. If you need one, go get yours from them! A+

I had an appointment to move in, I was on a tight schedule because I was paying movers, got there at scheduled time and the door was locked, nobody was in the office. I had to drive to another Public Storage down the street, which was very professional and helpful, they called the other store to tell the person I had been there and they needed come back to office. I then drove back to the location and the young lady didn’t even apologize, she just filled out my paperwork while having a conversation with another employee about how much they hated the job and are about to quit soon as they find something else, it was the most unprofessional and ghetto experience I’ve had in a while.

Great customer service with the girl in the office and I know this is out of the girl in the office control, But I been having issues with the gate the gate hours suppose to be 6am -9 pm they open they gate at 9 am because the gate been broke for months . This is a security issue, because the gate it open all day. Anyone can come on the property.I need to get on the property at 6am in the morning to get my work supplies out of my unit to start my day of work. Im going to have to move my stuff to another storage company this is bad business.

This storage facility is free of dust, odors, and kept very clean. Im pleased to find my belongings in tip top shape every time I visit my unit. It is a joy to find my clothing still laundry fresh. Ive had issues with my clothing becoming smelly in past facilities.

Came into property for a unit the ladies there are very helpful. Showed me the unit I needed and everything I needed to go with it. I will definitely be coming back next week to rent.

All I can say is.....WOW!!!!! Anns customer service was hands down the best I have had in ages. I had a not-so-good experience with another storage facility prior to coming here and I was really scarred from it. The professionalism and courtesy I received from Ann really changed my perception on storage facilities and because of that I will forever do business with Public Storage.
