Its OK. Its a pretty good size store, but they have too much of the same thing. Rather than 10 different kinds of hoodies and 8 sweat pants, more variety would be good. Also I have never seen any big & tall sizes.

End of the years sales, so I did find a few things my size.

The staff is rude. I went for a return and after looking at my Jersey DL immediately commented that I dont understand why Jersey people always come up here to return items. Maybe it is a Jersey thing. When I said this is the closest store from Hartford he was like people from Jersey find some or the other excuse to return items. Why should I be taunted to return something that didnt fit. From my previous purchase of 14 items, I had to return 4 and he was like are you returning all the items? It seems like that. The experience didnt seem like a hassle free return.

I was looking for some Under Armour sneakers that I previously had for a decent price. Also some UA basketball shorts that Ive been running in for 5 years. I could never find them in any local stores. I found some very similar to both items! I the price was at least half off of what I would have paid at any local shop or the internet. I would definitely recommend stopping in to the store if youre looking for some from UA and save like I did.

Nice collection of under armour items . Shoes,tops,lowers,caps,socks every thing is available here. A must visit for sports lover. Seriously recommend this place !Must visit !

Dirty, dusty store. Seems like nobody likes to clean for there customers. Broom workout for fitness apparel workers might be a good fit.

Under Armour Factory House is amazing. It’s huge with variety and colors to select from. The associates where very helpful during my shopping visit and the prices were super moderate. Their shoes and T-shirt are really lovely. I’ll definitely comeback again.
