Unfortunately you can’t try any of the flavors at the moment but that’s understandable and they still did an amazing job! I love cold stone :)

Similar to the other reviews this month, my order was messy, semi-melted and was plopped into a broken waffle cup with a large edge part broken off & the bottom was partially missing. My husbands order was beautiful. Two different servers, two vastly different results. Seems that my server might need more training, maybe take a little more pride in her work. For over $8 it was a sad disappointment.

Ice cream was just slapped together very messy very disappointing had better experience at other locations but this one ain’t it. Could of just went to McDonald’s for ice cream sad to say

It was cookie dough flavored ice cream without actual cookie dough in it. like why

Worker did not have experience using a cold stone.. slapped melted ice cream on it and scooped up the melted blob and slopped it into a cup melted (like a milk shake) 😕 had to throw it out. Wasted money

So this was right next to Dunkin and honestly most people were walking right by,but not us. It was our lunch and we can get a coffee anytime. I love the variety and the concoctions they come up with. Totally jamming on the blueberry muffin batter ice cream. What wasnt appealing was some big box that needed to be picked up, taking up most of the restaurant,but once you get over that monstrosity the service was awesome. She was giving me ideas I could put in my ice cream instead of things I didnt want. Very pleasant and we were saying hmmm the whole time. Best lunch ever.

The server had to ask me four times for the two items I wanted mixed into my ice cream. Then she only mix them into half of my ice cream the other half was left plain.The acting manager of the store was not wearing a face mask while waiting on customers...And no one was upholding the social distancing space amongst the customers.From now on I will just go to Stop & Shop and get ice cream.Oh I was also shorted a dollar change because the person who cannot remember two ingredients also does not know how to make change

Love the cakes here, but 2 of my sons birthdays a few weeks apart and the same boy was working. We asked him to write happy birthday on the cake and both times he said he didnt know how???? To the owners of this place we love the ice cream, please hire anyone who can write basic words and we will continue being loyal customers.

The ice-cream tastes great. The sugar level seems to be lower than other places which is good for me. The service was great. Just dont order with your eyes otherwise you will too much ice-cream. (I know, there is no such thing as too much ice-cream... ).

Top of the line creamery. The ice cream cakes are works of delicious art, made with care, precision and noticably quality ingredients. The young gentleman who created my order was contagiously enthusiastic about sharing his craft. Im hooked on this place.

Great service, we came when it was busy and didnt wait long at all, not the cheapest ice cream place around but Ill definitely be here again.

Had a great experience with courteous service in this place. The options are plenty and the Ice cream was fresh and well presented / served. Definitely worth the experience and I wish they had not closed down the place that was close to our home...

Coffee milkshakes are life!!!

Went in with my husband and kids and I have never experienced such terrible service. The cashier was especially rude. She appeared to be in a big hurry and would benefit greatly from some improved people skills.

This location repeatedly closes early. This is the second time I’ve come here on a Saturday night when they’re supposed to close at 9pm, and all the lights are off and they’re closed. Why post hours that you’re open until 9pm if you don’t plan to stay open? This is a horrible business. Go elsewhere!
