86° of course were going for ice cream! Our babies were overjoyed to see this location had the creature creations! The cashier was instantly irritated. So much so that my sons ice cream was forgotten. So while the location is convenient and the choices are endlessly, the customer service sucks.

Girls seem to be fast but very unorganized and unprofessional. I was skipped and the person behind me had their order taken first and by the time I asked for help, the young lady seemed annoyed and I heard her say “Ugghhh this irritates me” when she went over to grab a banana for my order which was a banana split.

Generally this location is fine. They are fast and courteous. Tonight, there was a young man working who hadnt seen before, he and the other young man were playing and chatting and not being attentive therefore messing up orders. They also werent wearing their masks correctly. Employees need to be reminded of how to properly where their masks and gloves to include covering their noses with the mask.

I have order from this place 3 times by delivery being down here in Maryland Ive had nothing but good my orders have been on time or early & NEAT my family and I enjoy this place and appreciate your work guys thanks!

The place is not bad. The scoops are smaller now. And the credit and debit card reader keeps breaking down so the customers have to bring cash only 🙄

Lots of delicious flavors! It was so hard to choose. The store was well stocked and appeared clean. The three guys that were there were very helpful and service was fast. My favorite location to go when I have a craving for good ice cream.

Zach was friendly and accommodating. I went in with two indecisive kids and he was very patient. Our ice cream was really good and I have a whole family full of happy right now.

This location had my favorite flavors - Baseball Nut and Jamoca Almond Fudge.

Staff was nice. I purchased a cake. I told her how many people I wanted to feed and she rolled out four choices of cakes. I thought that was so nice. She made some great selections. The oreo ice cream cake with customized writing on it made everyone happy. Great service + great food = happy outcome. 😋

It doesnt look very clean in there and some of the ice cream looked freezer burned. The jars with candy in they looked they they hadnt been clean for a while. On the bright side the cashier was nice and I could pay with my phone.

Terrible. Over priced, and the quality of service and ice cream is low rate. Plus major attitude from the employees, who cant even make a decent ice latte if their life depended on it

Brought a fb coupon in. It was honored. But i got my other son a cone and the cone was 5$. Nopeee. And I love BR31. Man was noce at the front tho and was extremely patient with me and my babies

This is one of the best locations to buy ice cream. Most of the staff are long tenured and a pleasure to deal with. Ice cream is always fresh.

Horrible experience. Visiting Maryland and took our two kids here for ice cream. The two employees had music blasting so loud you had to yell your order. The music was full of profanity. Heard the F bomb at least a dozen times. Rushed to order so we could get our kids out of there. Management really needs to do something about this.

Ice cream was half melted. We were told they had to take it out to clean the freezer and it melted in the shift of things, but it was at the point where you could tell it was re-frozen because of the crystals in it. We also had to wait for service because the boy working the front was on his cell phone taking a personal call and paying us no mind. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

They ran out of a lot of flavors last.. most popular flavors mostly.. I was disappointed.

They have some of the best, exotic icecream, little pricey, but if you like icecream.

Its Ice cream, Its Baskin Robbins, What do you expect! Pick your flavor and enjoy the guilty pleasure. Lol!

Facility had a bad smell, tables were dirty and so was floor. Restroom was horrendous. The worst thing was the young man serving the ice cream and ringing up customers never wore gloves... 😮😮🤢When I asked him why he did not wear gloves 🧤 he said, he only needed to wear gloves when making sundaes. I watched him handle money and then reach his nasty hands into the ice cream buckets, touching cones and all. After the 6th customer served... he then washed his hands... tell me Baskin Robins.. what type of business are you running over here 👎🏽 and why aren’t your employees wearing gloves?

I ordered a cake from here, went to pick it up and it wasnt ready. I had to go elsewhere to get another cake. It was the fault of one staff member the night before. I was given a gift card afterwards though I had to ask for compensation

Who owns this place? They close at various times outside of what is listed as business hours online. The staff never wears gloves when serving ice cream. Customer service is horrible and they take forever like they are making a meal for people.
