**I exceeded the character limit so I had to erase my old review**quick summary of last time: 50% of our order was incorrect/bad. said Id love to try them again because weve had good experiences there before. love the staff was just disappointed in the food/drink + app experience. the owner reached out below and was very kind+offered us a free meal. heres my new review (4/20):we had them again today. our meal was completely free thanks to the generosity of the owner. I want to thank them for their kindness.Id like to start off by saying 392s coffee has never made me feel sick like some coffee shops do. coffee can leave me feeling shakey or sick. I got the lavender honey iced latte with oat milk today. phenomenal. you can taste notes of all four flavors. it was incredible, and Im sad its gone haha. I also got the veggie sandwich--i was so happy to see so many vegan and vegetarian options that seemed new. I added avocado, jalapeño, gouda, egg and subbed aioli instead of pesto. It was missing onions, which didnt taste like a big deal haha. Its notable I did ask for focaccia bread and they gave me sourdough instead without saying anything. but the sourdough was great! I dont know if they make their own breads or where they get them, but it had so much flavor. big fan of that sandwich now. my fiance got the Cubano and a 392 frost with mocha. there were no complaints from him. both of our sandwiches were filling without making us feel too full or still hungry. it was just the right about of food for us. the service was great as always. I received reccomendations via text along with quick answers to all of my questions. our food was hot upon arrival. we did curbside again and the worker who helped us was so kind and upbeat! loved their energy. I love everyones energy here. I feel like I dont meet a lot of people that are happy with what they do for a living, which is a shame. but they certainly always seem like a happy bunch of people. I gave them a 5 this time despite the missing onions and different bread than I wanted. everything was phenomenal and we will be back. fingers crossed I get to try the focaccia bread soon! thank you again to the owner and the staff. much love. they 1000% made up for last time. pics of my food/drink.

My husband and I travel a lot and try coffee at coffee shops across the country. This place is blocks from our home and so far has been my favorite place. Nobody makes a white chocolate mocha (Michael Jackson as they call it here) as good as these guys do

First time trying this place and I was pretty disappointed asked for my drink to be sweet and it wasn’t will not be trying it again.

Absolutely loved the salted caramel bourbon iced. The lunch sandwich was out of this world flavorful. We will definitely be coming back here every chance we get for our coffee fix!!! Thanks for what you do!!!

This place does not disappoint. Stopped by couple of times and on both visits had great service. Usually this is enough for me to want to come back. But high praise for the drinks and food. Ordered the monkey coffee and breakfast burrito on my first visit. Both excellent!

3 1/2 stars- I love this place so much. The food and coffee are the absolute best you will find anywhere in the surrounding area. However, on the app and in person, I have been told frequently that my food/drink will be out in 15-20 mins. Today, I waited over an hour. I would just suggest to state the realistic wait, because it is definitely frustrating. Also, to comp. any that have waited over an hour. I genuinely dont think I have ever had to wait that long at an establishment before. I would add that the QCA locations seem to be more efficient and have good customer service.

I cant believe I havent reviewed this place sooner. Its my favorite coffee place in the world and for good reason. They have excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a warm, hip atmosphere, and the most delicious and well-made coffee. If you want a place that knows how to do an espresso and knows the difference between a latte, americano, cappuccino, breve, cold brew, this is it!

This is the place...you need no other coffee shop in the area. Even worth the drive in from the QC area. The owner is from Seattle, I am from Seattle, and this place brings the best coffee, best bakery items, and great conversation with an artists touch to IA, in the most unusual of places. This place was incredible!Our first time in today.We had the Hollywood breakfast sandwich.Probably the best breakfast sandwich we have ever experienced, and the coffee was a incredible surprise!The atmosphere was very charming.This coffee house would only be found in the most upscale area of New York City, but we found this gem in downtown Clinton.We were told the Sea Salt Caramel coffee was the most popular, and it was so good that it would blow our heads off! Lol pretty close to doing just that!!!! LolSeriously.... it was an amazing experience, from the coffee and sandwiches to the owners who have a real passion for their customers and the coffee.They are truly wonderful!You have to try it!We promise you will not regret it!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic place. My wife and I stopped in and tried a coffee. I dont remember what mine was called but it was amazing. The creamer was so good and fluffy. I havent ever had a coffee that was so good. I wish I lived closer.

Stopped by on the way home from Chicago. This place is super legit. Employees are awesome and friendly. They have slow drip coffee, lattes, and regular coffee. They also have great food. They had scones that were crazy. I wanted them all. We also got a breakfast burrito. Highly, highly recommend stopping here if you’re looking for good coffee.

I love that they offer organic options as well as nondairy & vegetarian choices. The staff is friendly and on this particular visit the tea I ordered was taking longer than normal to come out but no worries the staff came over to the table apologized and even offered a free product due to length of time. Clinton needs more places like this that not only offer healthy options as well as very cool staff.

Visited the 392 on a recent trip to the States to visit family and loved it. Staff were awesome and take great pride in their work. Even caught a glimpse of Seth Rollins who is also a big fan of this lovely establishment so made the day even better, just didnt have the guts to approach for an autograph though. LOL. Keep up the good work guys, we shall return.

The food is very good. Coffee is always good and comes with unique flavor and varying strengths that can satisfy any caffeine addict. Plenty of dessert items available. Try the 8oz peanut butter cookies with peanut butter injected centers or the iced coffee, or both. Offers a hip California-esque vibe and is a chill place for hipsters and average joes to get a bite and a drink.

So pleased to have found such a gem; Jay and his entire family are indeed a light, and bringing their Clinton area customers some of the very best specialty coffees and barista knowledge I’ve experienced period.Beyond the cozy environment, I found an engaging staff behind the counter that included their little sweetheart of a daughter. No joke, she ran out with her umbrella to invite customers in from the rain, and was equally equipped to share her list of favorites from the menu.The menu and staff are both approachable and adventurous; if you choose, you have the opportunity to learn and experience a variety of beans and brewing methods (but they know how to keep things simple too). But wait,... there’s more!!!! How could that turkey & avocado sandwich look so simple on the menu, but be ohhh-so satisfying????I’ve found that some shops do coffee, others do community,... no need to settle for one or the other when you can have it all @392!!!For the record, I have no association with 392 Caffé,... just know something special when I experience it.

I came to Clinton for job interview and landed at 392 for coffee. I must say, 392 had some part in picking Clinton. The owner is vibrant and his enthusiasm for great coffee is obvious the moment you enter the cafe. You get greeted with a loud welcome every time you enter. Great coffee and pastries to top off the visit. A must go to place for any coffee lovers in Clinton or even Pennsylvania!

Always a pleasure to come here for coffee and conversation. love their chicken salad. I get it without the bread (which is fantastic but I cant have gluten anymore) and multi grain chips. The staff always greets me with a smile. Everything in their menu is to notch. Love their gluten free peanut butter cookies.

The food was nothing short of amazing and my latte was the best Ive ever had. I was surprised when my food came, it was plated like a fancy restaurant on a wood plank. My quiche sat atop a large slice of Italian bread and had bacon cascading out of the top, our muffin was moist and very flavorful, and my boyfriends breakfast panini was huge! To top it off they had specialty brewing methods that were fun to try and watch be brewed. We will definitely be back!

The drinks here are honestly the best Ive ever had. The decor is comfortable and welcoming. The only problem is that it always so noisy and there always seems to be that one customer who has kids running around. Ive also been overcharged several times. Its a little expensive, but you definitely get what youre paying for. The student discount and check-in discount are both very useful as well.
